I recently had my car serviced at The Workshop and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff (especially Heather) was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to thoroughly explain the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. The prices were fair and the service was completed in a timely manner. The technicians were professional and clearly skilled at what they do. I felt like my car was in great hands throughout the entire process. Overall, I highly recommend The Workshop for anyone in need of automotive services. They provide top-notch service, fair prices, and a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be returning for any future car maintenance needs.

UPDATE 21/12/2023 I telephoned and spoke to Tyrone who was really helpful and said he could help, which he fixed, before I made my two hour journey back home. Highly recommend going here, all the staff are friendly. UPDATE 24/05/23. My Father recommended this garage, so I booked my car in, which had a broken handbrake. From the outset the customer service was excellent. Heather on reception clearly loves her job, she is friendly, polite and professional, very pleasant to deal with and kept me updated. My car was fixed within two days. I am so relieved as I can now drive back to East Sussex and have no more worries about parking on a hill! Fantastic customer service from Heather. We came in for a tyre that had been damaged by a pothole. They managed to get the tyre replaced quickly. Will definitely use again.

This young lady by the name of Heather Jones has exceptional customer service. Me being a 1st time customer she treated me like i was one of her regular clients with such professionalism and such knowledge. Every company deserves a Heather Jones. Hence the reason am gonna keep my business with this garage. The Workshop in Alton is the best place to get your MOT, servicings and also repairs. The staff are brilliant.
