My grandson has been tutored by Kirsty for 5 years. She was an amazing support to him during Covid lockdowns, which was a difficult time. Henry is always happy to see Kirsty, even though it is more 'learning' after school. She has helped enormously with his confidence and concentration, and his reading, particularly comprehension, is greatly improved. Kirsty makes learning fun with lots of educational games. He receives good reports from his school and I am sure this is partly due to 'Teatime Tutoring'. Her feedback is very helpful and she always mentions his next steps.

Kirsty makes learning maths from being very difficult to fun activity for my 9 year old daughter. She is looking forward to her sessions. Primary mathematics is very important for child to learn and develop for later harder stages of math. Like building a house. Strong foundation is must for sturdy house. Melanie was excellent in assisting and guiding my Son in his path to finding his first Sales Job. The Interview processes are complex and detailed and it was very beneficial having Melanie's experience and guidance. She was very good at getting my Son to be more detailed in applying to Jobs and Apprenticeships and keep his motivation, whilst being clear about how much work needs to be put into applications and Interviews. Can’t recommend Melanie enough! As a graduate just leaving university she helped me fantastically. In our 1-1 sessions she asked questions to evaluate what I truly wanted to aim for in a career. Combined with her research between sessions we found a selection of companies which aligned with my interests and we approached directly. It’s much appreciated guidance since graduate hire is daunting! Melanie provides great confidence that your CV and cover letter are up to scratch, this is so reassuring when sending them to companies. Her help for interviews will be useful at any stage in my career! If you’ve graduated there is plenty of value in contacting Melanie, any number of sessions I think would be beneficial. I would also suggest a session during university, as a student, since Melanie’s research and advice would be eye opening, realising the opportunities available! 12 months later and I’m so pleased with the job Melanie helped me get, couldn’t have done it without her! I would like to thank Tom for all the support he gave me during my A level Biology course. I achieved an A in my A level Biology exam. The A level Biology group lessons were very informative. Along with the information provided in the lesson, Tom used active recall to test us on our knowledge and engaged us in the lesson which deepened my understanding and retention of A level Biology concepts. Furthermore, when we answered long question types we would use an interactive whiteboard to answer the questions, and he would regularly check our work and provide areas of improvement for our answers. My daughter has only done 4 sessions and has achieved a great mark in her end of year Maths exam which we are delighted with, as it sets her up to have a confident start after the summer holidays in the next year. Kip McGrath is worth every penny in giving confidence and exam skills. My son also attended a couple of years ago for his Maths GCSE and I am certain would not have passed without the training he had here. A very clever and expensive private tutor for 2 years did not help him as much as Kip McGrath did. Highly recommended.

Both of my children are attending Maths and English classes. I am very happy with the Kip team. They tailor education plan based on individual needs, provide regular feedback about children's progress, and advice on how children can be supported at home. Tash at Teatime Tutors came highly recommended to me from a friend. She offered an online introductory session with my son and by the end of this he felt totally at ease with her kind, funny and encouraging manner. Over the one year that we have worked with Tash she has really helped my son grown in confidence, to find his voice and own his opinions. Tash has a great manner with children and so can help them realise their mistakes without feeling upset but to grow and improve. It has been a fantastic experience overall. As my son’s confidence improved so did the quality of his work. For me it helped me be reassured that my son would fulfil his potential and achieve his goals. Without Tash I think the whole 11 plus would have been a nightmare. Instead my son looked forward to his weekly catch up and sessions. Tash, at Teatime Tutors, was tutoring and following up our 10-yr daughter for the past couple of years and she was of absolute great help, showing learning techniques and resilience to our daughter. Not only our daughter progressed and learned new skills but also acquired methodology and aptitude to circumvent a problem and find the solution, which I am afraid she is not being taught at school. We're grateful to Tash and we will miss her a lot, and our daughter already misses her smile and positiveness no matter what. Tash is an incredibly caring, kind and special tutor. She built up a great connection with my son very quickly, and they developed a great friendship over zoom (including lots of laughing!) which allowed my son to feel at ease whilst working on topics that were challenging for him. I felt Tash really got to understand what my son needed in terms of 11+ help in a very short space of time, was incredible gentle and I couldn't recommend her more highly. In hindsight, my approach to learning German lacked structure. Having tried several tutors, all of whom never managed to instil confidence in my speaking ability, I soon felt dejected. That all changed when I started with Borderless Tutoring. Alla is very good at pinpointing areas that I find tricky. When things just do not sink in, she always creatively finds ways to help me grasp the idea. Her lessons are really well-thought-out and they have a clear direction - I can see each session nicely building on the previous one. Most importantly though, her lessons are fun! Already, my speaking has come on by leaps and bounds, and I feel her rigorous approach to grammar is certainly paying off. I would strongly encourage anyone searching around for tutors to not waste their time and choose Borderless, because Alla has done wonders for my German. Cannot recommend more!
