I have quite bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist due to 2 previous awful experiences when I was younger. I was recommended Oakley Road by my mum. I am still quite anxious but every single member of staff always puts me at ease and are so understanding and respectful of my anxiety which I am totally thankful for. My dentist Dimitrios is wonderful, a really kind and caring man. I want to say a massive thank you to each and every member of staff for their kindness and help. I highly recommend Oakley Road Dental Practice. It’s wonderful!

The team at Oakley are fantastic. They have helped me completely turn around my oral hygiene. I am now much happier and more confident about my teeth and gums! I have recently moved out of the area but I still use Oakley despite the 1hr commute each way.

I have been coming to this practice for years, the staff here are amazing always smiling and happy to see you. Michelle and Mel do a fantastic job of looking after my teeth. I am currently on my SureSmile journey with Mel to sort out my crooked teeth and it’s been a positive experience and I am starting to see results. As a 26 year old guy, having not been to the dentist in 4 years, I can certainly say the service right from booking was exceptional. My first consultation today, along with X-rays and a clean, and thankfully nothing wrong. William is amazing and treats you with care, passion and is very gentle. I have my next appointment to book for 6 months time for a hygienist and I am looking forward to coming back. Thank you to all of you.

Really good! Dr Hennie and Dr Harry are amazing. They take their time and make u feel comfortable, especially good when you get the nerves when going to a dentist. I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! The clinic is new and modern with easy parking.

Due to a bad experience in my teens it is 22 years since my last dental treatment. I was so anxious. However Anna was the epitome of calm, empathetic, yet professional. Just the right balance of ‘get on with it’ and care. I couldn’t be more grateful for the way I was looked after and the treatment received.

I met practice Principal James Kleiber , who gave me confidence as soon as I met him,he told me what I needed, along with a quotation, which I accepted. I was to have two Implants, after I had my teeth removed James made up a sleeve to fit over my front teeth which was amazing it looked as if, I did not need any treatment. It took a number of appointments to fit the implants in. so eventually I had my new teeth in, I could not tell them from my proper teeth. An excellent job with hardly any pain for me at all. I have no hesitation in recommending James Kleiber, is so caring as well.

First time visiting this practice. Came in for an appointment with the hygienist, couldn't fault them at all. Friendly, welcoming and thorough. Will be returning for sure :)

Great dentist and hygienist. Told me honestly about my teeth how to look after them what to keep doing. It didn't feel like a shop in shop out dentist more of a homely feel where they give great personal advice on what you should do next. The hygienist was very thorough left no tooth left unpolished great in showing me some products that she felt maybe benifical for me to use. Everything was very professional and quick. Overall a great experience

Had a filling replaced With Jo Ann and nurse Sena today, and can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had regarding a filling. No pain during the procedure. Even the numbing needle actually went in without me feeling anything! Thrilled with the level of care I received today. THANKYOU!

As an NHS patient, I feel fortunate to have such a great dentist. Sandra is friendly, professional and thorough. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful too. Being someone who looks after their teeth, I'm grateful for the sensible decision to change me to yearly, rather than 6 monthly appointments.

Peter is a skilled and patient dentist who has made me feel much less anxious about dental treatment. He is friendly, gentle and explains everything clearly. Tinnu was assisting today and she was also lovely. I would thoroughly recommend them both.

I recently joined the practice and am really impressed with the service I have received. The receptionists are all very helpful. Julia the dentist was very thorough in the check up, giving clear explanations of the treatment I needed. I had a filling and Julia was very caring, constantly checked if I was OK. Thankyou.

Fantastic dental surgery. After registering as a new patient, having avoided the dentist for almost 10 years, I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised by Heatherstone Dental Practice. The initial sign up, with online forms that were simple yet thorough were easy to complete. Upon arrival, the reception team were welcoming and attentive. Then, the dentist herself was brilliant. Karen made me feel very at ease, no judgement for my lack of dental appointments over the years. She explained at each stage exactly what she was checking for and then simplified any dental jargon when required. It isn’t the norm to enjoy a dental visit, but Karen and the rest of the team made it so I did. I would thoroughly recommend Heatherstone to anyone.

