Ross is super friendly and took time to explain the options available to us, giving his honest opinion but ultimately letting us make choice that was right for us without being pressured. Ross came over to look at several roofing issues – water leaking in around a skylight in the kitchen roof, damage to the verge on the same kitchen roof, and a leaking fibreglass roof on a garden gym. Ross took his time to assess each of the issues and gave detailed explanations of how he and his team would deal with them. Particularly with regards to repairing the fibreglass roof, the original installation / application had been shoddy (the roof lasted just over 3 years until we noticed water coming in down the back wall inside). Two subsequent attempts to repair the leak by applying Isoflex type products over the top had been unsuccessful (these attempts were by two different roofers in the space of a year, not DIY) so I was resigned to having to fork out for a whole new roof, as none of the other roofers who came out this time round to give me a quote were interested in carrying out a repair. They all said the same – couldn’t be repaired, new roof required with quotes varying anywhere between 4 – 6.5K. Some of them didn’t even bother to get their ladders out to inspect the current state of things up there. So I was pleasantly surprised when Ross said he believed a lot of the existing boards could be salvaged and he explained in detail how he would install a new layer over the top. I still asked him to quote me for worst case scenario as well, which he did, but he said he was confident that his installation on top of the existing boards would be sound and he had no concerns at all with guaranteeing his work. Ross’s team started work at my house a couple of weeks later and I couldn’t have asked for a more courteous and respectful set of guys, they are a real credit to themselves and Ramsey Roofing. Most importantly, they worked swiftly and efficiently, their work was top quality and they left no mess behind at all. Ross took photos and videos of the work as it progressed and sent these to me after every visit so I could see what had been done without having to climb up and look myself. After past experiences, then coming across Ramsey Roofing online I was keen to engage them based on the many positive reviews they have received. Their services are in demand and there is a very good reason for this. I am glad I got them to do the work at my house and I would have no hesitation using them again, or recommending to others who need the services of a quality roofing company.

From start to finish Ross and his team were superb. They kept us informed of schedules, liaised with neighbours and were incredibly efficient - we hardly noticed they were there. Choosing a roofing company can be a nerve racking experience but Ramsey Roofing made everything easy. Good timekeeping, professionalism, and clear communication made all the difference, I would have no hesitation of recommending these guys.

The Ramsey team removed the top of an old boiler stack and retiled to cover it. Great job well done and all left clean and tidy. Thanks Ross for your help at a busy time.

Ross and his team have been fantastic. It was a difficult job fixing my 10 degree pitched roof. Also finding solutions for the challenging areas. They identified the problem and sorted the problems out. It was easy to deal with the team and the communication was good. I feel comfortable to call Ross any time in future in event of issues.
