My border terrier Monty slipped and injured his back and was having problems walking in his back legs. From the start everyone was fabulous, and his vet Louise was amazing, very reassuring, and professional. Monty is receiving the best care and doing really well!

I cannot compliment Cedar Vets, their front reception and their amazing veterinarian, Jenny enough! One will go far and wide to find a friendlier, more professional Vets clinic, with prices that do not make your eyes water! I would gladly rate Cedar Vets 10/1] ☆

Cedar took great care of our 10yr old JRT today as he underwent a (big) lumpectomy, we have always used cedar for both our JRT's & recieved nothing but the best. Here he is in the car on way home, strapped in looking like nothing happened! Thanks Cedar! Especially Millie Hopkins!

An unplanned emergency trip due to Lily choking on a bit of biscuit. The receptionists immediately went to get help and took Lily directly out the back.After what seemed an age Millie called us in and said that Lily was ok after a spell in an Oxygen tent. I can't fault the team at Alresford,they are always friendly and helpful regardless of the reason.Its clear they care deeply about all their patients. Thank you from Lily and Daisy

We have taken our 3 beautiful cockapoos here since they were puppies and they have been fantastic with them. Would highly recommend them to every pet owner.

I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

Absolutely did not want to be there but the service we received was second to none. Kind, caring & considerate. The vet (sorry I cannot recall his name) who helped our Ronnie over the rainbow bridge was so quiet, calm & caring & gave us as much time as we needed. Ronnie's passing gave him the peace he deserved after fighting for so long & was very quiet & peaceful.

We called MiNightVet because our cat was limping quite badly and we wanted him seen quickly fearing a broken bone or infection. The service was excellent, I had an appointment inside an hour, the vet was friendly and professional, the diagnosis and my options regarding treatment were explained in detail and other advice was really helpful. It is not a cheap option, no vetinary treatment is, but given this was a Saturday Evening and my cat was given medication both at the vets and to take away, I felt it was a very reasonable charge and certainly preferable to seeing my little buddy in pain for the rest of the weekend. Great service and 5 stars from me.

Thank you so much to the entire team here especially the vet that removed an obstruction from my senior cats abdomen in the middle of the night. He has healed wonderfully and bravely and I am eternally grateful for your staff for saving his life because he is my best friend. Thank youuu.

I knew my beautiful dog needed a helping hand to cross rainbow bridge. My angel was given first class treatment. Molly was just so genuine and caring. Nick the vet who treated Gwen was outstanding. One of the hardest nights of my life and I couldn’t have asked for more compassion. Molly and Nick went above and beyond. My other dog jumped in the car and wouldn’t come out so when we arrived at the practice, Molly brought out a lead and then picked Gwen up and carried her in. We switched to Riverside Vets (an independent practice) several years ago and have been really pleased with the move. They have good pet plans for cats and dogs (no idea about other animals), staff are excellent - friendly, helpful, patient and sympathetic. We've never felt as though we're being steered towards any treatments or decisions based on cost, always seems to be what's best for the pets but taking our opinions and feelings into account. Even the most difficult decisions have been softened by the care and compassion that all the staff have shown. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very helpful and professional , lesser spotted woodpecker was injured in my garden. So we took it to the vets for help . They took the bird without hesitation and cared for it which me and my granddaughter were very grateful

The team at Riverside always answer messages promptly on PetsApp with accurate and useful information, I always speak to the right people, whether that’s reception or clinical staff, and I can always get an appointment in an appropriate amount of time (whether that’s 20 mins or 2 weeks). Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Riverside to anyone, we are very lucky to have them in Bishopstoke.

We had to put our beloved dog down yesterday. Heidi was the vet and she treated us and Ivy (dog) with so much compassion and love. Thank you. Also received a beautiful card and paw prints in the post this morning. So thoughtful and much appreciated.

