It was returned hand cleaned, personally by Lynne, but it was also fixed - was almost in tears of how beautiful it looked. Thank you so much for looking after something so personal to me. What a fantastic, professional and personal service. I took my huge wedding dress in to be cleaned. Not only did Lynne meticulously clean the dress by hand, but she also kindly fixed all the tears, and packed it in to a lovely presentation box.
