We’ve been using Grazeley Vets for 8 years and have had 3 major surgeries for our dog in that time and numerous other trips. They’ve always been professional, helpful and compassionate. I also wanted to mention the lovely lady who answers the phones on reception. Always remembering Milly either on the phone or face to face and always making a welcome fuss of Milly. Thank you all for always taking good care of our dog.

Had to put my boy Reggie to sleep to day the way this vet handled the process was 5 star thank god for them made everything bearable like to say thank u Beth and Judy for your compassion x

My wife and I took our cross breed dog to Grazely Vets for the first time yesterday. We were give a warm welcome. The vet we saw, Emma, took a while building a relationship with our dog before giving him a thorough examination. She also gave him his annual jabs. The whole event was very professional and we felt we could trust Emma. She discussed various aspects of our dog with us. A careful record was made of all that transpired. We will certainly be using this vet in future.

The service was excellent. Jacob always goes out of his way to make the experience for Shadow as stress free as possible. I always ask to see Jacob when booking an appointment. Five stars.

I’ve been using Cedar Vets for over 20 years - I’ve had chickens, cats and mainly lots and lots of terriers. I volunteer with a rescue and have regularly brought in recently rescued dogs., who can be tricky. I’ve always been treated with kindness and my various companions have received excellent care. When I had a 19 year old, I was seeing one vet every fortnight and he would make time to see him, the same was for Doris, who had significant health issues during her time with me. This type of care certainly makes a huge difference to me as an owner because the vet knows the dog so well and they understand whether the animal has improved with treatment. I’d definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Cedar vets Alton We have been going to cedar vets for over 6 years. The whole team are professional and caring. James is one amazing vet, he was very compassionate when our Labrador 3 years ago suddenly became poorly at the age of 8. With our hearts broken we had to do the right thing for our fury baby and put him to sleep. We didn’t plan to have anymore fury babies but just over 2 years ago we got 2 boys. James has been amazing with them, they love seeing him. They also love all the attention from the lovely ladies on reception desk too. Thank you all at Cedar Vets

They vet was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to find information for us to help keep it cats calm in an up coming move. There reception staff were very efficient and friendly. There very was very caring towards our boys and looked after them well.

I reluctantly had to change vets when I moved house, so reading Cedar Vets reviews along with the fact they are independent, I settled on them to care for my fur family and hoped for the best. Little did I know that within 3 weeks of registering, my beautiful black lab girl would be really poorly and require their help urgently. From the desk staff, to the nurses to the vets who had to sedate my girl to investigate a very tough intermittent problem, I couldn’t fault any of them. Communication was outstanding, they really made me feel like they cared and understood what I was going through. So reassuring. Thank you so much for confirming to me that I made the right decision moving to Cedar Vets. You were all so lovely to me and my girl, and I now have complete faith in your abilities to take the very best care of my babies should they need you in the future. And my girl is now fine, bouncing around as normal rocking a slightly weird (and cold) shaved belly. Nothing a coat can’t sort in this cold weather.

I had to visit Oak Barn vets after an incident with a dog I was looking after. They are excellent, helpful, caring and very reassuring. The environment is welcoming and not clinical. I highly recommend.

Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

Took our German Shepard there. Very good very calm with him. Put a muzzle on him like it was nothing and he had absolutely no issues with it. Can’t praise Emily the vet high enough. Really good service

Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You don’t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, it’s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. I’ll always continue to recommend them 🤍🐾🤍 the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and can’t contain their excitement 🥰

The team at Aspen took excellent care my elderly dog Ollie when he was poorly recently. Everyone was so helpful and caring, treating him with as much affection and concern as if he was their own pet. I have total confidence in the practice and would like to say a big thank you for being so warm, friendly and professional.

Fantastic service again when a few health issues were spotted at my cat’s recent check up. Follow up treatment and advice was clear and informative in a sensitive and approachable style. It’s helpful and reassuring to see how everyone at this vets is so friendly and obviously adores animals.

I called upon recommendation and the lady who I spoke to from several places recommended was the only kind person to call me back. All Aspen were interested in was the well being of my Silver Tabby Cat. I was seen by a lovely pregnant vet who was super kind and empathetic to my needs. I would highly recommend this wonderful place for any emergency or routine treatment They care about your pet not your status. If only other vets could be so understanding and helpful not just have their profit making hat on. Will be always recommending these wonderful people. There’s also a resident lovely clinic cat! Called up Guildford Vet out of hours as was worried about my dog who was being sick after I fed him a bit of chicken kebab- got fantastic advice from Chris he was very reassuring and gave some excellent straightforward advice about why I probably shouldn't worry too much about my dog's upset tummy, and what signs to look out for in case the situation deteriorated and I needed to bring him down. Great customer service,my dog was fine by the following morning and I got much better nights sleep having spoken to the Guildford Vet! Thank you so much ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It’s not often I write reviews, when you receive outstanding service and care it would be rude not too. I had to take my dog in Sunday as an emergency appointment not having used this vets before. I had experienced other out of hours vets services before and was looking for something better. My dog had to stay in and returned lunch time today almost back to normal. A few days of rest and I’m sure she will be 109%. I received nothing but caring and quality service from Pete and his team. The reception staff, nurses and Pete extremely lovely people. I was able to visit my girl which put me and her at ease. Charges explained every section of the way so no nasty surprises. Thanks to the team for being so caring, fun and doing a great job. Parking was a bonus.

