Dexter is first class. Had a problem with a air source boiler, which a lot of plumbers wouldnt touch, but he came, sorted what he could, learnt about and then sorted the bits he didnt know about. Very diligent, tidy, friendly & knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

We have previously been happy using Sean for our regular gas boiler and gas fire service. He has now done a great job installing a compact water softener underneath the kitchen sink. The pipework is very well organised in the limited space and we still have use of a part of the cupboard for storage. We highly recommend him for anyone needing gas or plumbing work.

A couple of week's ago, I had a problem with my central heating system and not much heat coming through the radiators. Ben came at a convenient time and fixed the problem explaining everything. He also balanced the radiators and now the whole house is warm and toastie. Ben is a very polite and extremely professional individual and Niki has been very helpful during the whole communication process in organising the dates for the work to be carried out. I first met Ben of Pamber Plumbers in 2008 when I moved into the area. SInce then he has done a variety of small and big jobs for me, including installing a new boiler and fixing a leak. All work done to the highest professional standards at a reasonable price, with really good administrative back up from Niki. Particularly like being able to drop off my spare key so that Ben can let himself in while I'm at work, able to trust his integrity 100%. Highly recommended.

Ben has looked after my plumbing needs for almost 20 years. Last week I asked him to replace the taps in my downstairs toilet to the latest quarter turn valves. We were very pleased with the work (new bathroom) that Mark Smith did for us. Their advice with design and choice of materials was really helpful. The office staff made themselves available whenever we needed information and responded promptly to our questions. The quotation was clearly set out and reasonable. The tradesmen who worked on the project were thorough, careful and clearly very skilled. They kept us up to speed with what they were doing and were very considerate when it came to the inconveniences of having to turn off the water supply! They were punctual throughout and completed the work in the promised two and a half weeks. Overall, we'd have no reservations in recommending them.

We used Mark Smith Plumbing last year to install our new boiler so we asked them to replace 2 leaking syphon valves in 2 toilets. Despite some difficulties in obtaining the correct parts and the job expanding into a bigger one, we were very pleased with the final result and the final invoice was very acceptable.

Emergency plumber needed due to leak in kitchen NYE afternoon. Dan was here within an hour, and had diagnosed the issue. He removed the integral kitchen units and fridge to gain access to the concealed leaking pipe. All fixed and back to normal within about 2 hours! We’re really pleased with RSK. Have needed them twice recently, once for a leaking toilet and then for a new hot water cylinder. Their prices are fair and they are unfailingly prompt and polite. The toilet mend also needed some follow to action (no fault of theirs) due to a problem with the replacement part. Once again, no fuss resolution. Thoroughly recommended.

My family and I recently moved to a property in Compton and since moving have had ongoing problems with the boiler, along with a whole bunch of other problems including very poor hot water pressure. Rob and Robbie were always very good at coming to the property to help get the old boiler restarted but Rob came up with a proposal to address all plumbing and heating issues in one go, including a finance payment option. Rob and the team (Marcus and Sam) recently completed the works and I could not be happier. The new boiler and vented hot water system works brilliantly (it is so nice having proper water pressure) and the heating system upgrades (including new and additional radiators) make the heating much more efficient and easy to control. Also the guys we very professional and diligent and my wife and I particularly appreciated how well they cleaned up at the end of each day and all the making good works (e.g. re-assembling cabinets they needed to be dismantled etc). So despite the extensive nature of the works they managed to keep disruption to a minimum. I would definitely recommend RSK and they will always be my first call for any future plumbing works.

We were so impressed with 777Plumber. The person who took our initial call was Lianne and she was a big part of why we chose to go with this company and not one of several others we had called. Not only did she call us back immediately, she was also knowledgeable, reassuring and clear about everything. It was an emergency - a water leak through the ceiling at 9am on a Saturday morning - and she told us a plumber would be with us within the hour and he was. Mike arrived, smiling, polite and considerate, wearing the company’s uniform, and got straight to work. He identified the issue with the leak from our immersion heater right away and assured us he’d fix it within the hour’s call out fee - and he did. No mess, a full, clear explanation, suggestions for how to check the issue won’t recur, friendly chat about the work as well as a bit of good humour, he was absolutely lovely, clearly experienced and very good at his job.
