Amazing service. Came out to investigate noises in ceiling of ground floor flat and found no entrance point. Ensured they tried traps at suspected entrance points - the one under the bath was the one - something the previous pest control never tried. Friendly and personable and even followed up to ensure everything was okay before re-visiting to remove the caught pests. First class service.

Just moved into a new home on the Island and immediately had a problem with bees. We called Coast to Coast Pest Control and Daryl was here in under half an hour. Fantastic service! He sorted the problem instantly and in an incredibly humane way. We’re over the moon with his service and friendly - no. Make that neighbourly - attention. So we’re thrilled and we hope the bees are equally as happy in their new home. Will not hesitate to call Coast to Coast again if ever needed and will heartily recommend them to anyone nearby in need. I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

Called with a dangerous wasp nest and they were so helpful fitting it in. Came the same afternoon which was a relief for my old dad. Explained everything clearly, said would come back to redo at no cost if found necessary. Very grateful for the quick, efficient and friendly service, would definitely recommend.

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

After suspecting we had rats in our loft, we contacted the Pest Stop Boys and Chris couldn’t have been more helpful. He was extremely quick to come round and identify exactly how the rats were getting in. He then put everything in place to sort the issue, being extremely thorough, explaining everything to us along the way and also came back a few days later to check everything was going to plan. What was a pretty nasty discovery was quickly resolved with 5* service. Highly recommend!

From start to finish of our “rat” journey Pest Stop Boys were a brilliant company. Myself and neighbour had a rat infestation, they were in the walls and under floors between our houses. Darren arrived and we instantly felt reassured. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we felt like he was “on our side” and fighting this battle with us. He undertook an extensive review of the house, garden, drains and lofts. He made two return visits and fitted a one way valve in drain outside, lay poison and also filled holes we discovered in kitchen. Pest Stop were super responsive and made return visits until we were reassured we had won the war! I was also incredibly impressed at how their services were priced in comparison to other pest controls… Thank you Pest Stop Boys.. we are now sleeping peacefully again.

I used Pest Shop Boys during summer to help with keeping rats out of the house. They were much more thorough than a previous company we used, reasonably priced and coordinated with myself and my upstairs neighbours to ensure the whole building was sorted. They concluded they thought it was the drains so they fitted a valve and it's been a few months now and so far so good! Darren and Jacinta were very friendly and helpful and reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

Nat was recommended to me by a friend to help with a rodent problem. He was extremely helpful and efficient, as well as being a really nice bloke. Nat carried out a full survey of the house and garden, investigating any possible access points and explaining how rodents move around and how they may have got in. He laid some dog-friendly bait in one area and some stronger bait in another area and explained how it would work and what to expect - including any smell. He even recommended things I could buy to help with the smell. He also made some recommendations of actions to be taken at possible access sites to prevent the problem reoccurring. A lovely man providing an excellent all-round service. I can highly recommend.

Nat arrived within ten minutes of our phone call to deal with a very active wasps nest. He located the point they were entering within another five minutes and had dealt with the problem within another ten ...so all together from start to finish about half an hour ! - excellent service...just have to wait for them to die and leave us in peace!!
