We have had Teri come out to our residence on several occasions. Living close to the river, we've faced an ongoing issue with spiders and mice. Teri has been instrumental in helping us manage that. On another occasion, we suspected a flea infestation and sought her expertise. Teri not only addressed our concerns promptly but went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I would also like to mention how grateful we are for Teri’s willingness to waive the call-out fee during some visits. This gesture truly exemplifies her customer-service-oriented approach, and it highlighted her commitment to making this experience as smooth as possible for us. Throughout her visits, Teri has always been punctual and highly professional. Additionally, her attentiveness to the safety of our pets has been greatly appreciated; she consistently ensured that they were either out of the house or safely accommodated prior to applying any chemicals. We are delighted with the results and the care she has shown.

Terri was very quick to answer my call. She was so friendly and helpful. I was given a very reasonable estimate and an approximate time when she would call. I was texted 15 minutes prior to her attendance and Terri arrived in a discreet car. She quickly sorted everything, giving us an enormous amount of help.Terri is so knowledgeable and so professional. It is so evident that customer care and service is her driving force, not profit. I was very impressed by her desire to provide humane pest control. We will recommend her company to everyone we know. Came back home from holiday to an infestation of field mice in a number of rooms and cupboards in our house. From our very first phone call to SCPC we got great service and advice. Paul Brown, the technician who visited and dealt with the problem, was very thorough, knowledgeable and caring, and clearly enjoyed his work. A great representative for the company. We are now mouse free, and following Paul's advice for preventing future infestations. Would highly recommend.

Frank provided the most professional and friendly service you could ask for. He is extremely knowledgeable and kept me fully informed of his thoughts, plans and treatments used. Really pleased with the quick and efficient service. Phoned the number in the morning and by lunch time an operative had arrived. The gentleman who came out was amazing. Really helpful and thorough. Got us out of a very sticky situation when we had a large wasp/Hornet nest which was causing havoc. Thanks for all your help.

Fantastic service from start to finish from Danny he is a credit to the company. Even though its not stopped my issue its helped alot and he gave me some good tips. There is nothing worse than feeling embarrassed but Danny made me feel not to be. Called the company and within 24hrs they had someone out.
