We had a problem with our front door lock and called Dougie who was out on other calls, he called us back promptly and arrived when he said he would. He fixed the problem there and then. The locking mechanism in our back door broke so that we were unable to open it. Dougie responded promptly, arriving later that day to repair it. I would highly recommend his services. He is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. His prices are also reasonable.

Excellent service end to end. I called David because we were locked out of our house and we had some specific personal circumstances that I made him aware of. He was very professional, prompt and came to our rescue within 15 minutes. He was able to open the door and then replaced the faulty mechanism for us. His service was excellent, would definitely recommend him. Everyone locally must save his contact details in case of emergency. You never know when you will need good local service. Don't bother trying to ring emergency locksmiths, I tried before I called David and they were unable to help!

Had a bit of an emergency situation and I called Timpson in a bit of a flap, Jamie was luckily fairly close by and arrived to assist us promptly! He fixed my granddad's lock in no time, and due to our emergency situation he only charged us for the lock, and not his labour! I couldn't recommend him enough, he solved our problem quickly and only charged us a pittance for his work - thank you Jamie! :)
