I had a skin consultation with Liz to discuss various skin concerns and possible treatments. Liz listened carefully and patiently to my full history and was thoughtful, honest and transparent about what options would and wouldn't work for me, taking the wider picture and my wellbeing into account. In the end, she recommended a treatment that is not available at the clinic, and refunded me the consultation fee. I don't think I've ever received such excellent, honest and generous customer service. Liz is the consummate professional and the person to see for an expert and honest assessment of your skincare needs.

this was my first time experience and cannot fault from start to finish. I am no longer a nervous patient and will be looking forward to my next visit. Great advice given and lovely friendly staff.

Liz has been doing various treatments for me for a long time, last month she did filler on my jawline and cheekbones, and I’m thrilled with the results, I look fresher and younger but still very natural. Liz has a thorough knowledge of every treatment she performs and I really respect that she won’t perform any treatment that you don’t need, or won’t be effective. Liz is lovely and is always available for any questions after the treatment. I would highly recommend her due to her professionalism, and expertise, as well as the high quality products she uses. Lowen Dental Spa is beautiful and in a convenient location with easily accessible parking.

This is by far the best dentist I have been to. I have a severe needle phobia and bad experiences in the past with dentists made me nervous. Nikos and he's assistant was amazing telling me what they were doing each step of the way and have the patience of a saint. Fantastic dental surgery. After registering as a new patient, having avoided the dentist for almost 10 years, I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised by Heatherstone Dental Practice. The initial sign up, with online forms that were simple yet thorough were easy to complete. Upon arrival, the reception team were welcoming and attentive. Then, the dentist herself was brilliant. Karen made me feel very at ease, no judgement for my lack of dental appointments over the years. She explained at each stage exactly what she was checking for and then simplified any dental jargon when required. It isn’t the norm to enjoy a dental visit, but Karen and the rest of the team made it so I did. I would thoroughly recommend Heatherstone to anyone.

I recently joined the practice and am really impressed with the service I have received. The receptionists are all very helpful. My dentist referred me to The Wessex Dental Specialist Centre for a tooth extraction. From my initial consultation to removing the tooth, everyone was lovely. The girls at the reception were warm and welcoming. Richard and his team were totally amazing. I was very anxious about the procedure, but Richard and his dental nurses were brilliant. They made sure I was relaxed and looked after me. They even made me laugh. :-) A BIG thank you to you all.

I was in a car accident, got knocked off my bike and suffered several injuries including the loss of 2 front teeth and another fractured and displaced. This resulted in a lengthy process including root canal, extraction, splinting and implant surgery. The dentists and nurses were caring and delivered amazing care through my treatment. They made me feel safe and comfortable through such a trauma. Huge thanks to Ben, Alistair, and Bernadette i can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommended this practise!

I had two wisdom teeth extracted here. The service and welcome I received were amazing on both visits. The nursing team Kirsty and Natasha were friendly, explained things clearly and were reassuring. Just had dental implants 5 days ago. I was so petrified of the dentist to the point I wouldn’t sit in the dentist chair for ages. When I stepped in solutions dental clinic it was like walking into a family. They were so supportive and listened to everything I said. My confidence had gone. I used to talk with my hand over my mouth. I could never smile, I didn’t think they would be able to get it back. I was even thinking about turkey teeth but heard so many bad reviews about it. I had loads of appointments with Lee and the team. Day of the surgery I was so nervous but Lee and Sami went above and beyond, I woke up feeling like a different women. I honestly can’t stop smiling and being a 34 year confidant girl again instead of feeling like an old women . I highly recommend solutions dental clinic. Such a lovely team. ❤️❤️

I recently had a root canal procedure done at solutions dental and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and outcome. Dr. Kate and the team were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive from start to finish. As a 26 year old guy, having not been to the dentist in 4 years, I can certainly say the service right from booking was exceptional. My first consultation today, along with X-rays and a clean, and thankfully nothing wrong. William is amazing and treats you with care, passion and is very gentle. I have been coming to this practice for years, the staff here are amazing always smiling and happy to see you. Michelle and Mel do a fantastic job of looking after my teeth. The team at Oakley are fantastic. They have helped me completely turn around my oral hygiene. I am now much happier and more confident about my teeth and gums! I have recently moved out of the area but I still use Oakley despite the 1hr commute each way.

Dental confidence is a fantastic practice in all areas. Warmly welcomed and served by Karen on reception, followed by hygienist treatment with Grant who was friendly and professional. My Dentist was Aleksandra who was also very friendly and helped me relax whilst having two fillings done. The dental nurses were fantastic too, especially ensuring I was comfortable and not in pain throughout the procedure. All in all I would highly recommend this practice.

I always have a great experience at Dental Confidence - the reception are always great at communication prior to appointments. Alongside, the dentists and dental assistants are super friendly and communicate treatments options well. They are extremely good at working with patients with dental anxiety/ needle phobias and allow extra time for appointments for such matters. Nothing but great things to say about the practice!

Checkups are very comprehensive using up-to-date technology including instant viewing on television screens showing what the Dentist is talking about and it’s all done in such a friendly & professional environment that you just feel totally relaxed. Always excellent care from Clear Dentistry and Chris. Very clear on what needs to be done and why. I feel that Chris and the team always look to do the best for my oral health, looking to prevent issues as well as fixing the ones I have. I can't recommend them more.

I attended the clinic with some trepidation as the screw for my implant had sheered off. Chris very quickly put me at ease. He was highly professional, explained each step he was going to take and reassured me he’d fix this, which of course he did. The letter he sent to my dentist explained fully what had been done, what the next step needed to be and made some recommendations to perhaps avoid a reoccurrence. I was impressed the minute I walked in to reception. Very modern and very business like while everyone I met showed appropriate care and consideration. I can’t recommend Clear Dentistry enough.

Have been to Clover dental practice most of my life and I’ve always had great treatment, friendly service and customised support available when I need it. Anna, the hygienist - who I’ve seen for at least a decade actually - is particularly supportive, and with her support staff Emmie took the time to go over everything with me in detail and provide unbiased advice on how to keep my teeth clean. In addition, the main dentists at the practice really know their stuff. Would recommend to all Baddesley residents and those outside of the area.

Following my morning visit, and after 90 generous minutes of Charles' time, I can confidently say I have my happy smile back. Charles and Sham worked exceptionally well together and made what I considered to be impossible happen. Thanks guys, today has been my best ever experience at Clover Dental Practice. He even modified my anti snoring guard into a temporary gum shield, to help prevent wearing my teeth away when I grind away during the night. Just had my implants done. I generally am not a fan of dentists due to my low pain threshold, but I need not of worried as Dr Khan is a master of his craft and the whole process was virtually painless. The implants blend very nicely with my other teeth. Glad I’ve had it done and thanks to the whole Clover team for a job well done.

Looking forward to seeing a dentist isn't my usual feeling but going to Hampshire Dentist is a very different experience. Firstly the reception team are friendly and efficient putting everyone at ease. My treatment was painfree and I also learned a lot from Dr Rob as he skillfully went about restoring a bridge. His knowledge and state of the art equipment is very impressive. More visits will be needed and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing Dr Rob and his colleagues again.
