We have been so pleased with the English tutoring our son Sam received from Gavin. Thanks to Nicki and Gavin. It gave Sam just the extra boost and confidence he needed to make the improvements at a critical time and reach his potential . Whilst he was always a very able learner in most subjects we felt that his school wasn't quite able to support him enough with his English. Having an experienced male teacher seemed to also be a help to Sam and we are all so pleased with his GCSE results. In fact he progressed up 4 grades from one of his mock results with just a bit of help from Gavin.

Many thanks to Nikki for all her fantastic help for my son Dominic and more recently my daughter Gabrielle. Nikki more than anything gave them both the confidence and belief that they could achieve their English GCSE and they did! As they both are slightly dyslexic English was a challenge but with Nikki's extensive knowledge, clear explanation, friendly calm manner and an ability to bring out what we knew was there we can't thank Nikki enough, so pleased we found her! Can’t thank Sumit and Aarzoo enough for the help and support they gave my son in preparation for his GCSEs last year, which undoubtedly helped him achieve a whole two grades above his expected grade in his final exams for Maths. Aarzoo helped him to understand the more tricky areas in a relatable way he could understand and therefore gave him the confidence when sitting his exams. Great communication, flexible and professional but in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Genuinely had my sons best interests at heart and would highly recommend.

Having decided we would like the help of a tutor for our daughter for her GCSEs we were a little lost, but thankfully found Tahir! He is a lovely, calm and patient tutor who on a 1 to 1 basis was excellent our daughter. My eldest daughter now 11 started Maths Kumon in year 4 and it set her up for starting secondary school as she was so advanced having done Kumon for 3 years. My other two children also do Kumon and as I was so impressed with the Maths programme they are doing English as well. My youngest is 7 and has recently started both subjects. My advice would be to start as soon as you can. The Kumon levels build with your child's ability and is closely monitored by Carole. My children get such little amounts of homework from school that I felt a little 10 minute Kumon booklet a day, would help support them. It is an investment of both parents time and of course the children, but you do get an answer book, so marking is easy! My youngest daughter wasn't happy at school and she is a different girl now as she has grown so much stronger academically and I'm sure this is down to Kumon building her confidence and giving her the building blocks she needed. Carole is a fantastic teacher and supports the children at every step of the way, she is so good at motivating them and working with the them along their Kumon journey. I would definitely recommend Kumon to all parents.

My grandson has been tutored by Kirsty for 5 years. She was an amazing support to him during Covid lockdowns, which was a difficult time. Henry is always happy to see Kirsty, even though it is more 'learning' after school. She has helped enormously with his confidence and concentration, and his reading, particularly comprehension, is greatly improved. Kirsty makes learning fun with lots of educational games. He receives good reports from his school and I am sure this is partly due to 'Teatime Tutoring'. Her feedback is very helpful and she always mentions his next steps.

Kirsty makes learning maths from being very difficult to fun activity for my 9 year old daughter. She is looking forward to her sessions. Primary mathematics is very important for child to learn and develop for later harder stages of math. Like building a house. Strong foundation is must for sturdy house. Highly recommended! We struggled to find a local tutor for our daughter who needed some extra help with A Level Chemistry. Fleet Tutors quickly matched us with Andrew who was an absolute star. His preparation and material for tutoring sessions was spot on and he was able to quickly close gaps in knowledge. I have used Fleet several times for tutoring for two of my sons to help with GCSEs. The tutors have been really excellent and I have found the company to be helpful and responsive particularly recently when, last minute, there needed to be a change of tutor and; even this close to exams, they found someone excellent. I would definitely recommend them.
