Today was visit number three and a bit disappointed that the surgery cat that I was promised has yet to arrive. But as always I was not disappointed with the welcome and treatment I received. Today Naz and my favourite dental nurse, no name to mention as it would be unfair on the other lovely dental nurses. ( the truth is I do not know here name). I had 4 fillings today as part of my ongoing treatment and looking forward to my next visit x

I have recently started Invisalign treatment at Durley and I could not be happier with how it is going! I have to thank Poppy and Dr Ahmed for being so kind and reassuring through this process, one that I was very nervous to start but I am so glad that I did. The whole team here are lovely and will make you feel very welcome, I would recommend it to anybody :)

I visited the practice with my daughter for her 1st ever check up and I have to say from the front desk team to the practitioners themselves it was a brilliant experience and my daughter (who was very nervous to start with) came out so happy and was so chatty about her experience on the way home. We’ve found a good place here. When checking my teeth, I didn’t feel they were looking at pound signs which I have felt with other places and I felt they were very personable.

A simple check up but it always feels like the checkup is a whole lot more with neck glands and jaw bone checked before teeth. A relaxed visit with pleasant staff. Never thought I would be saying things like this about a dentist but since moving to Durley Dental Practice I have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Thank you Durley.

I’ve been a patient at Oak Lodge Dental practice for over 35 years and have recently transitioned to seeing Dr Tercan which has been smooth and seamless. My experience has been the right balance between professional and friendly. She’s the first dentist to see my toddler and she put him at ease, giving him time and being patient for the best possible experience.

I had a great experience at Oak Lodge Dental. The staff were friendly, and the office was clean and welcoming. Dr. Tercan made sure I was comfortable and explained everything clearly before starting any treatment. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of the whole time. Only dentist i will go to! For years i had major anxiety just at the thought of having to visit the dentist. Murray has been nothing but patient with me and has helped me feel at ease. He is amazing at what he does. Everyone at Lavant Dental are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

They are very friendly, great service. I haven't been to the dentist in over 2 years and the clean i just recieved from the hygienist have made my teeth the cleanest they've ever been!

Who likes going to the dentist ?.. no one right ?..Well actually, I don’t mind it at all anymore. Since joining Alton Dental I no longer dread dental appointments. Thanks to my amazing dentist Sukh & the fabulous Natasha, having treatment is now a genuinely happy experience. From the friendly & very helpful reception staff to the extremely professional and personal care that I get from Sukh, a trip to the dentist is now no worry at all. I have only good things to say about this Dental Practice, from the Reception Staff to my Dentist Sukh and his Nurse Natasha. The Customer Service and treatment are both excellent. Visiting a Dentist can be a daunting experience but honestly I couldn't recommend them more highly, go ahead and make that appointment now, you will not regret it

Every visit I am greeted with smiling faces and very high levels of professionalism and competence. Additional follow-ups have been provided free of charge when I would have expected to pay for. Going to the dentist is a pleasure, and I can’t praise the practitioners highly enough.

I had a good as you can get experience with Aditee. A positive outcome though rather expensive treatment sorted all of my current problems. Very kind and considerate and I never felt a thing though did dribble a bit after. I would recommend her to anyone who asks me. All of the staff were very pleasant and professional Many Thanks

I have been very well looked after by Lisa, Sarah and the rest of the team. Great care was taken to ensure I was comfortable at all times during treatment and access to appointments (Denplan) was never a problem. After three recent dental interventions I am very happy to recommend Lisa.

Great service from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I had Vincent carrying out my check up and folllwing that, a couple of fillings. He was so patient and took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable. There was no pain and no feelings of anxiety. Such a different experience to other dentists I’ve been to before. I have recommended him to lots of people since joining the practice last year.

Dr Laura Hills @Watercress Dental is really lovely and extremely patient. My visits to the dentist are very easy and not unpleasant at all. I would certainly recommend Laura Hills if you want a lovely confident, capable and caring dentist.

Professional and thorough treatment received during my recent hygienist appointment. Grateful to receive advice regarding improving and maintaining dental health. Only negative comment would be that I noticed the hygienist assistant didn’t wash her hands before putting gloves on but hopefully this was a ‘one off’ occurrence.

Marchello was amazing. His diagnosis of the issue and resolution delivered a super repair and at an affordable as price. The whole experience was very pleasing and when I require further dental work I will return to this practice.

I first used Watercress Dental for a broken wisdom tooth several years ago (don't eat pork scratchings 3 days before your honeymoon!), when Tom repaired it in time for a holiday and planned for a crown but life got in the way and the "temporary" repair was so good it lasted 3 years until recently, when I started getting hyper-sensitivity in the tooth, making it uncomfortable to eat and even breathing in cold air would set it off. My own fault... I lived with it for a couple of weeks hoping it would go away but now, again due to go away on a big holiday for 3 weeks, I didn't want it to get worse or impact it. I saw Marcello and after a few x-rays it was determined that the previous temporary repair had reached the end of the line and it was time for a full root canal. A week later I saw Fawad for the job but some complications with severe inflammation meant that the job had to be abandoned halfway and the tooth packed with medicine and temporarily refilled again and a week of ibuprofen needed to calm it down enough to finish the job. Yesterday (2 weeks later) the job was completed and I'm good to go on holiday, pain and sensitivity free. I'd heard nothing but horror stories about wisdom tooth root canal surgery but found completely the opposite with Fawad and the two dental nurses who assisted him. Even throughout the complications while in the chair he was super calm and surprisingly informative, answering my questions and telling me what he was doing, why, and the expected effects/problems it would solve, while checking in that I was alright throughout. I don't generally write reviews of healthcare professionals, but felt compelled to write this as a result of Fawad's patience, expertise and overall nature. I'm sure he would agree that the issue turned out to be much more complicated/long-winded/invasive than initially expected once inside the tooth and yet I left after nearly 2 hours in the chair each time with no pain after the anaesthetic wore off and on both occasions I went from his chair back to my office chair and cracked on with my day as normal.

I have recently used Chalet Hill Dental for a standard check up and a hygienist appointment. In both cases the staff and dental professionals were extremely professional and welcoming. The information provided during the procedures was informative and helped to put me at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Chalet Hill dental practice is the best dentist that I've had, the reception team are very welcoming and have been helpful if I've had to change an appointment. The dentists themselves are all very thorough and knowledgeable in the advice that they give, overall a very satisfactory experience and I would highly recommend.

My family have been with this dental practice for years. I've always found the staff friendly and welcoming. The dentists have always offered a thorough check and always make sure that I'm aware of what is going on and any next steps are clearly explained.

I had previously been to another dentist and felt very judged and talked down to about my teeth. He carefully explained what we were dealing with and let me decide, explaining the options how we approach my treatment. This has made me feel a lot better moving forward. I’d like to shoutout my hygienist Wendy for being incredibly patient and providing above and beyond service in order to make my appointment as comfortable as possible. She’s a credit to her team and makes going to the dentist a lot nicer!
