Had Mark coming out for my van yesterday as the battery went flat. Very nice and friendly man, has gone above and beyond trying every method possible to help me unlock my van. Would highly recommend ! Very affordable

Called out Klic after I managed to lock my car keys in the boot of my car. Arrived exactly when they said they would. After a battle with a particularly stubborn lock they managed to open the boot. Also cut a spare key for me whilst on-site. Extremely reasonable price given the amount of time they spent. Highly recommended.

I contacted Mark after a recommendation. Although my job was small (replacing broken car key casings), Mark was able to order and fit replacements quickly. Service was A* and would highly recommend.

Marks was great at replacing 3 windows at my property as well as replacing the hinge on a large opening window. He was understanding of my odd schedule and worked with it to fit it in the work. All done in a timely manner and with a smile. Will definitely call again when I need further works doing!

Absolutely great experience. We had two double glazed units fitted, one including a cat flap. Mark priced up the work via email before and stuck to his estimate, had the work completed as fast as possible, and ensured a great fit and a great look.

Mark is a true expert and professional. He has re-aligned doors for us, adjusted a door & locking mechanism plus offered some very good security and maintenance advice. Absolutely cannot recommend Mark enough. One of our main display windows at the front of the shop had blown so Mark was entailed with replacing it for us. Communication from him was excellent and he accomodated us by working around the shop's opening times. He was also kind enough to move a large heavy planter we have outside the shop for me! He worked swiftly and tidily. I now have him bookmarked should I need his services in the future. The only downside is that he left the newly replaced window so sparkling clean it showed up how grubby all the others were and I had to get out with my tub of windowleen.

Chris was absolutely brilliant. I posted a job on Check-a-Trade and Chris contacted within minutes and came early the following morning to replace the gear-box in our PVC door. He was professional, kind and did brilliantly. I can't recommend him enough. Five stars!!!!

Came out within a hour, I was locked out of my flat, around dinner time. Fixed the door and the lock. Changed a lock on a second door at no extra charge. Very friendly. Polite and honest. Very experienced. Sorted the problem in no time atall.

We approached Keywise Locksmiths to get three external door locks sorted out. It wasn't a straight forward job with locks swopped out, so there was an acceptable delay. The fitting was done efficiently and quickly - no mess and no fuss. The price was also reasonable and we have several spare keys. Thank you!

Based on recommendations, I contacted Keywise to replace a worn out lock mechanism on a UPVC door. Within a couple of hours of my call, the issue was resolved; no fuss, no call out charge just good ‘old fashioned’ expert and friendly service and at a very reasonable price. We discussed what would be suitable as an extra door lock. He mentioned a few locks and the one we agreed on was to be solid lock fitted where I wanted. Darren worked out the price (and gave me the option of purchasing the lock myself), I was happy for him to fit and supply at a date and time convenient to us both. Darren attended at my address today at the agreed time. He explained the workings of the new lock (with 3 keys) and answered my questions honestly. He cleaned up afterwards. I would certainly recommend Darren as a Professional who does his job thoroughly and with pride, he is polite and engaging in conversation. Darren has been extremely helpful attending to an issue with my front door which needed some adjustment after it had dropped on one side. He also replaced the window gaskets / seals on my bi-fold doors. Darren was prompt, very reliable, and professional. I would totally use him again for all my door, locks and window issues. So it’s not just doors and windows that keeps Darren busy. He has just fitted a replacement “patio door” lock to our boat based in the Solent area. This lock had caused all sorts of trouble for the various marine engineers and assorted “skilled” friends. Nothing in the marine world is straightforward and we looked for Darren’s assistance after seeing many positive recommendations from “Voices for Portchester”. After 20 minutes and a few “ah ha” moments the lock was fitted and working. Cue a sigh of relief and a huge smile from me. Credit where credit is due, I got a call before he arrived bang on time and the job was completed promptly and professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and effective locksmith.
