Team was hired for a complete kitchen renovation. New flooring, wall tiles and a Wren supplied kitchen including appliances were installed. My new kitchen is beautiful. They obviously take pride in their work and they left the place spotless.

We had to replace the electric boiler tank in our apartment due to a leak in the tank. The issue was diagnosed early on and new boiler installed Within a day. Although access was limited due to the boiler installed in a confined space in the ceiling , the old boiler was carefully removed and new one placed with neat pipework. Martin worked on my boiler a few years ago as it wasn't running properly. He had it up and running in no time. I've had him back recently to fit an outside tap. He has done a brilliant job. The piping inside is so neat and tidy and the outside tap is perfect. It looks great. I'm very happy with the work he has done and I would 100% recommend Martin for any work to be carried out. Excellent service. We had an urgent need to get a boiler fixed. We call Ecoace, Adam came round really quickly, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. As soon as the part was in he called and fitted the same day. He is really knowledgable and friendly. We are going to replace our boiler next year and we will be getting Adam to do it. Adam has done a number of small but important jobs for us. These have included a gas boiler service where he gave clear explanations and carried out additional tests of the heating system that identified a failed expansion tank. When the central heating pump failed in cold weather, Adam came immediately and replaced the old pump quickly with one he had in his van. Excellent work; recommended.

For a year with no heating, 4 different engineers repeatedly failed to fix our boiler. Adam came in, straight away he correctly diagnosed the issue and had it up and running in no time. He was professional, punctual and a pleasure to have in the house. We are very happy to recommend him.

We used Mark Smith Plumbing last year to install our new boiler so we asked them to replace 2 leaking syphon valves in 2 toilets. Despite some difficulties in obtaining the correct parts and the job expanding into a bigger one, we were very pleased with the final result and the final invoice was very acceptable.

The office staff made themselves available whenever we needed information and responded promptly to our questions. The quotation was clearly set out and reasonable. The tradesmen who worked on the project were thorough, careful and clearly very skilled. They kept us up to speed with what they were doing and were very considerate when it came to the inconveniences of having to turn off the water supply! They were punctual throughout and completed the work in the promised two and a half weeks. Overall, we'd have no reservations in recommending them.
