Just 10 weeks after moving home our 'new' boiler broke down. Thankfully, with outside temperatures extremely low, Dave recognised our vulnerability and his team installed a new boiler with remarkable speed. The new boiler is doing a great job, and we are so grateful for their excellent service.

Five Star all the way . Jason is 100% trustworthy , efficient and honest . He has done a lot of work for me , new boiler which he relocated to a more assessable space and removed all old , not an easy job ! Fitted new shower , again more involved than a straight forward job . But Jason’s advice is sound . He has a great knowledge of most building projects to add to his heating and plumbing knowledge . Make sure you have a good cuppa ready for him too !

Kevin provided a superb service. Came out on a Sunday to fix a leaking toilet, and was here within 30 minutes of calling, couldn't ask for more. He needed parts and went off to source them and then fitted them and left everything like he hadn't been here. Also a reasonable fee, especially given an out of hours call out. Niall is fantastic. We had a heating emergency on a Friday night. He walked through over the phone how to check the problem. He ordered a part overnight and came the next day to fix it and even help adjust and explain some things about our heating system. He was very calm, honest (rare these days), helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him.

Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van. I had a problem with a toilet not flushing away properly. I called BG Drains at 4:45 pm on Thursday and Steve arrived at 9 am on Friday and identified a blockage in an outside drain. By 10 am Steve had removed two drain covers and jetted away the blockage completely, restoring the toilet to normal use. I can't praise Steve highly enough for his prompt assistance and can thoroughly recommend BG Drains. Thanks guys.
