Can’t recommend this company highly enough. We had a terrible experience with another local plumbing company despite them being highly recommended on Check a Trade. They left our house in a mess and ultimately Worcester Bosch condemned the boiler as unsafe. The work was put right by Lamberts Installations. Daniel and Simon worked particularly hard. Simon stayed late on a Friday evening when Basingstoke was hit by snow to finish the job and ensure we had heating and hot water. Still haven’t heard anything from the previous plumber and don’t expect to. So relieved Lamberts Installations sorted it out with minimum disruption to us.

From requesting an estimate for a new boiler and storage tank to final installation took 7 days. These guys are brilliant. Joe who did the initial survey and prepared the estimate was there at the end to oversee the final works. Luke and his able assistant Humphrey kept us informed at every stage of the installation and were thoroughly true to the company name and where professional throughout the 2 days it took to complete the work. Would definitely recommend these guys and won't hesitate to use them again.

This was my first time using Professional Heating Services Ltd, and I was very impressed with Simon and his team's outstanding service and reliable workmanship. Their work included the removal of an old boiler and hot water cylinder, the installation of a new combi boiler, the replacement of all radiators, and the fitting of a new bath suite. Simon was great, really quick to respond when I reached out and after being in to do the checks was so fast to send over the details we needed. 100% would recommend.

He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van. 2020 - Yet another superb bathroom from LFM! I cannot fault Rob’s service, he is always polite, tidy and honest. On time, as quoted and the finished results are, in my opinion are always better than I had expected! 2022 – As Rob did such a good job of bathroom refit, I asked him to return to do my kitchen plumbing, and he did not disappoint! I recently had Jack come to my house to fix a burst pipe, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Jack was incredibly helpful from the moment he arrived, immediately assessing the situation and explaining what needed to be done. His polite and professional manner put me at ease straight away. He worked quickly and efficiently, clearly very skilled, and he even took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I fully understood the work he was doing. What a truly great service ,Service Plus has delivered. The engineer was Connor who came around on a Sunday afternoon when our boiler had broken down. He determined immediately that the problem was not the boiler but something else, and was able to return and fix it by Tuesday morning in an amazingly professional manor. It was not just that Connor was such a knowledgeable and brilliant plumber, he is also a really great guy

We had a young man called Jack came to look at the boiler because it was losing pressure. He examined the boiler closely and could not see anything wrong. He then examined all our radiator valves and found one of them was leaking. He did a brilliant job, very polite and friendly and explained everything that he was doing. I would highly recommend this company and hope we get this guy back when our boiler need’s servicing

Had an engineer called David come out, after failed repair of 2 other engineers. Great knowledge and amazing customer service from him. Other engineers from other company said it wasn't repairable early in the week. David diagnosed it was just the fan, ordered part and was back next day. Pretty much saved £3000 from buying a new boiler because his expertise, apparently he did his apprenticeship when he was younger just on boilers with British Gas.

Engineer attended Leaking pipe connected to Central Heating. Engineer explained what was causing the issue and popped out to get new pipe. Polite, unassuming, clearly explained issue and what needed to be done and answered my questions patiently. Job well done and very happy it is sorted. Thank you

Excellent Service from B&K Boiler Services I’ve been a loyal customer of B&K Boiler Services for over 30 years, and they’ve never let me down. They installed a new boiler for me 12 years ago, and since then, they've been maintaining it with the same professionalism I’ve come to expect. At my last service, I was advised that the boiler was reaching the end of its life, but I decided to hold off on replacing it at that time. EaErlier this summer, they reached out to me with an offer on new boilers, knowing my existing one was aging. I appreciated that they were proactive but not pushy. When I inquired about what they had available, their response was prompt and thorough. They gave me balanced advice, explaining the pros and cons of both conventional and combi boilers without pressuring me to make a decision. After careful consideration, I decided to go with a combi boiler. Throughout the installation process, B&K Boiler Services kept me fully informed about the schedule and ensured I had access to water during the work. The installation itself was smooth, though we had a couple of minor hiccups. They initially had the wrong control card for my shower, which caused a slight delay, and there was a small leak when I first turned on the heating due to a pipe being left unconnected. However, in both instances, they resolved the issues promptly and professionally. Despite these minor problems, the team worked efficiently and tidily, and when the job was completed, the final charge matched the original estimate with no hidden surprises. I highly recommend B&K Boiler Services for their reliability, expertise, and customer care. B & K installed a complete heating system for us including 7 radiators whilst we were on holiday. Being way from the house was perfect for us as we had no disruption to our daily lives. Also it was easier for the heating engineers as they could work as they pleased. When we returned we were so impressed by the way they had left the house so tidy. It was great to see the new boiler and radiators. Hamish came back to complete a couple of jobs and was friendly and very competent. We are so pleased we decided to use B & K to carry out such a major job. We would definitely use them in the future and they will be servicing our new boiler every year from now on! 9am Monday morning, we asked B&K to look at a fault with our 20 year old combi boiler where the central heating had stopped working. They were able to visit by 4pm the same day. The engineer explained that the issue could be due to one or two parts that needed replacing. He provided a quote for replacing the first part, whilst the second part unfortunately was no longer made. He suggested that replacing the first part might not resolve the issues and it might be worth while replacing the boiler but suggested that we think about it over night, allowing allow us time to come to a decision. The following morning I spoke to B&K's office staff to confirm that we would like a quote for a new boiler and their installation surveyor visited at lunch time. We had an email containing the quote sent to by the end of the day. On Wednesday, having exchanged 2 or 3 email of myself asking various questions and B&K promptly, thoroughly and clearly answering, we decided to go ahead with a new boiler. By 4pm on Friday the same week, we had a new boiler fitted. The installation engineers that visited worked the full day. Took care not to damaged our kitchen cabinets/worktop and were polite, considerate and informative. I should point out that our old boiler was located in an awkward cupboard, so I am grateful that they managed to replace it without issue. We chose B&K, because we know that as a local business, they have been operating for many years. We wanted to deal with a person and not a call center. Thank you B&K.
