As an NHS patient, I feel fortunate to have such a great dentist. Sandra is friendly, professional and thorough. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful too. Being someone who looks after their teeth, I'm grateful for the sensible decision to change me to yearly, rather than 6 monthly appointments.

I took my daughter to see Peter & Shannon to get some teeth removed in preparation for a brace. She was very nervous but she was put at ease straight away. Thank you so much to you both for being so kind and helpful. Absolute superstars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I feel very fortunate to have been accepted into The Smiles Studio as NHS Patients. Balpreet is super nice, very details in explaining the situation and give us choice. I had an urgent filing needs to be done, I was really lucky to have the appointment the next day and within that appointment, filling is done as she is so considerate and understand the urgency of prompt intervention to prevent the tooth from decaying further. I'm truly grateful to them. I'll recommend them without reserve, but you need to be really lucky to wait for them to open up NHS registration again, unless you go private with them, which is also an option. By the way, I rarely provide such complementary reviews unless they are truly exceptional. Well done, the Smile Studio Chandlers Ford! You are greatly valued.

Had a filling replaced With Jo Ann and nurse Sena today, and can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had regarding a filling. No pain during the procedure. Even the numbing needle actually went in without me feeling anything! Thrilled with the level of care I received today. THANKYOU!

Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.

I recently had gum surgery with Dr. Robin and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. I always have a great experience at Dental Confidence - the reception are always great at communication prior to appointments. Alongside, the dentists and dental assistants are super friendly and communicate treatments options well. They are extremely good at working with patients with dental anxiety/ needle phobias and allow extra time for appointments for such matters. Nothing but great things to say about the practice!

Dental confidence is a fantastic practice in all areas. Warmly welcomed and served by Karen on reception, followed by hygienist treatment with Grant who was friendly and professional. My Dentist was Aleksandra who was also very friendly and helped me relax whilst having two fillings done. The dental nurses were fantastic too, especially ensuring I was comfortable and not in pain throughout the procedure. All in all I would highly recommend this practice.

Very friendly staff & a welcoming environment. The dentist explained everything clearly to both myself & my daughter & valued her opinions with regards to braces. Disappointingly for her, braces weren’t recommended as she was told her teeth were practically straight already.

The people working here are fantastic. The atmosphere is friendly. The orthodontists are gentle and answer any questions. I was quite nervous and I was put at ease. The assistants are also friendly and helpful. My braces took nearly three years because of lockdown, my teeth were very crooked and I’m old to have braces. But I’m thrilled with the results. The results are better than I expected. My teeth look fantastic, actually!

Fantastic dental surgery. After registering as a new patient, having avoided the dentist for almost 10 years, I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised by Heatherstone Dental Practice. The initial sign up, with online forms that were simple yet thorough were easy to complete. Upon arrival, the reception team were welcoming and attentive. Then, the dentist herself was brilliant. Karen made me feel very at ease, no judgement for my lack of dental appointments over the years. She explained at each stage exactly what she was checking for and then simplified any dental jargon when required. I had a skin consultation with Liz to discuss various skin concerns and possible treatments. Liz listened carefully and patiently to my full history and was thoughtful, honest and transparent about what options would and wouldn't work for me, taking the wider picture and my wellbeing into account. In the end, she recommended a treatment that is not available at the clinic, and refunded me the consultation fee. I don't think I've ever received such excellent, honest and generous customer service. Liz is the consummate professional and the person to see for an expert and honest assessment of your skincare needs.

Liz has been doing various treatments for me for a long time, last month she did filler on my jawline and cheekbones, and I’m thrilled with the results, I look fresher and younger but still very natural. Liz has a thorough knowledge of every treatment she performs and I really respect that she won’t perform any treatment that you don’t need, or won’t be effective. Liz is lovely and is always available for any questions after the treatment. I would highly recommend her due to her professionalism, and expertise, as well as the high quality products she uses. Lowen Dental Spa is beautiful and in a convenient location with easily accessible parking.

