I was chasing something to keep the pigeons off the Solar panels. But putting it off, not wanting the grief getting quotes and working out the good or bad!!! Tried from recommendation from our local Facebook group! Fast response friendly service keeping me updated on what was going on, delayed first visit due to bad weather, unsafe conditions (good plus for me, caring about the staff) installation on agreed time, clean left no rubbish photos taken and shown of the work at the end! Had a problem with a nasty little Rat, thought he’d move in and keep warm. I tried with traps and poison but had no luck. Gave DKG a call, they understood the problem straight away, came round promptly and decided on a plan to oust the little sod. After first visit I was assured he’d solve the problem and within a few days I didn’t hear any more scratching and scraping, with 3 visits in total, No more Rat! Great service, both Dean and Laura very easy to deal with. Thankyou.

Very friendly and professional - called them out to deal with some wasps in the loft and they came out same day. The man who came to do the nest was really knowledgeable and even gave me some advice on the mice we sometimes get in the garden, which seems to have helped a lot. The wasps in the loft seem to be gone for good now, and there was no mess or anything, so it's a huge relief. Thank you for your quick service, will definitely be using Brand Pest Control again!

I used this company for bee’s nest advice. I called this company to enquire about the removal of some bees. Their knowledge was quite incredible- helping me identify the bees and explain that they weren’t harmful and would leave on their own accord in about a month. As they are not causing us any issues we have decided to leave them alone.

We had a problem with rats in our garden and gave Peter a ring. He came out first visit and laid bait around various places and under our decking where the little blighters were sheltered. He also put bait down the manhole cover at the side of our house as we had a problem with a block drain and Dynorod said that was caused by rats in the sewer. Peter also checked our loft as my wife thought she heard something up there but found no sign of any rats had been up there. He came back 2 weeks later to check and pick up the bait boxes and we haven't seen any rats since. If you've got a problem with any pest, whether it's rats, mice, or any vermin give them a ring.

Peter came out to spray a wasp nest in our loft. Dealt with very efficiently. Tidy job, excellent service, came out next working day. Can't fault it!

Rodent problem tackled exactly as planned on Peter’s first visit. Rectification with the areas of entry identified and sealed was a great relief and no easy task to complete. Great prompt service can’t recommend the company enough , so professional and Elzabé knows what she’s doing ! I rang in a panic as I had a rat in my kitchen, Elzabé was there by the afternoon , totally put me at ease . She was amazing in dealing with the rat and then sealing up the holes under my kitchen sink . Rat put up a good fight….but Elzabé won ! Thanks once again 😁
