Excellent garage with great customer service and even better vehicle service. I've used them a few times now for different things that needed fixing, and MOTs, and they have always been quick, honest and reliable. In a world where main dealers are over-priced, un trustworthy and take weeks to get an appointment, these guys are a breath of fresh air.

I used BTE yesterday for the first time for an MOT and they were absolutely class. It failed on one point, which I was able to remedy straight after, and they managed to see me the same day for the re-test. They were helpful when listing the advisories without being pushy to have work done, and are being incredibly helpful with quoting for a repair on my partners car. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and the service was top-drawer. Added to the fact they are a few minutes down the road, I’ll definitely be going back again.

In all fairness I did not feedback at the time due to time constraints but anticipate I could have got the same understanding had I done star. Following my concerns on the diagnostic Barry went above and beyond, after investigating fully acknowledged my concerns, offered a full refund of the diagnostic and also offered to personally oversee the diagnostic complimentary. The importance of customer view really showed without any expectation and this speaks volumes to me so I chose to review. Barry had so far spent 2hours on the car and is committed to finding my issue which is really appreciated. Polite, welcoming and very honest approach. We have used BTE since moving to Bordon in 2023. They provide a really great service. I had an issue with my headlight alignment which the garage I bought my car from had not fixed properly. I brought my car to BTE for something else, and the mechanic at BTE spotted the problem and fixed it for free! My headlights have been fine since. They are a great team 😊

I arrived today with a dreaded engine light, half way through my 2hr journey. A very stressed mummy with her 2yr old in tow was greeted so kindly by the receptionist and although was completely fully booked today, made time to check my car, sort me out and on my way again within the hour! Oh and directions to the local park to help entertain in my hour of need! Lovely lovely people and helpful at such short notice, not even charging for their time! Would fully recommend to anyone!

I contacted Archie about a megaflush for my Disco 3 gearbox and he managed to fit me in the next day. He was really friendly and showed me the whole process from start to finish explaining as he went. About 60 minutes later I drove out with a gearbox that felt brand new - I genuinely can't believe how much better it is. I'll be using MTS for everything on my Disco from now on!

Very knowledgeable guys, they basically dropped what they were doing to assist me when my car developed a fault literally days before the mot was due, they sorted the fault, fixed my oil leak and serviced my car, fantastic, car sailed through the mot, many many thanks guys

I had a "knocking" noise coming from the front of my Land Rover Freelander so arranged an appointment for the next day. Archie from MTS 4x4 gave my car a good look at and immediately identified the problem, he then got on the phone and ordered the replacement part. The part arrived swiftly and Archie fitted it straight away. I don't think I have received service for my car this quick and professionally from any other garage I have used. I would recommend MTS 4X4 for their outstanding service, knowledge and value for money.

Helped my daughter with urgent handbrake issue same day as calling for assistance. They also went the extra mile and popped out a dent in her bumper which made her day as a goodwill gesture. We use all the time for good value tyre changes for our business and personal vehicles. The young lad who works theres a credit to the company, polite helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Best place in alton for tyres. Highly recommend to anyone.

Very impressed with the service here - I ordered 2 new front tyres but they told me my current front tyres are almost brand new and I would be wasting money replacing them so in the end we put the new tyres on the back as those were much older and they repaired my front tyre at no cost which was incredibly kind. Definitely recommend and will go back! Thanks a million!

He speedily worked out the problems with my tyre and he sorted them out very quickly and he kept well within the timescale. I will now definitely use Tyre Pros Alton as my first port of call.

I came across Barendale while looking for someone to have a look at our brakes. We had been to a well-known garage in Bordon who had fitted them, then two months later almost failed the MOT on brakes. This was a shock and we thought it best to get a second opinion. I called Barendale and they offered to take a look and do a test on the brakes for nothing, taking time out of their day, saving me ££. It was 2 guy over there at the kwik Fit, very nice guys.I drove to them with my spare tire. They fixed my tire very quickly and they charged reasonably, 32 pounds.The tire had a puncture. It’s been two weeks already and I didn’t had any problem with the tire, i drove to London and back and the tire still like new one. Very professional, recommend!

I really rate this Kwikfit in the centre of Alton. The staff are all very helpful and interesting to chat to. One chap called Robbie is very knowledgeable and has good attention to detail, even to point out things that were very helpful. The service areas are clean and tidy and they have a good team that connects which is nice to see. I would recommend booking as this premises is popular. There are plenty of shops nearby so you can pop off to do some shopping while your car is well cared for.

Was able to book online at a date and time suitable for me. On arrival, I was able to drive in and go for a coffee, leaving the car while it was worked on. I had the aircon regarded and it now works great. The price was quite reasonable too.

I’d hit a pothole and my tyre was quickly deflating even after being refilled. The lovely blocks managed to squeeze me in and patch the gap in my wheel between my inner rim and tyre. Excellent service by the lad who drives the BMW - hope it gets fixed soon!
