Having decided we would like the help of a tutor for our daughter for her GCSEs we were a little lost, but thankfully found Tahir! He is a lovely, calm and patient tutor who on a 1 to 1 basis was excellent our daughter. I cannot ask for more than a fantastic tutor. They are beautifully teaching my daughter what to expect in her year group. They know what to expect in SATS exams and teach accordingly. The tutor is adjusting according to our flexible time. I can ask them to teach if my child is weak in any topic and they are happy to teach over again. All-over, I'm so happy with the tuition provider.

In hindsight, my approach to learning German lacked structure. Having tried several tutors, all of whom never managed to instil confidence in my speaking ability, I soon felt dejected. That all changed when I started with Borderless Tutoring. Alla is very good at pinpointing areas that I find tricky. When things just do not sink in, she always creatively finds ways to help me grasp the idea. Her lessons are really well-thought-out and they have a clear direction - I can see each session nicely building on the previous one. Most importantly though, her lessons are fun! Already, my speaking has come on by leaps and bounds, and I feel her rigorous approach to grammar is certainly paying off. I would strongly encourage anyone searching around for tutors to not waste their time and choose Borderless, because Alla has done wonders for my German. Cannot recommend more!

I had a very positive experience at Winchester Kumon Centre, both as a Kumon student (throughout my primary and secondary school years) and later as an assistant working at the centre. The Kumon method helped me to develop specific maths and literacy skills, but also enabled me to develop independent study skills and a positive approach to learning. Working at the centre was also a valuable experience, and I enjoyed working as part of a friendly and competent team. I would definitely recommend the centre for students of any age or ability who want to pursue their personal learning goals.

Kumon has been a great investment into my children's (11 and 13) education over the last 2 years and Chen and the Kumon Winchester team provide exceptional service. We have been doing Maths and English and both children are now 1.5-2 years ahead of the school curriculum and very confident self-learners. The added benefit of English is the rich and diverse content they get to read and work with that expands their view of their knowledge on a daily basis. Through the pandemic Kumon provided the much needed stability in learning and the organisation of online lessons was exceptional, much better than school lessons. To this day, I appreciate the amount of data and insights we are provided about the children's progress and how exceptionally well-organised the study centres, events and communication are.

Both of my children are attending Maths and English classes. I am very happy with the Kip team. They tailor education plan based on individual needs, provide regular feedback about children's progress, and advice on how children can be supported at home. The best tutor! I couldn’t recommend Andrew enough as a tutor. He helped me get through my second year of A level Biology. Thanks to him I was able to get the grade I needed to study Biomedical science at University. I couldn’t have done it without him! He is so patient, supportive and has amazing techniques to help students remember the content. During the sessions it was a very safe space where I felt comfortable to ask as many questions as I wanted. After each session I felt more confident and sure in my knowledge. He also supplied countless past papers for me and a revision timetable closer to exams, which was so incredibly helpful. He is truly amazing at what he does and the perfect tutor!

Andrew is a superb A Level biology tutor. He has an excellent knowledge of the Eduqas syllabus. My son always found his tutorials extremely helpful as Andrew was able to explain the tricky curriculum content in a way he was able to understood. I had Andrew as an A Level biology tutor for just over a year and he made a big difference for me. He was always positive during our sessions, where he helped me understand the content thoroughly. Andrew taught me how to apply the content through doing past paper questions together which boosted my confidence. He also helped with my revision by providing past paper timetables which I found very helpful and he would always answer any questions I had, through Skype chat. Tash, at Teatime Tutors, was tutoring and following up our 10-yr daughter for the past couple of years and she was of absolute great help, showing learning techniques and resilience to our daughter. Not only our daughter progressed and learned new skills but also acquired methodology and aptitude to circumvent a problem and find the solution, which I am afraid she is not being taught at school. We're grateful to Tash and we will miss her a lot, and our daughter already misses her smile and positiveness no matter what. Tash at Teatime Tutors came highly recommended to me from a friend. She offered an online introductory session with my son and by the end of this he felt totally at ease with her kind, funny and encouraging manner. Over the one year that we have worked with Tash she has really helped my son grown in confidence, to find his voice and own his opinions. Tash has a great manner with children and so can help them realise their mistakes without feeling upset but to grow and improve. It has been a fantastic experience overall. As my son’s confidence improved so did the quality of his work. For me it helped me be reassured that my son would fulfil his potential and achieve his goals.
