I caught Keywise in between jobs, and he still made the time to help me out - truly appreciated. Bugsy came to change the locks on our house. The front door was difficult to lock due to the door swelling and it being poorly fitted. He offered his expertise and advice and adjusted the door so we can easily lock it. He went the extra mile, genuine and honest chap. We will not hesitate to use him again and recommend to others.

Based on recommendations, I contacted Keywise to replace a worn out lock mechanism on a UPVC door. Within a couple of hours of my call, the issue was resolved; no fuss, no call out charge just good ‘old fashioned’ expert and friendly service and at a very reasonable price. If you need an honest and reliable locksmith, then you cannot beat Keywise I had broken off what I thought was a Yale key in my lock so was quoted for removal (if possible) or replacement. When Bugsy arrived It turned out not to be a Yale but a thumb turn. This would ordinarily have cost more money but Bugsy very kindly honoured the original quote. He are back a week later on time and replaced the lock which also included three keys. I would certainly highly recommend
