We had an excellent service today from Matt. He questioned us first to make sure they were wasps, possibly saving us the expense of an unnecessary callout, which was very fair of him. Unlike others he promised a same day service, plus he guaranteed his work. To be honest it's only been a few hours and no wasps are going in or out so it looks safe to go back outside. We would definitely use Matt again and recommend him to others. Thanks MightyMatt...slaughterer of wasps!

Pest control wokingham came the same day i called them, identified a hornet’s nest and eliminated it. They were super professional, quick, and effective. Can confirm the hornets are gone. I recommend this service to anyone and I am very thankful.

We used Matt early last year to treat a very active wasp nest and it was gone 24 hours after he treated it. After seeing what we thought was Wasp activity again near our patio door area in the brickwork i called him again for help. He came out as promised hours within an hour or so of me calling him and promptly advised us they that infact it was a minor masonry bee problem and that it would be best just to leave them to it as they cause no harm. I felt that we had wasted Matt's time but i appreciated his Honesty and prompt response. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone and should the need arise again for any pest problem i would not hesitate to call him out for help.

Lee came out very quickly after I made contact. Job completed very efficiently. Lee explained clearly what the issue was and how he was going to deal with it. Nothing was too much of a problem and I feel confident the problem is now resolved.

Contacted Lee as we add an issue with rodents on the loft and inside a cavity wall, he was able to visit on the same day which we really appreciated. He was able to lay the treatment in a way that was safe to my young child which I appreciated. And left me with clear instructions. Had a problem with a nasty little Rat, thought he’d move in and keep warm. I tried with traps and poison but had no luck. Gave DKG a call, they understood the problem straight away, came round promptly and decided on a plan to oust the little sod. After first visit I was assured he’d solve the problem and within a few days I didn’t hear any more scratching and scraping, with 3 visits in total, No more Rat! Very friendly and professional - called them out to deal with some wasps in the loft and they came out same day. The man who came to do the nest was really knowledgeable and even gave me some advice on the mice we sometimes get in the garden, which seems to have helped a lot. The wasps in the loft seem to be gone for good now, and there was no mess or anything, so it's a huge relief. Thank you for your quick service, will definitely be using Brand Pest Control again!
