Always polite, friendly and professional. Never an issue going there and I'm not the best with dentists etc, but they are very calming. Definitely recommend joining the practice, the whole team are great. Last visit was 19/09/24.

I had my first implant in 2018 and was so impressed that I knew I had to return to the Hampshire Implant Centre for my second. Sean is the perfect dentist, explaining everything thoroughly and putting one at ease immediately. The surgery is a pleasant environment and parking very easy if you combine your visit with a shop in Waitrose.

Last of my six implants fitted today by Sean O’Hara and his fabulous team at the Hampshire Implant Centre. The care, attention to detail and quality of work is exceptional. No pain or inflammation/infection at all. Also great to have a practitioner who takes an interest in you as a person, you are not just another customer. Highly recommend Sean and his team for all aspects of dentistry.

I can’t recommend this dental clinic enough! Two years ago, I had an implant done here, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and completely pain-free. From the initial consultation to the final result, everything was perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease every step of the way. Since then, I’ve become a regular customer for my annual hygienist appointments and routine checkups. The care I receive is always top-notch, and I truly trust this clinic with my dental health. This was my first experience of having dental implants and although I am not usually nervous of dental procedures, I was a little apprehensive. I need not have worried as Dr Sean O’Hara put me at ease straight away explaining the whole process and was very reassuring, as were the whole team at Hampshire Implant Centre. It was decided I would have two implants and a bridge as I had no molars left on my upper right side. On the day of surgery, the two implants were fitted before I knew it and I can honestly say I did not feel a thing. It was so much more comfortable than having a root canal done! The whole process took a few months due to having to wait for the healing process and there were appointments in between before the final crowns were fitted but each appointment was on time and the staff always very friendly and helpful. I now have some new teeth that match my own teeth extremely well. I am so glad I found Dr O’Hara via google search and hope anyone reading this review is reassured that the Hampshire Implant Centre is the place to go…. you will be in safe hands.

I have recently completed my treatment with Dawie to straighten my teeth using Invisalign, finished with composite bonding on 6 teeth. I couldn’t be happier with the results, the difference speaks for itself. Throughout the treatment Dawie and the team kept in contact with me to monitor my progress and was always happy to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Thurlow, and am very glad I went to them for the treatment, so thank you very much 🙂.

I found Thurlow Dental last year on instagram and at the time they were offering an amazing deal on Invisalign with a free consultation, whitening, free retainers and discounts on cosmetic bonding. I have been wanting to see someone about my teeth for years. My initial consultation with Dawie was amazing, the time that went into that appointment was brilliant and I come away wanting to go ahead immediately. The process was so easy, from getting my Invisalign to scanning at home and moving to each set of aligners. We still had regular appointments but this fit in so much better with my lifestyle, then going every 10 days to the practice. The process from start to finish was very straightforward and my teeth were completed in 8 months. I am so happy with my experience and Dawie and team were so lovely, professional and helpful throughout every step. I have used this practice for over 30 Yrs as I had implants fitted over time the teeth were wearing away didn’t now if anything could be done to bring back my smile …. My Nieces and Nephews were saying why have you lost your top teeth !!! I had full upper implants. It was,a little more complicated than that as I already had several years ago, a few of which had now failed. It was quite a complicated surgery but the treatment, and kindness of all the staff was amazing. They put me at ease, explained everything fully & answered my questions in terms I understood. It's a lengthy process but worth every stage. They really understand & are experienced at implant dentistry & you feel in safe hands throughout the process. The end result is extremely good & I'm so happy I had it done. The whole team, from Ad & Rosie to all the nurses, receptionists etc are lovely & friendly. If anyone is considering implants I would highly recommend

I have seen this with other people whilst waiting at the practice and would highly recommend this complete dental experience to anyone who requires the best service.

Just joined this practice this week and oh my goodness what caring friendly people, made me feel right at home. I am hoping to stay here for some time. I chose this dental practice because the reviews were excellent and I am very happy to share my first impressions. Greated nicely on my arrival and the nurse Lidia looked after me initially for the x-rays. Lidia explained what was shown on the x-rays and made sure I understood. The dental surgeon, Ad then came to see me and examined my teeth and then offered 2 treatment options. There was no pressure to choose either option and I was able to make a decision that was right for me. Actually think I will look forward to my appointments, who would ever say that about visiting a dentist!

Friendly and welcoming staff. The dentist Massoud is very patient and gentle. Had two crown fitted and was extremely nervous. Just been for my 6 months check up and all is well. I even made an appointment with the hygienist, which I never did before. But apparently she's amazing and very gentle.