I would never take any of my animals anywhere else. John, the vet is wonderful and has cared brilliantly for Mabel,my rather complex cats needs for the past 3.6 years. He’s always at the end of a phone for reassurance and will see me quickly if it’s really necessary. I like the fact that he’s direct, with a good sense of humour and he’s never tried to sell me lots of expensive drugs and treatments. It’s a pleasure to see a proper ‘old school’ vet with years of experience who knows what’s what.

We are new to the surgery and I was worried about one of my cats but my mind was put at ease with fantastic advice and care, would deffinatly recommend this surgery. Fantastic

Came out to the practice on a Sunday after we messaged his personal mobile number late Saturday evening, and were promptly called back to discuss our very poorly cat Pink Nose! The reception staff and the vets are so lovely and incredible! Fit me in on the same day with my puppy when I had a concern and are always so welcoming. My puppy absolutely loves it there and all the attention he gets from the girls! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Reasonably priced too compared to other vets 😁

CC Winchester acted with the upmost care & dedication which was major surgery for my dog. Very lucky to have them as a vet. Highly recommend them.

We’ve been working with Shelley to get our rescue dog in the door after bad associations built up at our last vet. Today, Trixie happily let Shelley cut her rear dew claws and I am over the moon with how far she’s come after around 5 visits. The confidence clinic is an amazing service that all vets should have and the response to our little bag of nerves is in stark contrast to other vets!

I was not registered with Mildmay when my dog started having a heart attack aged 15years- my own vet in fairoak didn’t pick up their emergency number and then became engaged- I phoned Mildmay and they couldn’t have been more supportive- the nurse on the phone was so kind and reassuring and the care I received as they had to put him down was the best I have ever had- he is the 8th dog I have owned. Can’t praise this team enough and will register my next dog with them when I am ready to get one.

Bennie's 3 sons will also benefit from same level of care too! Good not only for regular checks but offers much needed specialist care! One of my Chihuahuas need to see a cardiologist & being disabled myself I needed to find one local to our home... luckily Mildmay had one available & kindly agreed to see him! I was a wreck & they were lovely - took care of everything! Got indepth information of what was going wrong & their plan to help sort my Chi out!

Very efficient service starting from the initial phone call to leaving the surgery. The staff were all very friendly with a calming nature which is lovely when you yourself are anxious about your pet. I also liked the fact that we were welcomed at the door and reassured that nothing was too much trouble. I only gave four stars because the out of hours costs were quite high BUT we were given the amount at the initial phone call and like a large proportion of owners you cannot put a price on your pet

After visiting Vets now Bittern, we were directed to the Winchester Branch as they has a smaller work load. We were greeted by Milly, Lucy and Candice. They were extremely empathic and made us and our dog at ease. They promptly checked our dog's wound and did blood tests. They were very knowledgeable and we could feel that they cared. The service was excellent. I highly recommend the practice.

Excellent service from start to finish. Obviously extremely expensive, but trust our dog to steal and eat grapes on a Sunday! The receptionist, vet and nurses were all lovely and treated us and our dog very kindly.

All four dogs in our household came down with Kennel Cough and with one deteriorating fast at night I rushed him to the out of hours vet. Very quick, efficient and professional service leaving me greatly reassured. Thank you.

We've been customers of Stable Close for two years now and have had absolutely faultless service. All of the team are super friendly and professional and both of our pets have been treated promptly with care and respect. Our dog absolutely loves the team there and considers a trip to the vets a treat! Highly recommended.

I should have given an excellent review for Stable Close Vets years ago! They have given consistent outstanding care for two of our dogs. Colin saved our dog a couple of years ago and spotted that he had bloat/twisted bowel which is fatal if not treated immediately. More recently our dog had a cyst removed and the vets carried out a full check up on the dog at the same time. We have always found this family-run vet to be professional and friendly providing a very high standard of care and value for money.

We recently lost our beloved golden retriever Monty after nearly 14 years. Throughout his whole life he received fantastic care from Karina and the team, he would always go into the surgery with his head up and tail wagging. Cannot thank or recommend this vets enough. They took care of our dog Tali immediately following a disaster and took her straight in for surgery. The team was professional, supportive, courteous and a massive help at what was the worse of times for us.
