I can recommend this dental practice especially Dr Ben Davies who happily removed swollen gum on my lower molar. It healed quickly and no pain. He is well experienced and also explains things well. Very reassured

I had two wisdom teeth extracted here. The service and welcome I received were amazing on both visits. The nursing team Kirsty and Natasha were friendly, explained things clearly and were reassuring. Richard Ramsey was outstanding..both teeth extracted in no time, even with one being cut in half…explained everything clearly and put me at ease. What a great team. Thankyou all.

Was referred here for tooth extraction. I'm quite a nervous patient and was made to feel at ease by Ben. A lovely practice, super comfy waiting room. All staff look very smart and professional. Has plenty of parking spaces available which is always a bonus

I was in a car accident, got knocked off my bike and suffered several injuries including the loss of 2 front teeth and another fractured and displaced. This resulted in a lengthy process including root canal, extraction, splinting and implant surgery. The dentists and nurses were caring and delivered amazing care through my treatment. They made me feel safe and comfortable through such a trauma. Huge thanks to Ben, Alistair, and Bernadette i can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommended this practise!

Mr Hall did my dental implants and crowns last year. I felt very well looked after, everything was explained so I could understand it. The whole thing went as planned, a lot of high tech equipment. I had other quotations, and although this was closer to the top range I feel it was good value for money, and I didn’t have the confidence in the cheaper clinics I visited. Now I have 2 new great looking teeth and can chew again. I can really highly recommend Mr Hall.

I've also been seen by Duaa, the implant specialist, who is equally excellent. 8th Jan 25 , Would really recommend. A great treatment plan and couldn't be happier. Lovely friendly staff and felt really looked after. A way to go to complete my journey and achieve my goal but look forward to each step in turn. Thank you VIDA. 3 weeks later 29th Jan as planned,the next stage is complete. Amazing kind staff and again couldn't be happier with this Dental surgery. Thank you again Vida. So as advised I went in for my composite fillings on 6 bottom teeth. Dates were flexible... admin was spot on and yet again the best care I have ever experienced. Lovely reminder phone calls by lovely staff...what more do you need! James Pugh and his dental assistant were nothing short of brilliant. So so caring, fantastic communications and the end result today couldn't me happier! I will see this amazing team again in 60 days so will follow up with the journey. Thank you again. A very happy man!

As a very nervous patient with many bad experiences in the past I was extremely nervous about restarting my dental journey, but I can honestly say my experience at VIDA has been exceptional. From the first consultation with James right through to today's session with Summer the hygienist, it's been a very good experience and I don't say that lightly! My concerns have been listened to and I was never made to feel silly for being so anxious I was offered sedation and anaesthetic and I felt like I was cared for every step. The results so far are great and the work continues and I'm confident that for the first time in my life I may well end up with a confident smile. I highly recommend the team at VIDA especially if you're someone that feels a bit anxious and hasn't managed to see a dentist for a while.

I was never skeptical in my decision to start my Invisalign journey with Damira Dental practice, as every time I walked in I felt super welcome there and the support financially was fantastic! Going from being uncomfortable to even smile in public for fear of being embarrassed by my teeth to having a beaming smile everywhere I go now is a massively great feeling to have. My dentist Eduardo Ocampo did an amazing job and was always able to make an appointment for me at any time no problem. My dentist Eduardo was very caring, kind and considerate with my treatment, especially as I am a nervous patient. I really appreciated his professionalism along with the dental nurse. All the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Even though I arrived early for my appointment I did not have to wait very long. The new patient check-up was fine and my anxiety was abated. However, I did think it could have been a little more detailed. Today I saw the hygienist who was extremely helpful and again I only waited for a few minutes for my appointment. So far my experience has been good.

The dentist had logged my previously difficult experiences with having a dental brush particularly. He suggested me wearing the headphones I had with me. They had found peaceful music in the background during my check-up. He didn't rush anything and talked through everything he was doing- asking my consent before anything. He is also going to see if he can do anything to make it more manageable for my daughter to cope with it. It was a really positive experience.
