We've used Mike a few times now and he's always been very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and he's always on time and tidy! Would recommend giving Mike a call for all your plumbing needs.

Mike is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We wouldn't use anyone else for all of our plumbing needs. Mike has done everything from fitting new (difficult) bathrooms, general plumbing works (kitchen sink / waste / stack) to heating / boiler systems and have been impressed with the service provided throughout each time we've used him (10 plus times). I've also referred to family and friends (5 plus referrals), all of which have had excellent experiences. I'd like to thank Mike for the hard work and for always being there in an emergency.

Contacted DJW re a significant water leak in my kitchen. Darren made sure someone got to me very quickly, ie same day. Freddie, who carried out the work, was polite, friendly and efficient. Leak stopped on first visit and then very quick turnaround to replace defective parts, and Freddie described at each point the work he was carrying out and why - in such way even a layman like myself could understand! Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. I’d definitely recommend Options and without doubt, I’ll use them again in the future.

After today’s boiler service, they will be my only ‘Option’ from now on. Rory came out to service my boiler, he was on time, polite and friendly. He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van. He explained all the issues that it had very clearly and when he was done he left no mess behind! See you next year!

I highly recommend Gary he is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. His work was of a very high standard, he fitted a new boiler and maserater and boxed in the boiler. He was always quick to respond and punctual and came within the hour to my initial call for help when water came through my kitchen ceiling. Don’t look anywhere else for a plumber!

We had a major leak and rang Apex to help with tracing & fixing the leak, due to very good Google reviews. Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it. Wholeheartedly recommend - he saved us from deep ‘5h17’, while he was busy with other work.

We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

Gary came round to change a couple of difficult tap changes, fit a vanity and other little bits to refresh our bathroom. He did an excellent job and spotted a hidden leak that he could have ignored and agreed to pop round to finish the job (fixing the vanity to the wall) after our flooring has been fitted. Outstanding Service from OnTrack Heating! We recently had OnTrack Heating sort out our underfloor heating, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the outset—they kept us informed throughout the process, explaining everything clearly. They arrived on time, worked professionally, and installed all components to a high standard. Everything was thoroughly tested before they left, giving us complete confidence in the job. Bill and Simon were a pleasure to work with. What seemed like a simple task to replace an existing washbasin and stand in the bathroom turned into a potential nightmare owing to nonstandard and unsuitable products and fittings supplied by the manufacturer. Bill had to use all of his experience and ingenuity to connect things successfully, and at a very reasonable price given that he had to make 2 visits on different days. Sam from Bracknell plumbing & heating came to do our recent boiler service along with installing a new Aqualisa shower, removal of an old electric shower and re-tilng. Whilst Steve attended to a new electric fan installation and other electrical works. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient and did a great job. The company is so easy to communicate with. The process of answering questions, organising dates and quotes for work to be done is all perfectly managed by Jenni and the admin team who kept us well informed and responded immediately to any questions. As previously used, BPH in the guise of Ryan their electrician quickly & very efficiently carried out the work setting up a Blink video doorbell & camera that ensures the increased safety of all our family even though he had only done so for the Ring equivalent before . Having had an extension done a few years ago, we have had multiple issues with the new plumbing. Those plumbers have since gone out of business (shock) - and i struggled to find a plumber who could come in and fix the various issues honestly and with integrity. I was finally recommended to Simon and I'll never change! He's responsive, upfront, clear and fair. He runs it how a business should in 2025 with clear and quick invoicing and whatsapp messaging. Highly reccomend.

2020 - Yet another superb bathroom from LFM! I cannot fault Rob’s service, he is always polite, tidy and honest.