I can recommend this dental practice especially Dr Ben Davies who happily removed swollen gum on my lower molar. It healed quickly and no pain. He is well experienced and also explains things well. Very reassured

I was in a car accident, got knocked off my bike and suffered several injuries including the loss of 2 front teeth and another fractured and displaced. This resulted in a lengthy process including root canal, extraction, splinting and implant surgery. The dentists and nurses were caring and delivered amazing care through my treatment. They made me feel safe and comfortable through such a trauma. Huge thanks to Ben, Alistair, and Bernadette i can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommended this practise!

I had two wisdom teeth extracted here. The service and welcome I received were amazing on both visits. The nursing team Kirsty and Natasha were friendly, explained things clearly and were reassuring. Richard Ramsey was outstanding..both teeth extracted in no time, even with one being cut in half…explained everything clearly and put me at ease. What a great team. Thankyou all.

My dentist referred me to The Wessex Dental Specialist Centre for a tooth extraction. From my initial consultation to removing the tooth, everyone was lovely. The girls at the reception were warm and welcoming. Richard and his team were totally amazing. I was very anxious about the procedure, but Richard and his dental nurses were brilliant. Very friendly practice. Always a warm welcome. The team will discuss your treatment plan at length and will not push cosmetic treatments unless you have enquired about them. So pleased I made the move to this practice.

I have been with the practice for many years and have always had outstanding service. The staff are friendly and helpful, they have a good chairside manner and are polite and friendly. They are always happy to answer any queries you have about treatment or the practice in general. They are local, so easy to get to and have available parking. They always send reminders for appointments. During covid they were very understanding and acomadating to our needs and requirements, and although the rest of the world was in chaos they were calm and collected. They are very professional and put nervous patients at ease (like my husband) explaining everything and happy to clarify and resolve any issues so you know what is happening and what is to be expected. They made sure that during covid the patient always came 1st and made sure our needs were met with the highest professionalism. I would recommend them to all my family and friends, however they are no longer an N.H.S practice, which is the only downside. The practice is bright and cheerful and makes you feel welcome.

Absolutely amazing practice. I've recently developed a phobia of the dentist and needed treatment that I'd been putting off for 7 months. I came across fryern and was delighted to see the reviews on how amazing and attentive Emma was, and these were absolutely factual. She managed to finally get me through this treatment, her patience and ability to make you feel assured is fantastic. The receptionist was so lovely and was nice to see they greeted you with a smile on their faces also. I know I will definitely be coming back here in the future for all my treatments. I was very pleased with my recent appointment with the dental hygienist. It was a great experience, probably the best I've had at any dental practice. Both Naz and her nurse assistant were gentle and kind. They were also patient and understanding with my disability. I would recommend them and this practice to anyone.

Outstanding service- thank you. I needed an emergency appointment due to severe tooth ache and was able seen at 11am the same day. Dental nurse and dentist were great - quickly establishing I needed root canal treatment and booked me in for the following afternoon. Later that day the pain became increasingly worse. When asking if there was anything they could do to help they offered me an earlier appointment (outside of usual hours) that evening to start the treatment and alleviate the pain - above and beyond customer service! The procedure itself was pain-free and over within 1.5hrs. I’m now waiting for the 2nd appointment in a couple weeks.

Following recommendation from 2 close friends I went for a free consultation with Dr. Jeff O’Connell as my front bridge of 30 years was broken and in danger of falling out. I was extremely worried that my weak dental bone structure would mean that my only option would be a denture. However, Dr. Jeff gave me the confidence that a new bridge was definitely possible. So, following an extensive treatment plan, 4 months later (I had a few planned trips in the summer), I now have a new smile! It includes a new front bridge (5 teeth) and 2 new crowns. I also needed root canal treatment. All the staff I have seen have been very explanatory and caring, including the dental nurses. I didn’t feel worried at any stage of my treatment. It has definitely been an excellent team effort led by Dr. Jeff. Giselle and Jess are a very welcoming reception team, keeping me informed if it was necessary to make any changes to appointment times. I would highly recommend The Dental Group to family and friends. The quality of my new bridge has left me feeling very confident as it feels very stable and comfortable. I was well impressed with Oakmount Dental Care. My previous dentist had retired and I desperately needed to find another dentist and I am so pleased I found this one. Ourania is very gentle & understanding, and extracted several teeth which I was apprehensive over, but she was brilliant and I am so glad I have found her. All the staff are very professional.
