The staff are friendly, punctual, and highly skilled—they clearly know what they’re doing. I wouldn’t consider using any other electrician after such a great experience. Highly recommended!

GU solutions carried out an Electrical safety check on the property we were buying and subsequently carried out some necessary repairs. On every visit they arrived on time, were very professional and very willing to spend time advising on some other electrical work we were thinking of having done. I can highly recommend GU solutions and will definitely be using them again.

Neil was wonderfully helpful over the phone in a crisis. All power had gone in the house with no obvious reason on the fuseboard. Talked us though an idiots guide to reset and check each circuit. All sorted and Saturday afternoon has returned to calm. Thank you!

Wow what a great find. Neil responded to my query straightaway. Our Wi-fi hadn’t been connecting properly into our office and we thought it was the CAT 5 cabling. He was extremely thorough and checked everything and talked us through the problems we were experiencing, providing solutions along the way. He went over and above and took our extended away to completely reset it and dropped it back the same day. Can’t fault the service he provided so much so that he’s coming back to fix some lights in the garden. Would highly recommend using Neil for any electrical issues that you have. Great guy.

Neil went out to my elderly in laws and they felt at ease with him and really happy with his work. Wanted someone I could trust and this was the man. He does a great job. Absolutely recommend him 100 percent.

Absolutely brilliant emergency service. We phoned at 8pm and Neil answered straight away and talked through the issue with us, he asked for a few pictures and managed to solve the issue using the pictures. Issue solved within 5 minutes. I recently used ETA for some domestic electrical work. The overall quality of the work was excellent, the electrician was helpful and friendly, and he made sure everything was tidied up (including hoovering of both rooms he worked in) once he had finished. They professionally installed among other things a flourescent strip light casing and light a few years back, unfortunately the other day in less than 5 years the light ceased to work. Whilst undertaking the assessment they realised it was still under warranty, and fitted a new one with no charge. That is fantastic after care service from them, and I would highly recommend them to use!!!!!! David

Above and beyond service. Main fuse box/consumer unit was crackling/arcing and power lost. Tried several electricians. Dave’s wife was reassuring and efficient and arranged for him to attend at the end of the same day. Dave quickly identified the issue and said a replacement part was required. He called a supplier who was about to close by then. Although they didn’t have the part they offered a complete unit from which Dave could take the relevant part and which they could then source and replace into the complete unit later. As they were shutting they left it concealed outside their business for him and after a 45 minute round trip to collect it, we had power and a safe consumer unit again. It was dark by the time Dave left. Amazing service for a customer he didn’t even know previously. Dave is now back doing more work for us and is recommended by us to friends. 5*!!

Dave installed some outdoor lights for us, replacing old ones as well as adding in a new one. He was efficient, professional and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Very happy with his work.
