Macca came out to sort out a loud noise that was coming from upstairs. I was notified by text of timings. He was such a polite young man and knew what he was doing. Fantastic service BGM. Three young men came to repair our boiler and replace the water tank and immersion heater. They were professional polite and very knowledgeable. They worked diligently and cleaned up afterwards. You would have never known they had been there, apart from we had warm radiators and hot water again. Excellent service from APS Ltd. Clear communication from the offset and nice to speak to human beings rather than queue to speak to a chatbot. Our installer, Daniel, did an excellent job and explained everything in a straightforward manner and cleaned up after himself. This experience reminded me that going local on a friend's recommendation is often the best choice rather than going for one of the "big boys" with a flashy website. Shout out to Tanya too!

My first time using All Plumbing Services and i was impressed from start to finish. Tanya responded almost instantly to my enquiry and organised for my new electric shower to be installed the following week. Steve came to do the work and he has done an excellent job, he's also taken away the old shower, the packaging from the new shower and left the bathroom spotless. A great service all round!

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. See before ( green boiler ) and after ( white boiler ) photos for reference. This group of people has done a fantastic job with two bathrooms at home. They work effectively and quietly, as well their work quality is excellent. I would like to recommend their services.

Team was hired for a complete kitchen renovation. New flooring, wall tiles and a Wren supplied kitchen including appliances were installed. My new kitchen is beautiful. They obviously take pride in their work and they left the place spotless.

Used Dave now on several occasions, recently due to an escape of water from the bath effecting the house electrics . Same day attendance Dave had it sorted , later replacement of mixer tap , always honest and reasonably priced . Electric shower replaced a few months ago Wouldn’t contact anyone else when it comes to plumbing issues . Just arranged for Dave to sort out an issue in my father’s house .

Needed an emergency callout due to leaky pipe. Dave arrived very quickly and mangaged to fix the problem on the spot.

Had a gas leak just my side of the gas meter, over a few days I called many Gas Safe engineers found on the Gas Safe register but all weren't interested or couldn't come for some days, but seeing I had had the gas cut off on a cold Novembers day leaving us with no heating or oven I continued to try, eventually found Clive who said he would call that evening, however he called mid afternoon and immediately too on the job, which necessitated chiselling a channel in the hallway wall to get access to the leaking joint. 2 Hours later the job was done and the necessary damage made to the wall was left in a condition that I am able to make good myself. Clive was quick and efficient and clearly new exactly what he was doing, he had all the right tools and lengths of pipe and unions etc so no disappearing to buy something he needed. He supplied me with test certificates and confirmed all the house gas appliances fully working. He didn't stop during his time here cept for a few slurps of tea. His invoice was acceptable considering his quick response, his work ethic and skills were worth every penny. I'll definitely keep Clive's number.

Clive came the same evening when our boiler stopped working. He checked everything and ascertained the issue. Clive returned the next day having sourced an obsolete part and got our system up and working. Clive is friendly and polite and leaves everything clean and tidy.

Simon and the guys at The Friendly Oil Boiler Service are amazing. They are friendly, which is a bonus, and more important, they are very professional and efficient. They do an excellent job at a very fair price and don’t try to add extras on. An example of that was some extra insulation which he said was cheaper from Amazon and gave me the spec to get it myself. I recommend them very highly.

Have used TFOBS shortly after we moved here in 2021 when our boiler stopped working. We found their emergency response was excellent and have used them for our regular servicing ever since. No hesitation in recommending this friendly bunch.

Nick was brilliant when our heating stopped working, quickly rectifying the issue.
