This was excellent tutoring from a teacher who understands what is needed and how to help children achieve it. The best thing was that it was welcoming, encouraging and confidence building. My daughter actually really enjoyed the sessions. Nicola’s input has also really improved her performance in class. I would highly recommend.

Nicola at Forest 1st Tutoring managed to work wonders in getting our daughter up to speed in time for the 11+ exam. We left it very late in the day to start preparing and Nicola agreed to tutor across the summer term and summer holidays - primarily using group work with additional one-on-one sessions on top. The transformation in our daughter’s confidence and attainment was amazing. The tutoring would have been worthwhile regardless of the outcome as not only has she achieved a solid pass in the 11+, she has also been really well set up to make a happy and confident start to year 6.

This company was recommended to me by several friends and I highly recommend them too. I have been using Acorn Tutors for over a year to support my children (12 and 10) with Maths and Literacy. We used Acorn Tutors upon numerous recommendations during the unfortunate COVID-19 lockdown of 2020. Once it was clear that the Year 6 SATS were not going ahead we utilised Tom's experience and professionalism for twice weekly Zoom lessons for our son in preparation for starting Year 7 at a new much larger secondary school. Tom has worked with our child for a year leading up to her SATs and we've been very impressed with his ability to work at her speed and keep her engaged every lesson. My grandson has been tutored by Kirsty for 5 years. She was an amazing support to him during Covid lockdowns, which was a difficult time. Henry is always happy to see Kirsty, even though it is more 'learning' after school. Melanie was excellent in assisting and guiding my Son in his path to finding his first Sales Job. The Interview processes are complex and detailed and it was very beneficial having Melanie's experience and guidance. Sehar faryad is an amazing tutor I cannot recommend her enough. We started our sessions at the beginning of lockdown and my daughter is more confident than ever going back to school and preparing for the A+ test. She looks forward to her weekly classes and comes out proud going over her progress chart with sehar. I recommend tuitions to everyone. My child enjoyed the lessons and made enormous progress at the same time. I had Mahr as my Biology tutor, I only started lessons with him around 6 weeks before my exam & was quite nervous about how it’d be.
