I came to Niall regarding a boiler leak, he immediately identified the problem (a leaking pressure valve) from a video alone, which I'd misidentified as a rain leak. Even more impressively, and indicative of his high standards of professionalism and ethics, Niall suggested I get it serviced under warranty from the manufacturer direct, since it was still in warranty. He therefore earned no money from the episode, but will absolutely get all my future plumbing business on the basis of this kind of (sadly rare these days!) honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. After today’s boiler service, they will be my only ‘Option’ from now on. Rory came out to service my boiler, he was on time, polite and friendly. He sorted our boiler out in our new home, fixed many issues left by the previous owner on the same day as he had most of the spare parts on the van. He explained all the issues that it had very clearly and when he was done he left no mess behind! See you next year!

Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! They are very knowledgeable, have a great relationship and despite the singing of Christmas songs ( only joking Dave ! 🎄), it was a pleasure to have them both in my home for a couple of days. I’d definitely recommend Options and without doubt, I’ll use them again in the future.

I really needed to say how professional this company is. I contacted them for a second quote after I was told I had a split tank and the cost was going to run to circa £2500. This guy comes in, identified the cause as a leak as the inlet valve, and fixed it there and then. Cost me almost nothing and I could not be happier with the honesty of the guy. Shows the value of experience. 5* service and has a new customer for life. Thank you ever so much!

Just wanted to say thank you to Jamie and team. Had a very unpleasant job of trying to work out what was blocking outside pipe leading from toilet. Guys worked hard and did a great job. Family now very happy to have a toilet upstairs that works.

Jamie & Wally did an excellent job in removing an old leaking shower and replacing it with a new one. Work involved removing the shower rear wall panel, supplying and fitting new sub frame with plasterboard then re-tiling etc, new wall. All done with expert experience with a minimum of disruption plus, completed in two days and at a very competitive price!!!! Many thanks JRS . TONY
