We had an excellent service today from Matt. He questioned us first to make sure they were wasps, possibly saving us the expense of an unnecessary callout, which was very fair of him.
Unlike others he promised a same day service, plus he guaranteed his work. To be honest it's only been a few hours and no wasps are going in or out so it looks safe to go back outside.
We would definitely use Matt again and recommend him to others.

We used Matt early last year to treat a very active wasp nest and it was gone 24 hours after he treated it. After seeing what we thought was Wasp activity again near our patio door area in the brickwork i called him again for help. He came out as promised hours within an hour or so of me calling him and promptly advised us they that infact it was a minor masonry bee problem and that it would be best just to leave them to it as they cause no harm. I felt that we had wasted Matt's time but i appreciated his Honesty and prompt response. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone and should the need arise again for any pest problem i would not hesitate to call him out for help.
