As a 26 year old guy, having not been to the dentist in 4 years, I can certainly say the service right from booking was exceptional. My first consultation today, along with X-rays and a clean, and thankfully nothing wrong. William is amazing and treats you with care, passion and is very gentle. I have my next appointment to book for 6 months time for a hygienist and I am looking forward to coming back. Thank you to all of you.

I think I am one of the few people who quite enjoys going to the dentist! The staff there are so welcoming and friendly. We even have sing-a-longs in the surgery (Michelle). I highly recommend this practice. I have been going here for years. Xx

I have quite bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist due to 2 previous awful experiences when I was younger. I was recommended Oakley Road by my mum. I am still quite anxious but every single member of staff always puts me at ease and are so understanding and respectful of my anxiety which I am totally thankful for. My dentist Dimitrios is wonderful, a really kind and caring man. I want to say a massive thank you to each and every member of staff for their kindness and help. The team at Oakley are fantastic. They have helped me completely turn around my oral hygiene. I am now much happier and more confident about my teeth and gums! I have recently moved out of the area but I still use Oakley despite the 1hr commute each way.

Visited today as a family for a check up with Nitha Jose. She is so kind and really takes the time to explain things which is reassuring. She spoke to my 5 year old about her day at school to relax her and was really gentle. I can recommend this dentist especially for children or nervous adults (like me) and the practice generally. I have just completed my 2nd course of treatment since July,one needing an extraction and the other a crown. I needed short notice emergency appointments for both which were readily provided. The service provided by the team was excellent, and Matthew although a young dentist has provided the best dentistry I have received as an NHS patient for over 55 years. Well done and thank you.

I don’t usually write reviews but I’m so grateful for Jim at beech dental who treated my son today. He went the other day to get a tooth removed because of an abscess, he is 8 and he was not compliant so we left, he was a pain to say the least. So we called back in hope he’d behave and get it removed the next time we went. So we returned, Jim was so reassuring to my son and really made us both feel at ease. He’d said he’d been so worried he couldn’t help my son on the previous visit. Anyway he got the tooth out. I would not take my children anywhere else! What a fantastic dentist 🙏

My orthodontic treatment under Dr Elena Tamas has surpassed all my expectations and the service I have received has been exceptional. I am so pleased with the end result and the corrections that Dr Tamas has made to my bite and the shape of my smile. I recently had treatment from Dr Nar and felt extremely relaxed and put at ease. He explained the whole process to me and the treatment went smoothly all the while ensuring I was okay and comfortable. The whole team from reception to the nurses made the whole experience positive.

The procedure I had was entirely my own decision based on the facts given. On the day of the appointment, more than sufficient time was given to ask questions once again and to proceed always at the pace the patient is comfortable with. A clear commentary on progress and outcome was reassuring, together with aftercare advice. A follow-up call the next day to check if there was any discomfort demonstrated the personal care given. I cannot recommend Dr. Nar and the Team at the Dental Suite more highly.

I moved dentist to join these guys, my wife was a patient and spoke very highly. So far the service and attention to detail and treatment planning has been exemplary…so glad I moved to them!

Outstanding service- thank you. I needed an emergency appointment due to severe tooth ache and was able seen at 11am the same day. Dental nurse and dentist were great - quickly establishing I needed root canal treatment and booked me in for the following afternoon. Later that day the pain became increasingly worse. When asking if there was anything they could do to help they offered me an earlier appointment (outside of usual hours) that evening to start the treatment and alleviate the pain - above and beyond customer service! The procedure itself was pain-free and over within 1.5hrs. I’m now waiting for the 2nd appointment in a couple weeks.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The dentist Massoud is very patient and gentle. Had two crown fitted and was extremely nervous. Just been for my 6 months check up and all is well. I even made an appointment with the hygienist, which I never did before. But apparently she's amazing and very gentle.

I had full upper implants. It was,a little more complicated than that as I already had several years ago, a few of which had now failed. It was quite a complicated surgery but the treatment, and kindness of all the staff was amazing. They put me at ease, explained everything fully & answered my questions in terms I understood. It's a lengthy process but worth every stage. They really understand & are experienced at implant dentistry & you feel in safe hands throughout the process. The end result is extremely good & I'm so happy I had it done. The whole team, from Ad & Rosie to all the nurses, receptionists etc are lovely & friendly. If anyone is considering implants I would highly recommend

What a relaxed and happy experience it was. I mean, who likes going to the dentist normally? No one, but I can wholeheartedly say the team there made it a joyful visit, they are so friendly and put me at ease. The advice they gave is second to none and professional. Just joined this practice this week and oh my goodness what caring friendly people, made me feel right at home. I am hoping to stay here for some time. I chose this dental practice because the reviews were excellent and I am very happy to share my first impressions. Greated nicely on my arrival and the nurse Lidia looked after me initially for the x-rays. Lidia explained what was shown on the x-rays and made sure I understood. The dental surgeon, Ad then came to see me and examined my teeth and then offered 2 treatment options. There was no pressure to choose either option and I was able to make a decision that was right for me. Actually think I will look forward to my appointments, who would ever say that about visiting a dentist!

