Eddie came to repair some door handles and locks that were sticking and hard to use at our new house. We couldn’t be more impressed with his service! From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly established what the problems were, explaining what needed to be done to get everything working smoothly again. He followed this up quickly with a written quote that we felt was of good value. On the day of the repairs, Eddie’s work was efficient and thorough and he took great care to make sure everything was secure and functioning properly, cleaning up at the end of the job. The handle on our composite front door was becoming very difficult to turn after unlocking. We called Lock It Security and spoke to Eddie who diagnosed it over the phone. He came out the next day to confirm and ordered the part we needed, leaving us with a temporary fix for a couple of days. He returned as promised with the correct part, fitted it and serviced the door. Really happy with the work, the service and Eddie was really friendly and professional. 5 stars.

Highly recommend Eddie. Called him out to look at a deadlocked back door. He answered right away and came around later that morning. He got the door open for me despite it being a challenge. Eddie quickly repaired one broken window lock, serviced another so that the window now opens very easily, as well as servicing a side door so that now opens, shuts and locks with ease! As before, he turned up when he said he would, explained the options and left everything tidy- thanks Eddie!

Went into the shop on Monday st 3pm to ask for the locks to be changed at my new property. Job booked in for Tuesday morning less than 24 hours wait. Called to let us know the arrival time. Outstanding workmanship, didn't just change the locks but adjusted all the door setting to stock it getting jammed and squeaking. Would definitely recommend!

Bank holiday weekend and our key snapped In our vehicle, no other vehicle key cutting company could help due to the make of the van, even our break down service said they couldn’t sort us a new key. Peter (I think his name was) was really friendly, drove to our location within 2 hours and had us back up and running within 20 minutes and for a really reasonable price. Key would not turn in my daughter-in-law's VW Golf this morning, and it all pointed to a failure within the ignition system. These guys turned up within 90 minutes, giving me a courtesy call 20 minutes before they arrived. Repair was complete within an hour - the unit that houses the ignition barrel needed replacing. Now as good as new. Ignore the one negative review on here - it is full of misunderstanding, ignorance, and self-importance, on what was a tragic day for one family. A 5 star review is fully deserved, I'd have no hesitation in using Advanced Locksmiths again, and would recommend them with full confidence.

I managed to lock myself out of the boot of my ex met police panda car. Which sadly contained it’s police attire. The guy at the shop managed to get into it in minutes. Fantastic service. My panda car is now show ready once again.

Called Interlock Locksmiths as my front door handle would not turn to gain entry to the house. Tim arrived and serviced the lock and replaced some internal parts. He then aligned the door and adjusted the front door of the porch as well. I can honestly say they work better now than when they were first installed 12 years ago. A great job at a good price. I would definitely recommend Tim who takes pride in his work.

Tim was polite and available to come and solve our lock issues within an hour of ringing. He knew exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost as well as making some additional adjustments to our door that was causing us issues that we didn't even know about before and at no extra cost. He worked quickly and efficiently and I would recommend his services.

The cobbler here was very helpful with my shoes. The heels were squeaking as I walked & he made every effort to fix them without charging me, however finally we decided they needed re-heeling which he did while I did my shopping. V helpful, and my shoes are great.
