We have previously been happy using Sean for our regular gas boiler and gas fire service. He has now done a great job installing a compact water softener underneath the kitchen sink. The pipework is very well organised in the limited space and we still have use of a part of the cupboard for storage. We highly recommend him for anyone needing gas or plumbing work.

We have just used Hannah to rectify some plumbing work incorrectly installed by another builder. Hannah was efficient , clean and tidy and solved the issue swiftly (very reasonably ) that the other builders failed to do so after 6 weeks. We could not reccomend her enough and will undoubtedly use her services again should we need them. 5 stars all round

As a female living alone I was really glad to find Hannah- she is friendly, clear and honest. Just found using a Google search and found her web site to be easy, smart and professional. That was about 5 years ago and I have never used another plumber since. Hannah is professional, capable, reliable and always takes care of my yearly boiler and gas safety checks. She has sorted our noisy central heating system out and is always clear and honest in communications, well organised and professional- all at a very good price. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Dexter is first class. Had a problem with a air source boiler, which a lot of plumbers wouldnt touch, but he came, sorted what he could, learnt about and then sorted the bits he didnt know about. Very diligent, tidy, friendly & knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

Bill and Simon were a pleasure to work with. What seemed like a simple task to replace an existing washbasin and stand in the bathroom turned into a potential nightmare owing to nonstandard and unsuitable products and fittings supplied by the manufacturer. Bill had to use all of his experience and ingenuity to connect things successfully, and at a very reasonable price given that he had to make 2 visits on different days. Very reliable and professional. I called Lazmir to fix a leak in my bathroom which I myself tried to figure out for a couple of days with no luck. Not only he arrived on time (on the same day) he was super efficient and fixed the problem by identifying the issue in less than 5 minutes. He was super friendly and v most importantly not a rip-off like other big companies. Would highly recommend him.

We used Mark Smith Plumbing last year to install our new boiler so we asked them to replace 2 leaking syphon valves in 2 toilets. Despite some difficulties in obtaining the correct parts and the job expanding into a bigger one, we were very pleased with the final result and the final invoice was very acceptable.

We were very pleased with the work (new bathroom) that Mark Smith did for us. Their advice with design and choice of materials was really helpful. The office staff made themselves available whenever we needed information and responded promptly to our questions. The quotation was clearly set out and reasonable. The tradesmen who worked on the project were thorough, careful and clearly very skilled. They kept us up to speed with what they were doing and were very considerate when it came to the inconveniences of having to turn off the water supply! They were punctual throughout and completed the work in the promised two and a half weeks. Overall, we'd have no reservations in recommending them.

We have used Woodstocks twice in the last year as we are renovating our house. We initially went to other large chain bathroom stores, however at Woodstocks they were so friendly and gave us a personable experience. As we were fitting our bathrooms ourselves, Woodstocks helped us with so much practical advice and ensured what we were buying would work. Their customer service is excellent which is why we knew we had to buy our bathroom from them, and we will be going back in the future. We used Woodstock’s planning / design service for our bathroom and it was bruised. Fin (the guy who did our design) listened really carefully to what we wanted, made some great suggestions and made us feel fully involved. After the bathroom was fitted (Paul Towerton - I’d highly recommend him too) we had a small defect with the shower screen we chose and the supplier wouldn’t replace it but Fin went to bat for us and got a replacement screen free of charge. Great service and great aftercare.

SGS quoted to install solar panels, batteries and EV charger. From the quote through to installation of scaffolding, solar panels, and all electrical works we received excellent service. The work was to high standard and well organised. Any queries were dealt with efficiently and clearly. Scaffolding was removed quickly within a few days of completion. On another occasion after the above works were completed we had a problem with our unvented hot water system, having contacted SGS we requested an urgent call out. SGS were very helpful enabling an engineer to visit and replace the faulty part the following day. We highly recommend SGS Salisbury.

They say things come in threes unfortunately, and having had a lovely new boiler fitted successfully, our shower pump and hot water tank then needed replacing. A big thank you to the lovely Sam who did a fabulous neat job - and despite encountering a few issues along the way - got the problems sorted.
