My daughter has recently completed her treatment. From our first telephone conversation, the team have been helpful and supportive, making my daughter feel reassured and not at all fearful of the process. Her teeth look amazing now? The people working here are fantastic. The atmosphere is friendly. The orthodontists are gentle and answer any questions. I was quite nervous and I was put at ease. The assistants are also friendly and helpful. My braces took nearly three years because of lockdown, my teeth were very crooked and I’m old to have braces. But I’m thrilled with the results. The results are better than I expected. My teeth look fantastic, actually!

I really could not be happier with my aligner treatment, Dr Lister is a dental superhero. He was exceptionally helpful, informative and patient throughout, and the end results were even better than I had hoped for. Just had my implants done. I generally am not a fan of dentists due to my low pain threshold, but I need not of worried as Dr Khan is a master of his craft and the whole process was virtually painless. The implants blend very nicely with my other teeth. Glad I’ve had it done and thanks to the whole Clover team for a job well done.

I spoke to the receptionist, Courtney, who booked my appointment she was very helpful and informative which made the booking process very easy. My dentist Charlie made me feel at ease during my treatment and nurse Emmie was excellent. The fillings i had done were quick and painless. Following my morning visit, and after 90 generous minutes of Charles' time, I can confidently say I have my happy smile back. Charles and Sham worked exceptionally well together and made what I considered to be impossible happen. Thanks guys, today has been my best ever experience at Clover Dental Practice. He even modified my anti snoring guard into a temporary gum shield, to help prevent wearing my teeth away when I grind away during the night. I went in complaining about tooth ache and pain, and it's safe to say I was in great hands. Dr Neha was so considerate, kind, and patient as it wasn't the straightforward procedure we were hoping for. But at every step, she took the most considered approach, listened when I was in pain, and took care to make sure I was comfortable at every step. I could not recommend this lovely team more!

Liz has been doing various treatments for me for a long time, last month she did filler on my jawline and cheekbones, and I’m thrilled with the results, I look fresher and younger but still very natural. Liz has a thorough knowledge of every treatment she performs and I really respect that she won’t perform any treatment that you don’t need, or won’t be effective. Liz is lovely and is always available for any questions after the treatment. I would highly recommend her due to her professionalism, and expertise, as well as the high quality products she uses. Lowen Dental Spa is beautiful and in a convenient location with easily accessible parking.

I had a skin consultation with Liz to discuss various skin concerns and possible treatments. Liz listened carefully and patiently to my full history and was thoughtful, honest and transparent about what options would and wouldn't work for me, taking the wider picture and my wellbeing into account. In the end, she recommended a treatment that is not available at the clinic, and refunded me the consultation fee. I don't think I've ever received such excellent, honest and generous customer service. Liz is the consummate professional and the person to see for an expert and honest assessment of your skincare needs.

I would gladly recommend this dental practice to anyone. My experience having had a series of dental visits over a four week period was extremely pleasant, given the nature of the work carried out. I can't speak highly enough of Euan as a dentist, somehow he was able to make a two hour session go by seamlessly and with no stress caused at all. Absolutely fabulous dental practice, friendly, helpful and caring reception staff and the dentist and dental nurse were so kind and explained everything after I went in with broken and infected teeth. I then had an extraction which was done with so much care, I was a bit worried on the Friday that it might be infected so I rang the practice, the receptionist gave advice and also rang me back following speaking with the dentist to confirm I was just being a bit paranoid! (My words, not theirs!) overall, definitely 5 stars! Thank you to all the staff there.

I am more than pleased with the service offered by the practice. I was referred to James from my dentist in Portsmouth when I expressed an interest in having implants. I had five all at once! James and the staff at Wordsworth House are first rate. Today I must also mention Chloe who I met for the first time when she ably demonstrated care and concern in engaging with an elderly patient in reception. She is both personable and professional and a credit to the practice. James has a great ‘dentist chair’ manner. He is caring and knowledgeable giving me immense confidence in the work he carried out. Great dentist and hygienist. Told me honestly about my teeth how to look after them what to keep doing. It didn't feel like a shop in shop out dentist more of a homely feel where they give great personal advice on what you should do next. The hygienist was very thorough left no tooth left unpolished great in showing me some products that she felt maybe benifical for me to use. Everything was very professional and quick. Fantastic dental surgery. After registering as a new patient, having avoided the dentist for almost 10 years, I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised by Heatherstone Dental Practice. The initial sign up, with online forms that were simple yet thorough were easy to complete. Upon arrival, the reception team were welcoming and attentive. Then, the dentist herself was brilliant. Karen made me feel very at ease, no judgement for my lack of dental appointments over the years. She explained at each stage exactly what she was checking for and then simplified any dental jargon when required. It isn’t the norm to enjoy a dental visit, but Karen and the rest of the team made it so I did. I would thoroughly recommend Heatherstone to anyone.

I've just had a single extraction and bridge fitted. Provably no big deal to most, but to a 51 year old with a 40 year severe dental phobia, quite the deal! Everyone was just so lovely yet professional, putting me at as much ease as possible. The procedure was painless and the staff just so great. I trusted them and dare I say I actually had fun! In honesty, there was a tad of faff with swapping dates between initial appointment and treatment, but worth the wait, would have been 4.5 stars but there wasn't an option!!

Totally restored my faith in dentists, Swetha went above and beyond to help me out with desparate dental work that needed doing and did the main work (which was a huge job) all within just 1 week so that l could actually travel 200 miles for my fathers funeral in no pain thankyou to her, Swethas work is exceptional but the friendly approach towards me being an upsetting time was so caring and amazing, l am going back soon for her to finish other problems l have and actually looking forward to the rest of the treatment, the photos speak volumes, thankyou amazing Swetha

At every visit to this dentist I have always found the receptionist, Jan, friendly and helpful. This particular visit was to have three fillings done, to rectify a chip on the back of a lower tooth and to fill in two others where the gum has worn off and exposed the root. Ali the dentist was quick and efficient and performed the fillings expertly. I am very pleased with the results - my teeth look great!

Ali the dentist was patient and kind and made me feel at ease with a tooth extraction. He explained everything in detail and gave me the decision of what to have done with my teeth which was good.
