Excellent garage with great customer service and even better vehicle service. I've used them a few times now for different things that needed fixing, and MOTs, and they have always been quick, honest and reliable. In a world where main dealers are over-priced, un trustworthy and take weeks to get an appointment, these guys are a breath of fresh air.

I used BTE yesterday for the first time for an MOT and they were absolutely class. It failed on one point, which I was able to remedy straight after, and they managed to see me the same day for the re-test. They were helpful when listing the advisories without being pushy to have work done, and are being incredibly helpful with quoting for a repair on my partners car. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and the service was top-drawer. Added to the fact they are a few minutes down the road, I’ll definitely be going back again.

In all fairness I did not feedback at the time due to time constraints but anticipate I could have got the same understanding had I done star. Following my concerns on the diagnostic Barry went above and beyond, after investigating fully acknowledged my concerns, offered a full refund of the diagnostic and also offered to personally oversee the diagnostic complimentary. The importance of customer view really showed without any expectation and this speaks volumes to me so I chose to review. We have used BTE since moving to Bordon in 2023. They provide a really great service. I had an issue with my headlight alignment which the garage I bought my car from had not fixed properly. I brought my car to BTE for something else, and the mechanic at BTE spotted the problem and fixed it for free! My headlights have been fine since. They are a great team 😊
