Panda Gas, Nathan was very efficient. The app to book was easy to use. You receive a time slot and, dependent on prior jobs, you were advised he would arrive within two hours of that time slot. I received a link to track his vehicle when he was on his way. Nathan explained everything clearly and helped me to choose the right product. He gave me an estimation of cost prior to doing the work, which was spot on and his pricing is reasonable. He is friendly and professional. I recommend his services.

Andy came to look at our broken boiler at short notice between Christmas and New Year even though he wasn’t officially working. He was able to replace a part for the tank and get it all working again within a couple of hours! Very impressed and grateful that we have a warm house and hot water again!

Small job, but had an issue with our toilets built in cistern. Called on the Monday and fixed by the Tuesday morning. Very nice guys found the issue and fixed it straight away. Couldn't recommend HP much more or for the service and quick turn around 👍🏻 Had also serviced our boiler last year.

They have found a couple of issues, which they resolved without fuss - one issue was possibly unsafe and engineer couldn't leave without sorting, I only found out after and I wasn't charged for it! Danny was absolutely incredible. He came very promptly both for the quote and for the repair. He knew exactly what the issue was. He had to complete take out a leaking pipe inside of our cistern in our toliet (the white one which I’m pointing to in the photo attached) and he was extremely efficient and carried out the repair with the highest quality products and manner. He’s very professional, friendly, super easy to get along with and also very tidy and he made sure to keep me informed. Danny came out last Thursday, provided a quote on the same day, carried out two Rad replacements, boiler service and some additional recommendations he made, all on the following week. Danny and his workmate Dylan have worked together for the past two days installing a replacement boiler and hot water tank in our home. They worked cheerfully and efficiently throughout the installation to produce a brilliant result giving us hot water and heating. Danny was great from start to finish, I had my boiler replaced and he gave me an honest and reasonable quote. When he came to do the work and realised that all of the quoted work was not required, he let me know straight away and adjusted the job/price accordingly. He turned up on time and was very polite and tidy throughout, keeping me updated on how the job was going. He also adjusted some radiator pipes for me which I only mentioned once he was here, with no issue. Overall, I am very happy with Danny's work and will be using him again for any plumbing/heating work in the future.

From start to finish Wayne and rest of the company have been amazing. We needed a lot of work done to our new house and Wayne listened carefully to my changing requirements as he prepared the quote. Wayne totally refitted our bathroom last year. Not only an excellent job in all aspects, but the attention to detail was superb. Connor booked me in swiftly as my boiler was losing pressure every day and I was manually filling it up. It was also making loud intermittent vibrations that clearly meant it was not right It was also leaking occasionally. Connor came round , stripped it , serviced it and has been faultless since. Connor also took the time to look and fix my toilet that had a small issue at no charge, all in all 10/10 service at fair costs. I will be using every 12 months for a service from now on.

We had super service from Connor and would recommend. Wave were recommended to us by a friend of ours. We had an old air source heat pump removed, new Valiant gas boiler fitted and several new radiators fitted. Our house is now warm! Lots of good advice, flexible on timings to suit us and a really neat and tidy job that we are very happy with.