Very friendly staff & a welcoming environment. The dentist explained everything clearly to both myself & my daughter & valued her opinions with regards to braces. Disappointingly for her, braces weren’t recommended as she was told her teeth were practically straight already.

My daughter has recently completed her treatment. From our first telephone conversation, the team have been helpful and supportive, making my daughter feel reassured and not at all fearful of the process. Her teeth look amazing now? The people working here are fantastic. The atmosphere is friendly. The orthodontists are gentle and answer any questions. I was quite nervous and I was put at ease. The assistants are also friendly and helpful. My braces took nearly three years because of lockdown, my teeth were very crooked and I’m old to have braces. But I’m thrilled with the results. The results are better than I expected. My teeth look fantastic, actually!

Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

After an unfortunate accident to my front tooth 2 ys ago, I was desperate to find someone who could repair the complex damage, having seen 2 other dentists previously, who had failed to resolve the issues. I found Rob Hannah online, and after an initial consultation & sideways CT scan, he identified the issue with my tooth, and has worked tirelessly to address the issues, restoring my teeth and appearance & subsequently my confidence. His empathy and kindness throughout my treatment has been second to none, and his professional expertise has been excellent and pain free, despite a number of complex operations. A big thank you to Rob and his excellent team, from Wendy on the Isle of Wight (I travel to Southampton to see Rob, he’s absolutely worth it !!).

I've personally never had a fear of dentists, but for anyone who does, they will be made to feel comfortable and safe. I was sceptical about an extraction being pain free - but it was. Having arrived at Bridgeways Dental over 2 years ago as possibly their most nervous new patient, I am so very happy to say that I've just finished my Invisalign treatment. And wow! I now have lovely teeth ... something I thought I would never be able to say and it's all thanks to Casey and her wonderful team. Can't praise/recommend Bridgeways dental enough. They made me feel at ease from the start for fillings & crowns and then took me through my Invisalign journey. They are just brilliant with nervous/terrified patients. Review for Bridgeways Dental. It was with a great deal of soul searching and a massive amount of trepidation before I made the decision to have whole mouth implants. The care, understanding, after care and truly professional treatment I received from Bridgeways was exemplary. The whole process was explained in great detail to put my mind at ease at every step. Surprisingly little pain, more like discomfort, with the procedure. Follow up appointments were scheduled to monitor the healing process throughout. I am more than satisfied with the end result. My confidence, ability to eat normally, and obviously, my smile has transformed my life dramatically Many thanks to George, Mel, Terri and all the team for making this almost a pleasant experience. I have just finished my Invisalign treatment with Bridgeways Dental and I am so pleased with the results. Have been to Clover dental practice most of my life and I’ve always had great treatment, friendly service and customised support available when I need it. Anna, the hygienist - who I’ve seen for at least a decade actually - is particularly supportive, and with her support staff Emmie took the time to go over everything with me in detail and provide unbiased advice on how to keep my teeth clean. In addition, the main dentists at the practice really know their stuff. Would recommend to all Baddesley residents and those outside of the area.

I spoke to the receptionist, Courtney, who booked my appointment she was very helpful and informative which made the booking process very easy. My dentist Charlie made me feel at ease during my treatment and nurse Emmie was excellent. The fillings i had done were quick and painless. Following my morning visit, and after 90 generous minutes of Charles' time, I can confidently say I have my happy smile back. Charles and Sham worked exceptionally well together and made what I considered to be impossible happen. Thanks guys, today has been my best ever experience at Clover Dental Practice. He even modified my anti snoring guard into a temporary gum shield, to help prevent wearing my teeth away when I grind away during the night. I always have a great experience at Dental Confidence - the reception are always great at communication prior to appointments. Alongside, the dentists and dental assistants are super friendly and communicate treatments options well. They are extremely good at working with patients with dental anxiety/ needle phobias and allow extra time for appointments for such matters. Nothing but great things to say about the practice!

Dental confidence is a fantastic practice in all areas. Warmly welcomed and served by Karen on reception, followed by hygienist treatment with Grant who was friendly and professional. My Dentist was Aleksandra who was also very friendly and helped me relax whilst having two fillings done. The dental nurses were fantastic too, especially ensuring I was comfortable and not in pain throughout the procedure. All in all I would highly recommend this practice.
