Sean and the team are just brilliant. Friendly, reliable, highly efficient and skilled. They helped stop a leaking dormer roof over the weekend and quickly quoted and completed the works to a high standard. I would recommend them immediately.

Sean and his team recently replaced our flat roof after another roofing company had done an appalling job, that only lasted just over a year. I was very cautious this time when I chose my roofing company, I received a number of quotes, prior to going a head with the work. Sean was by far the most professional and knowledgeable and really took his time to explane the process and reassure me after the nightmare experience I had before. Lee at Even Flo has just completed a fantastic repair in Sherfield Park . A repair that 2 roofing companies ( and possibly a few more before I moved in) failed to complete after numerous attempts. Lee is knowledgable , professional and managed to patiently explain the issues where a lower roof butted onto the side of the house. All was fixed quickly at a competitive price!! Lee at Even Flo came out to install the lead flashings on our dormer windows and replace some missing hanging tiles. Really great tidy job, great communication throughout, would recommend.

Charlie came out to us to look at a leak we had from the low-pitched roof in our extension that had causes some internal damage. He turned up as arranged and did a thorough investigation and inspection before letting me know what the issue was. Charlie offered the solution and costings as we needed new tiles and mortar applied to the gullies on the roof and we agreed a way forward. Charlie went to great lengths to match the style and colour of the replacement tiles to minimise any visual impact and travelled some distance to collect them. He returned bang on the arranged time to carry out the repairs and he was super polite with our neighbours when he was with us. Having finished the work you wouldn’t have known he’d been here as he was so meticulous in clearing up after him. With 24hrs I received an email from Charlie with images and videos of the issues he had identified and the work he had done to sort things out for us. I honestly can’t thank or praise Charlie enough for the work he has done and would, without a doubt, reach out to him again if needed. Polite, professional, skilled, timely, tidy and friendly. Charlie kept in full contact with me and let me know the days and times he would be and without fail he was here. The final job of the new roof is outstanding and is exactly how it was spoken about from our first conversation. Kept my drive way clean and arrange the clean up of any outstnding rubbish. Charlie was absolutely fantastic. On time, friendly, informative, diligent and neat. Unfortunately he was sadly let down by the skip hire people otherwise Charlie would have left the whole site immaculate. I would definitely use Charlie again.

Joe and his team did several roofing tasks for me (removing a chimney stack, re-pointing and re-leading another, fixing leaking guttering, replacing a slate roof on an out-house). From the moment Joe arrived, I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He quickly identified the problem and then explained the cause and options for repair with the aid of photos he had taken. The following quote clearly showed a breakdown of the work and costs. Joe and his colleague carried out the work efficiently , leaving no mess behind. Once work was complete Joe took the time to show photos of the repair works carried out. I appreciate that joe also followed up after we had heavy rain to check if all was OK. The leak has been completely resolved, and I’ve had no further issues.

Highly Recommend I had what appeared to be a very slow leak in my roof, courtesy of what I now know was a broken tile! In a nutshell, I sent an email to Kudos on a Sunday evening in early November and by 1100 the Monday morning the job was complete! Now, it's important to understand, depending on your request, this may not always be able to happen, however I want you to appreciate the 'can do' attitude and timely response to my email. At no time did I feel 'fobbed off'. Not knowing a lot about roofing myself, I had to trust what I was being told. For me, the 'test' was to ask for pictures of what was being explained to me and the work that was required and these were provided with no hesitation. I had regular contact with Andrew that morning and no work was completed without my permission. I understood exactly what was going on with my roof even though I was not present to see the work directly happen as I was at work myself. Andrew was very engaging and explained the problem to me clearly and in a language I understood! He has a lovely manner about him and I felt valued as a customer. OK, for some the job may not be perceived as a very big one, however, I would have no hesitation contacting the team again if I had further issues in addition to recommending Kudos roofing to anyone who was looking for recommendations in this area. I have experienced no further issues with my roof ...and I can assure you it has been put to the test with the recent rainfall! Andy came out to take a look at our leaking roof the same day, gave us a very reasonable price for fixing the leak, and within a week, the leaks were fixed, the gutters unblocked and reconnected at no extra cost. I cannot recommend Andy highly enough. He is very professional from start to finish and extremely knowledgeable about his line of work. He came round and gave a quote which I felt was very reasonable. He was extremely accommodating and didn’t want paying until the job was complete (he did the work over two days to fit in with us). I am very happy with the work. Tom who works with Andy is very polite too and a credit to the business. A really lovely company to deal with. I would use Andy again without hesitation.

Rooftop were carrying out some work for a neighbour so I asked for a quote for some remedial tasks we needed doing. Adam visited the same day and went up on the roof to take a proper look (unlike another person who quoted) then provided a cost within a couple of days, which was the cheapest quote we received. The work was booked in within a reasonable timescale and the crew turned up at the agreed date and time to start work. The guys were polite and tidy, with the area being regularly cleaned of debris throughout the job, and they took the time to explain what tasks were being carried out to resolve the reported issues. With the understanding that my judgement was made from ground level, the quality of work was top notch and the reported issues (plus a couple of other minor items) were all addressed for the quoted cost. In addition, Adam resealed the skylights on our old conservatory roof to completely fix the leaks that we'd been putting up with for years because we could find noone to fix them. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend Adam and his team at Rooftop Roofing.

A high level piece of gutter became detached in the wind and the team were able to pop by and reattach it for me the next day on the way to another job. Ashley and his team from BFR Roofing did a great job stripping down our main roof replacing battens & felt and reinstalling existing tiles + some new tiles also installing insulation between rafters. Very happy with end result. Would use again & recommend to others.