Review for Bridgeways Dental. It was with a great deal of soul searching and a massive amount of trepidation before I made the decision to have whole mouth implants. The care, understanding, after care and truly professional treatment I received from Bridgeways was exemplary. The whole process was explained in great detail to put my mind at ease at every step. Surprisingly little pain, more like discomfort, with the procedure. Follow up appointments were scheduled to monitor the healing process throughout. I am more than satisfied with the end result. My confidence, ability to eat normally, and obviously, my smile has transformed my life dramatically Many thanks to George, Mel, Terri and all the team for making this almost a pleasant experience. I have just finished my Invisalign treatment with Bridgeways Dental and I am so pleased with the results. From my very first consultation Casey and her entire team have been super friendly and welcoming. Everything was fully explained in detail to me and they always advised the best options to achieve my desired results. Having arrived at Bridgeways Dental over 2 years ago as possibly their most nervous new patient, I am so very happy to say that I've just finished my Invisalign treatment. And wow! I'm starting this review with the word WOW (Excellent experience from start to Finish) let me tell you why . For my first appointment I was seen by Casey and Demi , lovely friendly people and made my first visit there a pleasant one. Casey welcomed me to the practice as a new client and made me feel instantly comfortable. Very good dentist , checked my teeth and explained everything to me very well . Im even going to brush twice a day now otherwise Casey might tell me off lol. Demi the nurse is just great too. For my hygienist appointment a few days later I saw Vaida, I have seen alot of hygienists before , but Vaida was just exceptionally!! The best hygienist I've ever seen , just wow , I could of fallen asleep in the chair she was that good . I felt no pain and my teeth look amazing, I'm so so happy with the result . Vaida took her time and done a top job and nice and friendly too , like they all are including the reception staff . If you worried about seeing a hygienist then honestly go see Vaida ,she is just the best , you won't regret it . Easy to find and nice updated and clean premises . I met practice Principal James Kleiber , who gave me confidence as soon as I met him,he told me what I needed, along with a quotation, which I accepted. I was to have two Implants, after I had my teeth removed James made up a sleeve to fit over my front teeth which was amazing it looked as if, I did not need any treatment. It took a number of appointments to fit the implants in. so eventually I had my new teeth in, I could not tell them from my proper teeth. An excellent job with hardly any pain for me at all. I have no hesitation in recommending James Kleiber, is so caring as well.

Great dentist and hygienist. Told me honestly about my teeth how to look after them what to keep doing. It didn't feel like a shop in shop out dentist more of a homely feel where they give great personal advice on what you should do next. The hygienist was very thorough left no tooth left unpolished great in showing me some products that she felt maybe benifical for me to use. Everything was very professional and quick. I am more than pleased with the service offered by the practice. I was referred to James from my dentist in Portsmouth when I expressed an interest in having implants. I had five all at once! James and the staff at Wordsworth House are first rate. Today I must also mention Chloe who I met for the first time when she ably demonstrated care and concern in engaging with an elderly patient in reception. Really good! Dr Hennie and Dr Harry are amazing. They take their time and make u feel comfortable, especially good when you get the nerves when going to a dentist. I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! The clinic is new and modern with easy parking.

Due to a bad experience in my teens it is 22 years since my last dental treatment. I was so anxious. However Anna was the epitome of calm, empathetic, yet professional. Just the right balance of ‘get on with it’ and care. I couldn’t be more grateful for the way I was looked after and the treatment received.

I’ve been with this dental practise for over 20 years and have always been completely satisfied with them and the wonderfully friendly staff. My recent treatment (a replacement cap) was excellent and dentist, hygienist and dental nurse’s excellent.

I would gladly recommend this dental practice to anyone. My experience having had a series of dental visits over a four week period was extremely pleasant, given the nature of the work carried out. I can't speak highly enough of Euan as a dentist, somehow he was able to make a two hour session go by seamlessly and with no stress caused at all. For this I thank you Euan, it couldn't have been easy. Everyone at Beauchamp behaves in an extremely professional manner, making the whole process flow so well and with no effort. I Managed to get my kids into the NHS dentist as Private cost are very high for children and most family's wouldn't be able to afford it. Absolutely fabulous dental practice, friendly, helpful and caring reception staff and the dentist and dental nurse were so kind and explained everything after I went in with broken and infected teeth. I then had an extraction which was done with so much care, I was a bit worried on the Friday that it might be infected so I rang the practice, the receptionist gave advice and also rang me back following speaking with the dentist to confirm I was just being a bit paranoid! (My words, not theirs!) overall, definitely 5 stars! Thank you to all the staff there.
