Chris did a first class job on my windows and conservatory recently. He cleaned all the window frames on the house and conservatory and removed all traces of algae from the frames since they hadn't been cleaned for some time. He did a very thorough job so I will be continuing to use him and would highly recommend him.

I stumbled across Prime Shine by accident but WHAT A FIND! Chris goes out of his way to offer 100% in every aspect of his business and is so efficient and positive in his work ethic. We were particularly impressed with our 'soffit' cleaning he undertook which was grim and the difference is amazing. He is a really hard-working and genuine chap and we love to support a local business :)

Found this company on Facebook which came with very good reviews. Contacted Joe by messenger to have my bins cleaned. He replied quickly and arranged to come out the same day which I was impressed with. He deep cleaned the bins and left them thoroughly clean and smelling fresh, a job everyone hates. Joe was very pleasant, friendly and professional. I have booked him in again to clean my bins on a regular basis and even to have my carpets cleaned. Jack & Katherine took on a job on my house to clear some seriously clogged gutters and a flat roof with moss that had grown on it for years! They provided the perfect service, right from my first call to them for a quotation, to completing the work to a very high standard. Both Jack and Katherine were utterly professional and friendly. I have a very old complicated farm house with gutters that needed cleaning and repair and a roof entirely covered in moss. Jack and Katherine have done a brilliant job at clearing away the old moss and rubbish in the gutters. They have repaired everything too, replacing lengths of guttering and reconnecting pieces, screwing them together so they wont come apart. The very large, once mossy roof looks great and is now coated with biocide. Highly recommended.

Jack and Katherine had cleaned our patio and driveway this year and we were so pleased with their job we decided to have 4 carpets cleaned this week. Again we were so pleased with the job they did - the carpets are like new. They are a lovely couple and worked around some heavy furniture and moved some lighter furniture too. We would certainly recommend using them. We will definitely be using them again.

Arrived on time, made no mess and he did a great job at removing the coffee staine from our carpet. We are chuffed with the result, and would be happy to use his service again. Russell cleaned my sofa this morning and arrived on time, was very professional and spoke to me about all possible outcomes before starting and asked me for how I wished for him to tackle the dirt in my sofa. After a couple hours my sofa came up better than I'd have imagined. I will definitely use Pro Steam again. Would highly recommend!

Russ was fantastic. Extremely professional, thorough and has a great attention to detail. Needed a small hatchback cleaning after a post-party incident in the back of the car. The car had initially had a clean somewhere else, but the odours and some staining still remained. Worried the smell and remnants will never come out. Phoned up Russ, very confident he can fix the problem. He immediately outlined what he planned to do. Saying that he needed to remove the seats, steam and chemical clean all upholstered surfaces. When dropping off the car, Russ shone a UV light on the affected area after in the 'incident'. We could immediately see what remained after the previous clean. We left it with Russ for two days and on return he shone the backlight throughout the car. It was spotless! You wouldn't be able to tell anything had happened in the car. I even put my nose up to the area affected and I couldn't smell anything. (Stones and dirt in the footwells is from when driving the car back. We picked it up and it was spotless). I can't recommend him enough. Russ will get you out of a pickle! Thanks a lot.

This was a high profile event and the cleaning service needed to be discreet but excellent. Aqua were entirely superb, from my first dealings with Luigi and Guy in the office to the calm professionalism of Valentyna and her team on the night Not only did they work superbly at the event itself, they returned the following morning to ensure the site was immaculate, doing all that was asked of them and more.
