Asked for a quote on Tuesday, by Friday had a new boiler fitted, replaced thermostats, pipework and electrics all upgraded and working smoothly. Really pleased with the work done. Phil is a true professional tradesman with a great attitude to his work,keeping the customer informed all the way. Thank you.

Phil came to the rescue at my house for a gas leak. As you do, I had three people around to assess the work and provide a quote, his price was very reasonable and I felt he was the most professional. He is really friendly, listened to my concerns and provided his own ideas for the best way forward. He explained everything to me at a level I could understand. The work required the gas pipe being rerouted. He completed the work quickly and left the site clean and tidy with minimal disruption to the house. I cannot recommend Phil enough. Thank you 🙏🏼

Cannot praise Philip enough ,fitted new combi boiler and pipe work. Removed both old water tanks. Very thorough, polite and friendly. He worked continuously to get finished before Christmas. Would highly recommend him .

I was lucky enough to find Phillip from Thermoglow Plumbing and Heating when the twenty year old gas boiler in my parents house broke down. This was a huge concern for me as they are both in their eighties and I do not live close enough to look out for them directly. Phillip quickly assessed the situation and booked them in as an emergency installation and was on site within a couple of days with a replacement boiler. He also had to relocate the flu and various other aspects of the old system to bring it in line with modern safety regulations. He kept me updated on the progress with calls and pictures. He was also able to reassure my mother who can be anxious in situations like this that things would be fine. Maybe this was his biggest achievement! I highly recommend him and he will be the first contractor that I call if anything goes wrong in the future.

Jeff came within an hour (dont suppose he can always do this) and sorted a leaking water tank which had brought dkwn part of the ceiling. Great service. Highly recommend him.

Tony couldn't have been more helpful when I called on Saturday morning because Mum had a leaking radiator. He was round there within fifteen minutes, and got things sorted out quickly and effectively. I would absolutely recommend him.

Very helpful staff. I went in for a couple of quarter turn ceramic tap cartridges for an old kitchen tap. They pulled out a large box containing dozens of different sized tap cartridges! I didn't know how many different sizes there were. They used a tap sizing tool on the old valve I brought in to find the correct replacement. The sizing tool is a bit like a ring finger sizer that a jeweller uses. The new cartridges fitted a treat. Thank you HPS Fareham.

I felt compelled to leave a review as the service i received from M&B Drains was absolutely outstanding. Chris arrived within 30 minutes of my call on a Saturday afternoon and went above and beyond what i expected to unblock mine and as it turned out all of my neighbours drains. To top it all off, the bill was totally reasonable too. Service and value like this is a very difficult thing to find these days.

Exceptional company who originally fitted out the bathroom 10 years ago so were invited back. From initial planning to completion of the work, every aspect was done to an incredibly high standard. Both fitters, Phil and Nathan, were friendly, tidy and were very receptive to ideas on the go. Each day, at the end of the work, they tidied up and nothing needed doing. We are so pleased that they have been invited to quote for further work. Laura in the office, who was the link between us and the fitters, was again exceptionally friendly and helpful.
