Recently joined burridge dental and can only express a very positive experience. The staff were very friendly and professional. Being a nervous patient prior, Edward made me feel at ease and I can’t believe i didn’t feel the injections, I don’t know how he does that. Thanks for making me feel calm and welcome.

Visited today as a family for a check up with Nitha Jose. She is so kind and really takes the time to explain things which is reassuring. She spoke to my 5 year old about her day at school to relax her and was really gentle. I can recommend this dentist especially for children or nervous adults (like me) and the practice generally. I have just completed my 2nd course of treatment since July,one needing an extraction and the other a crown. I needed short notice emergency appointments for both which were readily provided. The service provided by the team was excellent, and Matthew although a young dentist has provided the best dentistry I have received as an NHS patient for over 55 years. Well done and thank you.

Outstanding service- thank you. I needed an emergency appointment due to severe tooth ache and was able seen at 11am the same day. Dental nurse and dentist were great - quickly establishing I needed root canal treatment and booked me in for the following afternoon. Later that day the pain became increasingly worse. When asking if there was anything they could do to help they offered me an earlier appointment (outside of usual hours) that evening to start the treatment and alleviate the pain - above and beyond customer service! The procedure itself was pain-free and over within 1.5hrs. I’m now waiting for the 2nd appointment in a couple weeks.

Following recommendation from 2 close friends I went for a free consultation with Dr. Jeff O’Connell as my front bridge of 30 years was broken and in danger of falling out. I was extremely worried that my weak dental bone structure would mean that my only option would be a denture. However, Dr. Jeff gave me the confidence that a new bridge was definitely possible. So, following an extensive treatment plan, 4 months later (I had a few planned trips in the summer), I now have a new smile! It includes a new front bridge (5 teeth) and 2 new crowns. I also needed root canal treatment. All the staff I have seen have been very explanatory and caring, including the dental nurses. I didn’t feel worried at any stage of my treatment. It has definitely been an excellent team effort led by Dr. Jeff. Giselle and Jess are a very welcoming reception team, keeping me informed if it was necessary to make any changes to appointment times. I would highly recommend The Dental Group to family and friends. The quality of my new bridge has left me feeling very confident as it feels very stable and comfortable. I was very pleased with my recent appointment with the dental hygienist. It was a great experience, probably the best I've had at any dental practice. Both Naz and her nurse assistant were gentle and kind. They were also patient and understanding with my disability. I would recommend them and this practice to anyone.

My father has recently joined the practice and couldn't be happier with the care and attention he has received from all the staff. The sign up process was quick and easy, all his treatment options were explained so he could make an informed decision, every time he goes there's a lovely warm greeting. I have been going to this dentist for some time and am always happy with the experience. I find Sarah-Jane is a very patient and knowledgeable dentist and always puts me at ease, and Amy is the best hygienist I have ever been to at any practice. The whole team are very welcoming and professional. It is a bit of a journey from where I live but I would not want to go anywhere else.

Amazing attention to detail by Sarah Jane and her lovely team. Had to have extensive treatment at short notice and they made sure they booked out 90 minutes even losing half an hour of their lunch break to complete a brilliant repair. I’ve recently had quite complex dental work including several implants which required close liaison with my orthodontist and John. John was happy to explain every stage of the process putting my mind at ease that I was making the right decisions at each stage of the process . He and the team at Hilltop worked hard to make sure my experience was as comfortable as possible and my treatment plan was kept on track. Sue in reception has also been fantastic in managing my numerous appointments and is always a very friendly face. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the practice for both routine but also complex dental work.

Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

The team at Oakley are fantastic. They have helped me completely turn around my oral hygiene. I am now much happier and more confident about my teeth and gums! I have recently moved out of the area but I still use Oakley despite the 1hr commute each way.

As soon as you open the door you are met with a light airy reception and the staff are extremely pleasant and couldn’t do more to put you at your ease. Checkups are very comprehensive using up-to-date technology including instant viewing on television screens showing what the Dentist is talking about and it’s all done in such a friendly & professional environment that you just feel totally relaxed. Clear Dentistry is on another level, compared to any other surgery I have visited. Three main areas set them apart in my mind: Patient engagement: photos and scans shown on a screen in the room show the patient what is going on in their mouth, and provide justification for the treatment recommended. Use of modern techniques: the dental dam used during procedures is a game changer. Makes the whole experience much more pleasant. Almost every other device used is a more up to date version, and therefore less intrusive and faster. Preventative treatment: other practices leave issues until they escalate to treat. Clear Dentistry advise treating minor issues before they become major ones. Overall, I can’t recommend them more.

I have been a patient at Clear Dentistry for many years now and have just recently completed an Invisalign treatment with them and am delighted with the result. I had regular check ups with Leigh throughout the process and he always took the time to explain things clearly and he is always happy to answer my many questions - he has a natural way of putting you at ease. I attended the clinic with some trepidation as the screw for my implant had sheered off. Chris very quickly put me at ease. He was highly professional, explained each step he was going to take and reassured me he’d fix this, which of course he did. The letter he sent to my dentist explained fully what had been done, what the next step needed to be and made some recommendations to perhaps avoid a reoccurrence. I was impressed the minute I walked in to reception. Very modern and very business like while everyone I met showed appropriate care and consideration. I can’t recommend Clear Dentistry enough.

