Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

Tidal Plumbing and Heating were recommended and I understand why. Very knowledgeable and helpful when I phoned with a query. They were able to schedule a visit quickly. Lee was prompt and very professional with his work. Would highly recommend.

Adam & Joe suggested an alternative cheaper option of a purpose built dog shower rather than the shower enclosure we had asked for & they were spot on. No more carrying a muddy cocker up the stairs to have the bathroom walls spattered. Job left clean & tidy and is used most days. Would highly recommend Platinum for your plumbing needs.

We had boiler issues over Christmas and despite their family being on a Christmas break, they went out of their way to come and fit a new boiler for us. They offered options, helping us pick a good deal to suit our budget. They worked hard to instal as quick as possible to get our home heated again and left our house tidy and mess free when they were finished. Communication is great, and invoicing is clear. Recently had Emmett rip out and replace a family bathroom and en suite. Couldn't be happier with the service we received. We were not let down once and had constant communication throughout. Outstanding. Emmett has brilliant attention to detail and is backed up by a wonderful team of subcontractors for electrics, plastering, tiling etc. who are all great at what they do. Clean, tidy and trustworthy, a pleasure to work with.

Highly recommend Madden and Sons. They recently replaced our showet with a bath and tiled the surround. Emmett was extremely communicative and knowledgeable. He did quality work at a reasonable price. While completing the work, he kept us abreast of any issues that came up and our options for dealing with it.
