Mark fitted a new boiler for us because at previous boiler service he had done he identified that the old boiler was coming to the end of its life. Mark also fitted a Tado heating controller. Mark turned up at the arranged time, completed the work in the allocated days and at a competitive price. Mark made sure that he left the places he worked in clean and tidy at the end of each day. Would definitely recommend and will be using again for future heating and plumbing services.

Mark serviced a water tank, carried out a toilet repair, and replaced a basin tap, water filter tap and outdoor tap. He came highly recommended by other family members who had employed Mark for boiler and radiator installation work. The service was excellent from start to finish, including arranging the appointments via Mark's wife Dawn who coordinates his diary and is very responsive and helpful. Mark provided fully itemised quotes for the work, explained what he was doing and why, and completed the work to a high standard with quality products. A new boiler is next on the list - will definitely be asking Mark to advise on and quote for this too.

Mark installed a replacement ceramic sink and tap overcoming a number of unforeseen issues on the day. All work was carried in a friendly and very professional manner. I also received a text a week or so later from him checking that all was OK. I have no hesitation in passing on his details or calling him again should I have the need. Many thanks Mark.

Matt replaced our megaflo water system which was leaking through our lounge ceiling. He did a fantastic job and was extremely professional, friendly, tidy and reliable. Matt has been recommended to me by a friend, and now that the job has been completed in my home I cannot recommend Matt enough to anyone. We needed our hot water tank replaced, pipework adjusted and few other bits sorted. I’ve never seen this level of quality finish like Matt produced today. Very impressed and happy customer here. We were very pleased with Matt's work. He came at short notice to repair an emergency leak by the connection to our cold water tank. This was a job which our insurers seemed unable to do, saying we needed a new tank, which was actually not necessary at all. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Really happy with the timely response to our request to look at our washing machine as he was out the next day. Whilst here he also identified a leak in a valve for our water tank that we had no idea about. He quickly popped out to get the parts needed to fix it and fitted them straight away. Needed all the radiators changed in my house and have received great service. Lewis did such a great job, going above and beyond to get them all fixed and helped in getting them up and running. It was not an easy job as he had to deal with very old plumbing that needed readjustment in every corner and can not give enough credit on the amount of time he took to make sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Ryan has now performed 2 boiler replacements and hot water tank replacements. After the amazing level of service he provided at my old property I had only 1 name on the list for the same work which was needed at my new property when I moved house. Ryan is always very professional and kind - he even fixed the flush in one of my toilets during the last job, even though I hadn't pre-requested it. I would highly recommend booking Ryan in for any work you need on your central heating system ... unless of course if I need more work done - so that the waiting list won't be so long for me ;)

We were very pleased with the work (new bathroom) that Mark Smith did for us. Their advice with design and choice of materials was really helpful. The office staff made themselves available whenever we needed information and responded promptly to our questions. The quotation was clearly set out and reasonable. The tradesmen who worked on the project were thorough, careful and clearly very skilled. They kept us up to speed with what they were doing and were very considerate when it came to the inconveniences of having to turn off the water supply! They were punctual throughout and completed the work in the promised two and a half weeks. Overall, we'd have no reservations in recommending them.

Niall Catlin and his team have been providing an excellent service for the last 19 years. They have fixed problems, installed new bathrooms, new boilers, new taps in three houses since we moved to Basingstoke. Since my elderly parents moved to Basingstoke they have installed a new central heating system, new bathroom and a new shower. The respectful way they have helped my parents at short notice with their polite and helpful manner has been absolutely brilliant. Niall and his team completely re-furbished and re-modelled our kitchen. Original quote was adjusted by us on a number of occasions however Niall was really helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted in our new kitchen.
