I used this company a couple of times recently- to fix a squealing toilet & repair a leak in another. Different engineers came out & both were brilliant! They explained what needed doing & why. Both were friendly yet professional & very efficient. One of the engineers came out twice (to assess the issue & then to repair it). On the second visit he remembered me saying that I only moved in a few months ago & he made sure I knew where my stop cocks were & how to use them (the information the previous owner left wasn't entirely clear!). He also answered other questions I had. Also, the office staff who I spoke to on the phone were excellent. Extremely helpful & ensuring that the jobs were booked in on suitable timescales. I thoroughly recommend this company & will certainly use them in the future. A real find.

I would recommend Brennan &Son Plumbers to anyone. Their prices are fair, their staff are efficient, friendly and polite. Final prices always seem to be lower than estimates, which is obviously a nice surprise. 10/10.

I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends Work done: A cracked and leaking 50 gallon loft water tank spurred me into replacing the vented hot water and heating system (300 litre tank) and very noisy pump with an unvented/pressurised system. No more irritating pump noise when turning on the hot water. No mess, no stress, the work was carried out efficiently by Daryl and Steve, everything works perfectly with good pressure. An access hole was required to be cut into the hall ceiling for the tank blow off valve drain. Steve had pin point precision in locating the drain to be tapped into. They organised decorators to skim and paint the repair to as good as new. A top job.

The engineer arrived on time with a courtesy text advising of expected time. They were respectful of my property and were polite. Able to identify the issue and solve it in a timely manner. I have used their services before, They will continue to be my "go to" I cannot recommend them enough.

I've used Gair a few times and have only good things to say. Every person attending has been polite and professional and gone above and beyond to give me advice about the heating and gas systems in my house. The first visit this year was a routine boiler inspection and service as I wasn't sure if I needed a new boiler (just bought an old house), the engineer advised me that although old, the boiler was in good working order, but he could have easily recommended I get a new one - as a different company had - and I'd have been none the wiser! Plus, he spent extra time investigating where an old gas pipe from a gas fire went which I wanted removed. The second visit was the installation of new radiators across the whole house and a hive heating system. The guys did a great job and left me with a wonderfully heated home! Definitely recommend for honest open advice and professional service.

Excellent very professional service. We were looking for new plumbers after our previous one retired. We went by the reviews and are glad we chose Gair Gas. We had a new boiler fitted and it all went very well. Both Sams who attended did an excellent job and were very friendly polite and professional. The office staff were also very polite and helpful. As I’m vulnerable the Company very helpfully expedited the works. The added bonus is that they also do electrics etc and we are looking forward to joining the Home Shield cover as it will give us peace of mind.

Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

We had boiler issues over Christmas and despite their family being on a Christmas break, they went out of their way to come and fit a new boiler for us. They offered options, helping us pick a good deal to suit our budget. They worked hard to instal as quick as possible to get our home heated again and left our house tidy and mess free when they were finished. Communication is great, and invoicing is clear. Adam & Joe suggested an alternative cheaper option of a purpose built dog shower rather than the shower enclosure we had asked for & they were spot on. Lee replaced a vented hot water cylinder with an unvented cylinder to improve the hot water pressure throughout our new home. He also connected all the cold water feeds to mains pressure. He is a highly experienced and professional plumber, who knows the business inside and out. He turned up at a moment's notice on a Saturday to sort out a leaking drain valve unconnected with the work he had carried out for us. We are so grateful that we found him.

I'm happy to recommend Lee, who has done a great job replacing my ancient vented cylinder with a new unvented one and installing a thermostatic mixer tap. He has been very helpful answering questions and advising on the best system for my needs. I'll be happy to use his services again.

Lee has done an excellent job in installing a Mira Thermostatic Bath Shower mixer. He researched the product carefully according to my needs. He disconnected an old unsuccessful unit, re-tiled as necessary, removed all rubbish and cleaned up well. He priced the job fairly and I can happily recommend him.

Having had 2 local washing machine engineers visit and fail to find the source of a leak it was a relief to have Pegasus plumbing do a thorough investigation and find the leak. I should have contacted them first. Also I had a new vanity unit fitted and I’m very pleased with it.

From the very start James was always on time, responsive to every call and reliable. One of the most professional trades people I have met - ensuring the work area was tidied every single day, to changing his plans to suit when our bathroom design changed. Never made a fuss even if some of the workload increased and took any issues in his stride. James kept us updated throughout the build with progress and anything he found which needed input he made sure he spoke to us to confirm. The standard of James’s work is extremely high and we now have a bathroom to be proud of. I cannot recommend James enough. I would gladly use him again and wish there were more like him out there.

always helpful bit pricey compared to my normal supplier but then traveling 7 to 10 miles kindah defeats the difference

As a DIYer (the good type!), I went in to try and get some replacement parts for a nasty bodge job a previous owner did, after recently moving into a new house and the chap behind the counter was more than happy to discuss the issue and come up with the best solution. Their range isn’t the greatest I’ll admit but they’re by no means unhelpful and their slightly higher prices than Screwfix/Toolstation are justified for the knowledgable service.

Angel responded to a check a trade request. His partner got in contact and explained everything and made sure it was a time that suited us. Angel fitted new pipe work, water and waste pipe for a washing machine. Angel was very friendly and explained what he was doing and the options I had. Would highly recommend his services and would use him again for any future plumbing needs.

He kept me informed every step of the way, so I could see exactly what he was doing. He also took great care to ensure no leaks remained.
