Matt has been recommended to me by a friend, and now that the job has been completed in my home I cannot recommend Matt enough to anyone. We needed our hot water tank replaced, pipework adjusted and few other bits sorted. I’ve never seen this level of quality finish like Matt produced today. Very impressed and happy customer here. In nutshell Matt was very responsive, polite, helpful, tidy, punctual, reliable throughout!

We were very pleased with Matt's work. He came at short notice to repair an emergency leak by the connection to our cold water tank. This was a job which our insurers seemed unable to do, saying we needed a new tank, which was actually not necessary at all. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Clive from Job Done services came to sort out hot water at our rented home on new year's eve when almost nobody else was working (tried calling about 30-odd other people on CheckATrade). Great service overall. Gave me a 1-hour time slot. Arrived earlier than stated time, but texted to let me know he was free earlier than expected. On arrival, got right to work quite literally. Popped out to get new parts, and eventually sorted out the job in just under 2 hours. There were some other issues which Clive gave some advice on to try and get fixed through letting agent. Overall happy and would recommend.

Really happy with the timely response to our request to look at our washing machine as he was out the next day. Whilst here he also identified a leak in a valve for our water tank that we had no idea about. He quickly popped out to get the parts needed to fix it and fitted them straight away. Job was to replace a power shower. Turned up on agreed date, job completed without any issues. Cost may be higher than a few other quotes I had but I am happy to pay a fair price when service and quality of work is what I expected. I'd be more than happy to recommend

Just had my Boiler serviced by Tony and am extremely pleased I found him. I have a Worcester Bosch Combi and found Tony on the Worcester website as he is on their list of approved engineers. He actually carried the service as specified by WB and replaced the PRV which was faulty and causing the boiler to loose pressure. I’d had the boiler serviced previously a couple of years ago but it’s obvious it wasn’t the full service as the Seals were faulty the Heat Exchanger hadn’t been cleaned at all. I was tempted to take up the Homeserve cover which also includes a free service but it’s clear it wouldn’t have been anywhere as thorough. Tony will now be my go to person for any Heating or Plumbing issues

Tony and Jenny were both excellent, new boiler fitting, Very friendly and courteous, fast work and very good quality, neat and clean, the estimate was the most cost effective and creativity by Tony to work out alternative ways to run the waste pipe were impressive. 5 star... Highly recommend.

We used Mark Smith Plumbing last year to install our new boiler so we asked them to replace 2 leaking syphon valves in 2 toilets. Despite some difficulties in obtaining the correct parts and the job expanding into a bigger one, we were very pleased with the final result and the final invoice was very acceptable.

Fabulous, friendly & professional service as always from booking the service to the engineer carrying out the work. They started off doing the service on my boiler and then reinstalled a new one 4 yrs ago. They are very reasonably priced on all their work. Myself, family & some friends have used the company for many years now....highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the work (new bathroom) that Mark Smith did for us. Their advice with design and choice of materials was really helpful. The office staff made themselves available whenever we needed information and responded promptly to our questions. The quotation was clearly set out and reasonable. The tradesmen who worked on the project were thorough, careful and clearly very skilled. They kept us up to speed with what they were doing and were very considerate when it came to the inconveniences of having to turn off the water supply! They were punctual throughout and completed the work in the promised two and a half weeks. Overall, we'd have no reservations in recommending them.

Niall and his team completely re-furbished and re-modelled our kitchen. Original quote was adjusted by us on a number of occasions however Niall was really helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted in our new kitchen. All work agreed beforehand and invoice at the end was as expected. The lads worked incredibly hard, very polite and really tidy. The work they have done was excellent and i would highly recommend them for new kitchens

Have to shout out the whole team, Ross, Ollie, Ty, Nat and Dan who supplied, installed, amended piping on all radiators including disposable of old ones in my home. Not only did Ross provide a competitive quote promptly after Nat had measured up whilst they were fixing my shower, but they were able to book me in within 3 weeks of me accepting originally offered end of Feb and told it could be all done in 1 day! Other quotes were offering dates in July!! Which I really appreciate due to having recently had a baby. All the team arrived promptly after a text message was sent to say how far away they were and started working asap. I left them in my home for the day whilst I was out (don’t worry left them mugs, biscuits, tea and coffee) due to have a little baby. Ross communicated throughout the day with a minor change and let me know when they were done. Came back 7 hours later and it was like we never had workmen step into the house, they left it completely spotless probably cleaner than went they arrived. Showed me all the work they had done, how to use the new radiators, set my boiler and thermostat properly. I only have positive things to say about the services provided by all the team. Extremely efficient. I would 100% be recommending them to everyone and anyone who asks. Word of mouth works as they were commended to me by a friend! Will be booking them in for Hive and a brand new bathroom in the future!

I chose Catlin Plumbing because I had used them to install my boiler about four years ago and was very happy with thier work. Would highly recommend them.
