Cate is an excellent teacher for adults: patient, unpatronising, lively and witty. I have been having Spanish lessons with her for a few months and have made remarkable progress considering I started from scratch. The material she provides and way we are progressing is just right for an adult learner who comes at the learning in fits and bursts. As well as being erudite and a born linguist, Cate has a talent for meeting your needs with understanding and teaching pragmatic day-to-day constructions rather than school-book language. I'd wholeheartedly recommend her if you are an adult wishing to pick up or polish your French or Spanish. We also laugh a lot!

Armelle did a few lessons with me over summer to keep my skills up (focus grammar + translation) and to help improve my predicted grade. I got a predicted grade of A. She is very friendly and sets useful homework tasks between lessons.

I would like to thank Tom for all the support he gave me during my A level Biology course. I achieved an A in my A level Biology exam. The A level Biology group lessons were very informative. Anna has helped my daughter with both her Maths and English GCSEs. She has given my daughter the confidence boost she needed to tackle both exams.
