My first time using All Plumbing Services and i was impressed from start to finish. Tanya responded almost instantly to my enquiry and organised for my new electric shower to be installed the following week. Steve came to do the work and he has done an excellent job, he's also taken away the old shower, the packaging from the new shower and left the bathroom spotless. A great service all round!

Brilliant customer service and got me an engineer booked in super quick. The plumbing engineer was an absolute gentleman, and performed his services superbly and efficiently. To top it all off it didn't cost and arm and a leg either. Thank you APS!

I can't recommend All Plumbing Services Ltd Newbury more highly. They installed a very efficient new boiler and water tank for our 7 bedroom house with absolutely no hiccups. It was a big job and one that potentially could have had many issues. They were clean, tidy and incredibly professional. They also liaised with the company that installed the new oil tank to ensure that all of the key requirements were aligned with this part of the project. An absolute pleasure to have them in our home. The difference with All Plumbing Services in comparison to other plumbing services is that they are supported by an incredibly efficient team in the office that expertly field all calls that come in and deal with each one in a superbly professional manner. Paul showed he was very knowledgeable during the installation of my new central heating boiler and line replacement. He was punctual, courteous and paid great attention to detail. Dave is a great service provider as he was able to help me repair my shower head issue. He did not even have to get into my place and just gave me advice on how to deal with my problem. Used Dave now on several occasions, recently due to an escape of water from the bath effecting the house electrics . Same day attendance Dave had it sorted , later replacement of mixer tap , always honest and reasonably priced . Electric shower replaced a few months ago Wouldn’t contact anyone else when it comes to plumbing issues . Just arranged for Dave to sort out an issue in my father’s house .

Needed an emergency callout due to leaky pipe. Dave arrived very quickly and mangaged to fix the problem on the spot.

Superb. Stepped in to finish the job a big name couldn't do that had left us without a shower. He came in cold, not knowing what had been done before and just set to work fixing the issue. Tim has now done a full service and power flush of our boiler. He was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, which put us at ease. Before he came, the house would never heat up, and we were constantly in layers of clothing. We now have all radiators regulated and they are heating the house up nicely. I would not hesitate to recommend Tim and his services and have already booked him in for more work.

Tim did a fantastic job re- plumbing the entire house and installing a new heating system. He also installed 2 new bathrooms. Everything works incredibly well with good heat distribution and water pressure. Tim’s attention to detail is first rate and he obviously takes pride in his work. A pleasure to have around and can’t rate him highly enough.

Rob was very quick to respond to a problem with a drain connection that was dislodged after some jetting on the sewers outside. Fantastic service, can definitely recommend him.

I chose this particular plumber because I read the reviews and this influenced my decision. I gave Rob a call, told him I had 2 toilets that needed attention and a dripping kitchen tap. He said he would fit me in later that day and within an hour he rang back to say he could call round straight away. He was really pleasant and friendly. Within the hour he had sorted problems with my 2 toilets. One had stopped flushing and the other needed new toilet flush buttons fitting as they kept jamming. By now I thought he might have been a bit fed up; but he was ready to tackle my dripping kitchen tap next. He said I’d need a new tap so my immediate thought was that this won’t be done for a while, so I was really pleased when he said he carried spares and appeared in minutes with a new tap. Hey presto! in no time at all it was all done. Whilst in my bathroom he noticed that the sink stopper was broken and he fixed that too. When it came to payment I thought he was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Rob and as he left I told him I was putting him on speed dial in case something else went wrong. So thanks Rob for coming to my rescue and doing such brilliant work.

i called Rob on Saturday morning as we had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. Rob was able to come early that afternoon at a time that suited us, and within an hour the leak was fixed. Friendly, efficient, tidy and hard-working. Would definitely recommend.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. Fantastic service BGM. Three young men came to repair our boiler and replace the water tank and immersion heater. They were professional polite and very knowledgeable. They worked diligently and cleaned up afterwards. You would have never known they had been there, apart from we had warm radiators and hot water again.
