T H T made a number of repairs to my bathroom which has saved me lots of money in the long run and resolved my leaks. They were reliable, hardworking and tidy. The work was done to a high standard and I am very pleased with the results.

I employed the services after a quote consultation being excited by their professionalism and product range. We agreed the start date which was conducted with enthusiasm and staff arrived promptly with eagerness. The strip out went smoothly and was kept clean and tidy. (2 days) Unfortunately having to live in the house during renovations some of the preparation before the new components were fitted to the property it was left very untidy and not to the previous standard. After a little tooing and froing with the project manager this improved. We supplied the tiles for the project and their plasterer and tiler were both efficient, respectful and did a first class job. The second fix who finished off the fitting of all other components also met the same standard and left the area and property clean when leaving. We are very pleased with the final result which took slightly longer to complete than first quoted. Thank you.

THT were fab throughout the whole process. A fair quote given for the job, clear & regular comms of when & who will be attending to work on the job each day. We had 3 engineers work on our utility room fit & all 3 (Karl,Mitchell & Aurimas) were friendly, tidy & knowledgable. We had 2nd fix plumbing completed for our sink & tap to be installed, base & wall units with doors & handles fitted, worktop, skirting & plinths fitted. All work done to a very high standard, we’re so happy with the result! THT we’re trustworthy & enjoyable to work with, we will definitely approach them for future work.

SJ King was terrific. Came quickly, worked efficiently and superbly to sort out drains and install towel racks and toilet roll dispensers. Only trouble, I can't figure out their email address so they can send me a bill!

We had an old boiler replaced after SJ King Ltd kept the old one going for years until it's last legs, also replaced several historic radiators and a new shower fitted. All fab since and the team were really lovely. Will have them back for a new project soon and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them :)

My elderly friend had a sudden leak pouring into her landing cupboard from her loft tank softener. He sent his son George who came around within the hour, he was very pleasant and reassuring, and sorted it all out quickly and efficiently. I have always used Steve King for years now from showers bring fitted, to just tap changes etc. I have and will always recommend him to all my local friends , who in the past have been very pleased with his services, he has never let me or them down throughout the years . We have a NIBE F205P full electric heating boiler (we have no gas) lived with the boiler for seven years, Baxters wow many times been so lucky they have been out the same day call out and carry most parts on the van, smart van excellent knowledgeable engineers, and most important to me being a retired business person, when I call, not a receptionist (saying I know nothing) you speak immediately with one of the real Baxter's, family business and they know straight away most times the problem, when the engineer arrives to and confirms often I as said has the part on board, or gets back ASAP with the part from stock, today, for example my 06:00 AM email (no heat boiler stopped) engineer out at 10:00 fixed within minutes, no I could not do I did the usual (its a computer) reboots and put it in emergency mode, I would recommend Baxter's 100%, the firm before Baxters for a short took time days to come out and money up front, (money first not a problem to me) secretary to answer and no knowledge, that did not work for me, One very important point, in middle of winter boiler dead the owner of (Simon) Baxter's came to do a fix on a SUNDAY wow family business that would never happen anywhere else. I am very satisfied customer with a 10 year old boiler, problems to be expected. Its been built into the property by the builders so to take too much chaos, Baxters can always mend it and have parts, and have assured my. Oh and very reasonable costs from Baxters. Sunday call out no extra cost, that time. Happy and satisfied Customer

Excellent company. Contacted them as my heat pump was noy working and after being ripped off by another company. Adam was extremely helpful and tried to fix the problem free of charge over the phone. A home visit was required and the friendly engineer fixed the problem, answered all my queries and tested and checked required parts of the system. All included in the callout fee which hasn’t been the case with other companies. Great customer care and communication, would highly recommend.

The most reliable company I have experienced in Fifty years. Professional, personable, extremely helpful. Having discovered the installers had not registered my heating unit for the Warranty, they very kindly and quickly resolved the problem on my behalf. Plus, ensuring all was in hand and offered support throughout, which is on going. I cannot speak highly enough of the Company and will continue to use their services.

The electrician who did the work, was very professional and took the time to determine the root cause of the issue we reported before providing an estimate. Thus, the price and solution quotes was the actual price we paid. The quality of the work was excellent. Clean up once the job was done was much better than expected.