As a lady in her 50s I have always had a deep fear of ths dentist since I was a little girl. I have seen numerous dentists through my life and have always kept up my dental health despite of this crippling fear of the whole experience. I have recently joined solent after not being happy and contented with my last dentist. Well I'm blown away by my lovely dentist Dr Susan hesleton at solent. What a gem of a dentist with such professionalism ,caring nature and highly experienced in her field of general dentistry and gum health. I have finally found a dentist I can feel completely comfortable and even more than that she has really helped me with my phobia of the dentist. It's still there but getting better each time I visit her for treatment. Thankyou so much solent , I would recommend you to anyone looking for the best dental experience out there. I feel blessed to have found Dr Susan Hesleton and will be forever grateful for her looking after me so well. Even better the injections were painless!😃 and I'm not as nervous now when I think of the dentists chair.

I would highly recommend this practice. I find dental appointments extremely stressful, but the care, patience & compassion given by all the staff is incredible. They don’t make you feel silly for being nervous, they explain in simple terms what they’re doing & why and every single member of staff are really caring, helpful and friendly. I recently had 2 extractions (which I was dreading), but they talked me through it, listened to my concerns, helped me stay calm and made it much easier than I had anticipated. The reception and dentistry staff are all very friendly, kind and understanding. I am sure they are all excellent, but in my experience Jade, Shannon, Adnan, Loretta and Sammi really put you at ease. I’m 27 years old and my visit to Ferry Dental was my second ever visit to a dentist in my life. I was expecting it to be a very negative experience but I was totally wrong. I was seen by Dr Iuri Coev and Mrs Justine Ping and I can truly say they are amazing at what they do. I had a scale and polish appointment with Mrs Ping and she was extremely careful with me. The pricing is very affordable and I would say for what you get, I don’t think you can find better pricing. The whole environment is very positive, professional, welcoming and friendly from first walking into the dentistry to walking out after your treatment. You can also tell their hygiene standards are extremely high. I would highly recommend visiting Ferry Dental, they will be looking after my teeth from now on.

After many years of neglecting my teeth and an almost phobic fear of dentists, a very bad toothache brought me to Ferry Dental after reading so many reviews of so many dentists in Southampton…. and I’m so glad I did! From the moment you enter the waiting room, the ambient, crisp clean decor, the welcoming and kindness of the reception staff, the subtle, calm music, in fact, the whole aura of Ferry Dental exudes a professional calmness, which all helps to quell the nerves, even mine… and that took some doing! All my appointments have been punctual, which really helps when you’re so nervous. Dr. luri Coev quickly got to the root (literally) of my pain and after xrays , showed me the extent of my problems but in such a calm, quiet, matter of fact way, I felt safe with his knowledge and expertise. He took so much time explaining my options and costs before we came up with a plan, that I came away feeling positive. Scared but positive. Since that first consultation, I have had several extractions, partial dentures made and fitted and now awaiting splints to hold some of my remaining loose teeth for a while longer. I was terrified about the extractions but my fears were totally unfounded, thanks to a combination of Dr. luri’s expertise and the support of his wonderfully kind dental nurse, who literally held my hand on occasions. I’ve also had two periodontal sessions with the equally professional Justine and her nurse. After years of neglecting my teeth, Justine took every care, checking all the time that I was alright, never rushing and so gentle, showing me and explaining what needed to be done. What is also so reassuring, is the courtesy of a follow up email within the first 24/48 hours, checking that all's well and there aren't any problems. In my seven decades of dental treatment, I have never felt so reassured. The whole team at Ferry Dental are so professional and approachable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I and my family have been attending Ferry Dental Centre since 2022 with various dental issues and had only positive experience. Dr Iuri helped me with a number of dental issues including some complex reconstructions with onlays. He always took time to explain all the details and options available and I would like to express special thanks for his patientce and persistence in advising and explaining the importance of a night mouthguard for me. Dr Dennis is a brilliant specialist in dental implants, can only highly recommend him. Hygienist Yustin was superb in providing prophylactic and periodontal treatment. Assisting nurses were lovely and attentive. Reception team was always pleasant and welcoming with bookings and paperwork sorted timely and efficiently. I would like to emphasize high standards of dentistry and hygiene that Ferry Dental Team adheres to, including offering extensive new patient exam, using X-ray, dental microscope, rubber dams and modern materials and techniques. Outstanding!! Had been suffering with a tooth ache. Couldn't take the pain anymore and called the 247 dentist, on a Sunday. They gave me an appointment the same day. Dan the dentist was so kind and understanding. Told me everything he was doing and at the same time made me laugh. I have a fear of the dentist. Samora, and Ellie were great and made me feel at ease. Just been to see the 24/7 team at Southampton. Dentist, Dan and Nurses Samara and Ellie were great. They were polite and friendly and sorted me out with some antibiotics on-site after diagnosing an infection. It’s good to know I really do have 24/7 cover locally. Will be using them again if I need to.
