We first used Mark's services when our hot water went out and from that point onwards, to carry out several annual services on our unvented cylinder. He has always provided us with an efficient, reliable, honest and inexpensive service and we would highly recommend him.

Mark fitted a new boiler for us because at previous boiler service he had done he identified that the old boiler was coming to the end of its life. Mark also fitted a Tado heating controller. Mark turned up at the arranged time, completed the work in the allocated days and at a competitive price. Mark made sure that he left the places he worked in clean and tidy at the end of each day. Would definitely recommend and will be using again for future heating and plumbing services.

Mark serviced a water tank, carried out a toilet repair, and replaced a basin tap, water filter tap and outdoor tap. He came highly recommended by other family members who had employed Mark for boiler and radiator installation work. The service was excellent from start to finish, including arranging the appointments via Mark's wife Dawn who coordinates his diary and is very responsive and helpful. Mark provided fully itemised quotes for the work, explained what he was doing and why, and completed the work to a high standard with quality products. A new boiler is next on the list - will definitely be asking Mark to advise on and quote for this too.

Mark installed a replacement ceramic sink and tap overcoming a number of unforeseen issues on the day. All work was carried in a friendly and very professional manner. I also received a text a week or so later from him checking that all was OK. I have no hesitation in passing on his details or calling him again should I have the need. Many thanks Mark.

Ryan has now performed 2 boiler replacements and hot water tank replacements. After the amazing level of service he provided at my old property I had only 1 name on the list for the same work which was needed at my new property when I moved house. Ryan is always very professional and kind - he even fixed the flush in one of my toilets during the last job, even though I hadn't pre-requested it. I would highly recommend booking Ryan in for any work you need on your central heating system ... unless of course if I need more work done - so that the waiting list won't be so long for me ;)

Ryan completely transformed the heating in my house, improving the efficiency of the pipework design, replacing the boiler and flushing the system. My heating is now red hot! He's punctual, polite, reliable and highly skilled. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. 2020 - Yet another superb bathroom from LFM! I cannot fault Rob’s service, he is always polite, tidy and honest. On time, as quoted and the finished results are, in my opinion are always better than I had expected! 2022 – As Rob did such a good job of bathroom refit, I asked him to return to do my kitchen plumbing, and he did not disappoint! We were very pleased with Matt's work. He came at short notice to repair an emergency leak by the connection to our cold water tank. This was a job which our insurers seemed unable to do, saying we needed a new tank, which was actually not necessary at all. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
