Used Glaze-fix to replace some failed double glazing units. One unit we had replaced had an integral blind for the kitchen. Although expensive it was everything I hoped it would be. The team through measuring & ordering process were super helpful with prompt replies and useful information . We used Glaze-Fix for a few minor jobs then when we moved house they replaced all the doors and side panels in the kitchen to the garden and installed a new front door. The preplanning was excellent so there were no problems when the fitters did the installation, the fitters were excellent and did a brilliant job, we were very pleased with the end result, would recommend. The best company we've used during a total house renovation. Lovely and friendly staff (face to face or office). Highly professional and unlike others, tidy up after themselves. I will always rate these guys as 5*+. You get more than you pay for and it's appreciated. If you want someone to come and do a professional glasier job, I would contact these guys. Our entire house has been done with these guys (I just need to sort the new front door with them), windows and doors, I can't rate them highly enough.

Mick and Wayne came over initially to measure up and were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Pricing was reasonable and the office staff were friendly and called back promptly. On fitting day Mick and Wayne came early and as its our first place I had some questions which they were both happy to answer as per previous visit this was the main decision point that made us go with Glaze -Fix so credit to the both of them! Installation was to a very high standard, after seeing them pull out newspaper and plastic bags from the old install and to see the care and time they both took in put me at ease. It was also raining the whole day and they were both upbeat. Hope they both enjoyed tea's and coffee's through-out the day! They cleared up after themselves and we had a concern with the floor beading being ruined but they took it out carefully and replaced it without damage. Just need to do some touchups as you can imagine which was explained beforehand but top quality service from a great company! Thanks again and keep up the great service 😊

The gearbox in my lock had broken preventing me from opening my back door onto my terrace. Steve’s professionalism, workmanship and knowledge ensured that he was able to get this tricky job sorted, doing everything he could possibly think of the get this job done within the working day allowing us to lock the door through the night. Steve also went out his way by more than 1 hour to collect the part required to sign this job off. If needed again in the future for any service I would not hesitate to call Birch Locksmiths.

The whole experience was a pleasure. They arrived when they said they would, got straight into the work, and when finished additional help and advise was provided. All the way through the process, it was explained what he was doing. And when finished everything was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended. I am very happy with the work done by Jamie from Timpson Mobile Locksmith. Within few days from contacting him, he came over to replace and upgrade my front door lock, also explaining the various options and providing recommendations.

Had a bit of an emergency situation and I called Timpson in a bit of a flap, Jamie was luckily fairly close by and arrived to assist us promptly! He fixed my granddad's lock in no time, and due to our emergency situation he only charged us for the lock, and not his labour! I couldn't recommend him enough, he solved our problem quickly and only charged us a pittance for his work - thank you Jamie! :)

I needed to secure 3 doors on a new property and a friend recommended BEN. A locksmith visited and discussed requirements then promptly followed up with an emailed quote which includedzz xx the more expensive option I had asked for. They clearly explained why a cheaper alternative was more secure (that’s unusual these days!). The locksmith arrived on the day agreed, efficiently installed the locks and left things clean, tidy and secure. Great service!

I needed a locksmith to change 3 locks for me - found B.E.N. on Check-a-Trade and contacted them to arrange a visit which I was booked in for a few days later. The locksmith was punctual, arriving at the time agreed, with a courtesy call half-an-hour earlier. After taking a look at the work that needed doing he said he had all the parts and could do it there and then which I was happy with. Contacted Croma Locksmiths Basingstoke when door lock had become unsteady and needed unjamming. Given date to fix quickly and he arrived on time. He described the problem after diagnosing it, gave us a sensible quote to fix and said would order new part. He returned to the office, found they had the part there, phoned us back to say he could return straight away and repaired the door. While explaining that he always checked all the alignments too I commented about another door having this problem. He volunteered to see to this too all in the same price. 2 troublesome doors as new now. Brilliant efficient service at a good price.

We were very pleased and impressed with the emergency service provided by Rockhopper Locks. Phil arrived exactly when we needed him and was professional, courteous, efficient and he resolved our problem very quickly and effectively.

Contacted Rockhopper via their website contact form around 5:30pm and explained that my UPVc front door wouldn't open and the locking mechanism was jammed. Within minutes i had a response from Dave saying he could pop by the following day and would call me prior to visiting. True to his word Dave and his apprentice Leo arrived and had the door open in no time at all. Dave ordered a replacement locking mechanism and explained it would be delivered next day and he would return to fit it then, which he did, again with great communication on his ETA. All in all i cant praise Dave and his team enough on the thorough professionalism, friendliness and transparency on the work they conducted. At no point did I feel like they were doing anything that wasn't in the best interest of me and my home. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of a Locksmith. Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

I called Dave when I encountered a problem with my front door lock. I had attempted to fix the problem myself but wasn’t sure that I had been successful. I locked myself out of my house when I had popped home during my lunch break. My house and car keys were inside the house and I was outside in the drizzling rain with no coat on and two shivering little dogs. Damien arrived in less than half an hour and opened the door in less than a minute. I was only a few minutes late back to work!
