Impressed that I wasn't charged the £60 call out charge as they couldn't help me but they gave me the number of someone who could and checked later that all was ok

We called out Lenny late on Monday evening as we had a leaking thermostatic valve on one of our radiators. He was at our house within 40 minutes and did an excellent job of replacing the valve (which included draining our central heating system and refilling etc). The work was carried out in a professional, tidy manner and Lenny did not leave until he was sure the leak had stopped. We are very happy with the work carried out.

Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly. Thank you Paul and Sam for the most professional and responsive service, you are stars.

After searching for a plumber who could install an electric boiler, I found Ryan. He was incredibly knowledgeable and promptly installed a new system. Ryan has exceptional attention to detail and made sure that everything was perfect, staying far later than I would have expected, on a Saturday, to make sure it was completed perfectly. This new system is significantly more cost-effective and meets all my requirements. He even fixed the water pressure issue that I’ve had for the past 6 years, something which every other plumber said wasn’t possible. The building team and the plumbing team undertook a complicated extension project involving the construction of one building and the complete repurposing and plumbing in of another. Multiple 'TS' engineers and craftsmen were in constant attendance and every single person was dependable, highly skilled, knowledgable and professional. We are delighted with the outcome and are full of admiration for the company as a whole. Another thing which made a difference was that every person in every department, both in the office and in the field, was always a pleasure to deal with: Warm , cheerful, committed and optimistic. I was never in doubt that they genuinely cared. We love the new building and we'll always have fond memories of its construction.

Recently attended to replace 3 TRVs and look at a faulty toilet. The plumbers were all great and very nice. Arrived on time. Showed great flexibility working around 2 kids and a dog. Returned to fix the toilet after ordering a part. Invoiced as per agreed quote. The lady in the office is very friendly and helpful.