After many years of neglecting my teeth and an almost phobic fear of dentists, a very bad toothache brought me to Ferry Dental after reading so many reviews of so many dentists in Southampton…. and I’m so glad I did! From the moment you enter the waiting room, the ambient, crisp clean decor, the welcoming and kindness of the reception staff, the subtle, calm music, in fact, the whole aura of Ferry Dental exudes a professional calmness, which all helps to quell the nerves, even mine… and that took some doing! All my appointments have been punctual, which really helps when you’re so nervous. Dr. luri Coev quickly got to the root (literally) of my pain and after xrays , showed me the extent of my problems but in such a calm, quiet, matter of fact way, I felt safe with his knowledge and expertise. He took so much time explaining my options and costs before we came up with a plan, that I came away feeling positive. Scared but positive. Since that first consultation, I have had several extractions, partial dentures made and fitted and now awaiting splints to hold some of my remaining loose teeth for a while longer. I was terrified about the extractions but my fears were totally unfounded, thanks to a combination of Dr. luri’s expertise and the support of his wonderfully kind dental nurse, who literally held my hand on occasions. I’ve also had two periodontal sessions with the equally professional Justine and her nurse. After years of neglecting my teeth, Justine took every care, checking all the time that I was alright, never rushing and so gentle, showing me and explaining what needed to be done. What is also so reassuring, is the courtesy of a follow up email within the first 24/48 hours, checking that all's well and there aren't any problems. In my seven decades of dental treatment, I have never felt so reassured. The whole team at Ferry Dental are so professional and approachable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I and my family have been attending Ferry Dental Centre since 2022 with various dental issues and had only positive experience. Dr Iuri helped me with a number of dental issues including some complex reconstructions with onlays. He always took time to explain all the details and options available and I would like to express special thanks for his patientce and persistence in advising and explaining the importance of a night mouthguard for me. Dr Dennis is a brilliant specialist in dental implants, can only highly recommend him. Hygienist Yustin was superb in providing prophylactic and periodontal treatment. Assisting nurses were lovely and attentive. Reception team was always pleasant and welcoming with bookings and paperwork sorted timely and efficiently. I would like to emphasize high standards of dentistry and hygiene that Ferry Dental Team adheres to, including offering extensive new patient exam, using X-ray, dental microscope, rubber dams and modern materials and techniques. Ferry Dental has amazing dental services. They explain the process thoroughly, solve all the questions, very precise working, calm environment and experience as a patient. I’m 27 years old and my visit to Ferry Dental was my second ever visit to a dentist in my life. I was expecting it to be a very negative experience but I was totally wrong. I was seen by Dr Iuri Coev and Mrs Justine Ping and I can truly say they are amazing at what they do. I had a scale and polish appointment with Mrs Ping and she was extremely careful with me. The pricing is very affordable and I would say for what you get, I don’t think you can find better pricing. The whole environment is very positive, professional, welcoming and friendly from first walking into the dentistry to walking out after your treatment. You can also tell their hygiene standards are extremely high. I would highly recommend visiting Ferry Dental, they will be looking after my teeth from now on.

This is by far the best dentist I have been to. I have a severe needle phobia and bad experiences in the past with dentists made me nervous. Nikos and he's assistant was amazing telling me what they were doing each step of the way and have the patience of a saint. I have had some horrible experiences in the past so today going in to smilemakers on Hamble lane i was very anxious but Saadiq and Morgan made me very comfortable and friendly explained what they were going to do and made me feel at ease. I came out feeling so happy that i can smile again without being embarrassed about my teeth. They are amazing. Dr Goneos is an incredible Dental Surgeon.

I take my daughter here she likes this dentist as they are very friendly an explain everything well an have been able to do the work she requires she suffers anxiety but this dentist makes her feel at ease an relaxed highly recommend using this dental practice

Review for Bridgeways Dental. It was with a great deal of soul searching and a massive amount of trepidation before I made the decision to have whole mouth implants. The care, understanding, after care and truly professional treatment I received from Bridgeways was exemplary. The whole process was explained in great detail to put my mind at ease at every step. Surprisingly little pain, more like discomfort, with the procedure. Follow up appointments were scheduled to monitor the healing process throughout. I am more than satisfied with the end result. My confidence, ability to eat normally, and obviously, my smile has transformed my life dramatically Many thanks to George, Mel, Terri and all the team for making this almost a pleasant experience. I'm starting this review with the word WOW (Excellent experience from start to Finish) let me tell you why . For my first appointment I was seen by Casey and Demi , lovely friendly people and made my first visit there a pleasant one. Casey welcomed me to the practice as a new client and made me feel instantly comfortable. Very good dentist , checked my teeth and explained everything to me very well . Im even going to brush twice a day now otherwise Casey might tell me off lol. Demi the nurse is just great too. For my hygienist appointment a few days later I saw Vaida, I have seen alot of hygienists before , but Vaida was just exceptionally!! The best hygienist I've ever seen , just wow , I could of fallen asleep in the chair she was that good . I felt no pain and my teeth look amazing, I'm so so happy with the result . Vaida took her time and done a top job and nice and friendly too , like they all are including the reception staff . If you worried about seeing a hygienist then honestly go see Vaida ,she is just the best , you won't regret it . Easy to find and nice updated and clean premises .