I can't recommend Guilford Vet enough! The reception staff are so lovely and always happy to help, making you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Tristan was amazing with my cat, Layla and you could really see how much he cared. The whole team is warm and compassionate, and it’s clear they truly love what they do. The prices are also really reasonable, which just shows they’re all about the animals, not the money. I’m so grateful for the care they provided and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I can't speak highly enough of the team at The Guildford Vet. The whole team—receptionists, nurses, and vets are all friendly, welcoming, and it’s clear they enjoy their jobs and genuinely care, which is rare to find. They took excellent care of my very nervous little girl, provided clear and helpful advice, and were transparent with costs throughout. A huge thank you to everyone there for your outstanding care. Took my Kitten to the Vet for his vaccinations and his checkup and the staff was very helpful and insightful. Happily answering my questions no matter how stupid the questions were. Left with a very happy kitten

We cannot fault Hook Veterinary Surgery, all the staff are so helpful and friendly. We have pet plan and pet plan+ for our fur babies. Pet plan+ really does give you extra peace of mind knowing that you can go for a consultation and not have to pay anything for that. You also get a good discount on treatments and products with pet plan. We have had our first dog spayed and also teeth cleaned there, they give such amazing care. Our new rescue dog is booked in for teeth cleaning next week and then a spay in March, we know she will be really cared for. Highly recommended.

I took my neighbour's cat in last night just as the vets were closing. I knew she looked very unwell and was very old. We didn't have an appointment, I just called in a panic and they said to come straight there. They were so so kind to us. They stayed open late and did all they could for her. They were so good at updating me and calling her owner on the phone. Then they waited for me to get my daughter from work to say goodbye. They gave us tissues and cried with us. They were so kind to Angel the cat and all her humans. They worked out what was wrong and kindly explained to us all, over and over again, that we couldn't have done anything else and it was time to make her comfortable and let her go. Their kindness and empathy of all the staff, the vets and the receptionists really helped us at a very sad time and ensured that Angel's final moments were calm and stable with people who cared for her and we are very grateful to them all

I cannot recommend Medivet Frimley Green - Kynoch vets enough. We have used them for 14 years. The team at Frimley are so supportive and helpful from the moment you make the initial phone call to make the appointment to the visit. From Tilly to Tasha to Teddi they were/are looked after as if they are their own pets. A massive thank you to you all. Andy & Mich and of course our current beloved fur baby - Teddi (she even forgives Chris for expressing her a. glands!!).

The staff at this practice are always so helpful and accommodating. Every vet we have had contact with has treated our dog hettie with kindness and gentleness. Their assessments are always thorough and their advice and recommendations clear and appropriate. We travel about 12 miles to get there. We could go to a vets closer to where we live but we trust the staff implicitly at this practice. They have previously provided care to my dads two dogs and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

It was my first visit today with my kitten and the staff there were so very wonderful and kind and the vet Chris was lovely she explained everything very thoroughly and was gentle and caring with my kitten I was a bit anxious about going in today but it couldn’t of gone better everyone was lovely and incredibly helpful

Took my rabbits to have their vaccinations, and the vet was brilliant with our cheeky rabbit who just wanted to run around. I also hadn't picked up the cards with proof of vaccination so called the surgery and Christina on reception was so helpful and got everything sorted quickly for me! She was so polite and dealt with my issue there and then! Thank you!

Great vet surgery. The staff are super friendly and great with my pet, I'm amazed at how chilled she is when she goes there. We received a good level of care and advice for our pet.

Been with them 20years plus, can't fault them, my Dog had crucial ligament surgery in February, they were fantastic and he's now bk on 4 legs, they r now treating my 13 year old dog who has a few health issues...

I have been using ash house for many years for my dogs, and recently had to have my beloved border collie put to sleep, Steve, nicky, and all the staff are the most compassionate of people ,who make unpleasant situations extremely comfortable I would recommend Ash house vets to anyone 👍

Steve, Nikkie, Allie have gone above and beyond with our trembling GSD, Leia. I am really grateful for their advice, their kindness and their patience. Leia, not so much, and would do anything to not go through the door!!! Her worries are real, but not from bad experience!! 5 stars from her Mum who appreciates a good team!!! Update: Today Leia went up to Steve, wagged her tail, gave her paw, lick his hand and took a treat... This is massive!!!!!
