I called Dario in a panic at the end of last year due to water marks on my kitchen ceiling. Having recently paid a different plumber to fit a new bathroom I asked Dario to take a look. He carefully went over the other plumbers handiwork and instantly found many, many ‘shortcuts’ and ‘Botched jobs’ including leaks, unstable flooring and bath, and bad fixtures. All of which would have caused more problems if left. Dario rightfully advised this needed to be stripped back and redone and gave us various options to suit the budget. Dario completed all work to a high standard within the timescale given. He was able to answer all of my (sometimes stupid) questions and gave advice on upkeep of the bathroom. He was tidy and arrived on time everyday. Previously Dario has replaced a number of old radiators in our home to optimise heating and has recently carried out a full boiler service for us. I have no hesitation in recommending Dario to friends and colleagues who are looking for plumbing services and will be calling Dario again for our next boiler service.

When a 15 minute job turns into half a day, Dario doesn't give up, and powers on through. Clean, efficient and explains everything as he goes so that I know exactly why things have been done. Also a thoroughly nice guy. Strongly recommend!

Cannot praise Philip enough ,fitted new combi boiler and pipe work. Removed both old water tanks. Very thorough, polite and friendly. He worked continuously to get finished before Christmas. Would highly recommend him .

CH boiler replacement: Saturday midday requested 3 contacts through online site. 30 minutes later received call from Phillip Smith. Saturday evening visit, excellent advice and instant quotation at a very good price. Monday installed and fully up and working despite being in a tight space - old boiler removed and cleaned up afterwards. Good choice of boiler, excellent choice of supplier/installer. Knowledgeable, friendly, competent and local. The very highest recommendation.

Asked for a quote on Tuesday, by Friday had a new boiler fitted, replaced thermostats, pipework and electrics all upgraded and working smoothly. Really pleased with the work done. Phil came to the rescue at my house for a gas leak. As you do, I had three people around to assess the work and provide a quote, his price was very reasonable and I felt he was the most professional. He is really friendly, listened to my concerns and provided his own ideas for the best way forward. He explained everything to me at a level I could understand. The work required the gas pipe being rerouted. He completed the work quickly and left the site clean and tidy with minimal disruption to the house. I cannot recommend Phil enough. Thank you 🙏🏼

Jeff responded the same evening to my email and turned up promptly the next day to replace toilet syphon valve. Did a great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend him. Nice bloke too.

I came to this place looking for a bit to plumb in my new fridge and thought I would have a stab at a bit of plumbing. I knew I needed some kind of splitter but that was about it. The guys were really helpful and didn’t make me feel dumb for giving it a go, in fact they were the opposite and really encouraging. I showed some photos and they gave me some advice and said I could definitely have a stab at it. I plumbed in my fridge and didn’t flood my kitchen, yay! Thanks so much guys!! ☺️

Ben Great worker, arrived on time at 07:30; gave me an outline of the work he would carry out and that of a roofer, required briefly later on. Started work soon after arrival and declined offer of a drink. Left him to get on with it and for most of the day he had the there run of the kitchen with all his tools and various apparatus. Around 17:30 he had replaced the boiler, cleaned up with a vacuum and removed the old boiler and boxes to my yard to wait salvage collection. the following morning. He then showed me the working of he new boiler, how to make adjustments and the does and don'ts of the complete system. From now on, if I need a Plumber of Heating Engineer, I only use this one having previously learned to my dismay not all businesses are quality

It's such a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that is responsive and communicates, replies same day, turns up at agreed time and diagnoses and fixes the issue quickly. Tony couldn't have been more helpful when I called on Saturday morning because Mum had a leaking radiator. He was round there within fifteen minutes, and got things sorted out quickly and effectively. I would absolutely recommend him.
